All American Yards Inc in Idaho Falls

All American Yards put in some curbing for me as well as a few boxwoods. They were reasonable, did a wonderful job and finished it quickly. So happy with their service!

All American Yards is the best landscape company in town! They do beautiful work and work very hard to give you the landscape you want!

We had All American put in a new irrigation system, steel edging and all the beautiful bushes and flowers!! They did an excellent job and those guys worked their butts off for 10-12 hours a day!!! Can t recommend All American Yards enough!!!!!!

All American Yards have taken care of my homes and offices sine 2006. They have planned , executed and maintained these yards with care and love. First of all, the initial contact and estimate process for both irrigation, yard and plantings was professional and accurate. When I say this I mean that their estimate made sense ... their defining units establishing material and laybor cost were spot on. If anything changed then the final bill was adjusted accordingly. The irrigation system was designed and installed taking into account its accurate and efficient utilitization of resources. Top notch !! The yard was sod and not hydroseed. Time was not on our side for hydroseed and the added cost wasnt overly prohibitive. The lawn and planting and trees are well on their way to being a nice addition to this neighborhood!! Thanks again Dain! I highly recomment this landscaping company for your landscaping needs.

Very professional service! They did a wonderful job with the vision we gave the team! This is the second landscape project we have used with them and I would use them again if I ever needed to! My wife and I are very happy with how our yard turned out!

Please get some communications training. There is no greeting, no name as to whom you are speaking with. They sound so bothered that they have to pick up the phone. Its so frustrating when you call them with questions. They are so cold and aggressive with their response and its infuriating.

Very good workers who handle the sprinklers. Very hard workers the ones thats do the sprinklers awesome job.

Poor poor quality of work, if you can call it that. The manager and staff were not friendly and were difficult to work with. The bills they send you are not clear as to how much you have paid, and when asking for a statement, you get something that looks like it is from the 1990s. They never turned our sprinklers on, so our lawn was just about dead on our rentals. We had to fix several problems that they created by not doing the job we were paying them to do on contract. They shoveled twice last year, we turned our sprinklers on ourselves, etc. We will definitely be going elsewhere! Steer clear of this company. You wont get what you pay for.

Was hired for yard and snow removal for my parents, both in their 80s. Just spent 3 weeks vacation with them and had to shovel snow 4 times myself and the house cleaner did it the other time. Every time was in the late afternoon. They have doctors office visits many times a week and this is very unacceptable. When they called to complain they were informed their services were going up 40 bucks a month. They did show up on 12/30/2021 for the first time. Anyone in the Idaho Falls area knows how much it has snowed the last couple of weeks. Very poor service and has been replaced.

Receptionist was unprofessional, refused to believe us when we made claims that they had broken a sprinkler line. Took 3 visits to finally fix the problem, now they wont come fix a huge brown spot I had since the winter snow thawed because theyre blaming my dogs. Will refuse to do anymore business with them and recommend others do the same.

Poor service and communication. Thought I d give them a try. Set an appointment, waited a week for them to call a day prior to appointment only to cancel saying their too busy. Why didn t you say that from the start. Poor business practices.....

I really appreciate the great work and the kindness from the All-American team. I did have to wait pretty long to get them out to my house but I am glad that I did. Dane was my main point of contact and he has been extremely kind, helpful and attentive. They did a great job setting up my irrigation system, laid sod, and other drip lines for future landscaping. Theyve come back a few times and made minor adjustment, at my request, w/out any hassle.

They were fantastic to work with from the start and even rushed to help us get our yard in before the winter. They had good recommendations for plants that would work in our area and wouldnt be a lot of work to maintain. We continue to get compliments on our yard and they have come out a couple of times to replace plants and even a tree that didnt make it through the next year. Dane came out to explain how to winterize and start up the sprinklers and even helped me figure out where a break in the system would be so I could put up a basketball hoop.

I will start by saying I have no experience with this companys work. However, I was innocently driving home a while ago and the driver of one of their trucks pulled out in front of me and if I hadnt slammed on my brakes, the accident would have been really bad for me. I was doing the speed linit (35) when the driver pulled directly in front of me instead of into the lane that he should have. I pull up next to him at the light a couple blocks later and he is on his phone. Not only is this illegal, it shows this persons basic disregard for human life. If he doesnt care about life, why would I think he would take good care of my lawn?

They did my sprinklers, sow and gardening to perfection. They made sure everything was just the way we wanted. Their workers were quick and hardworking. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

Never been to a cleaner & more organized place.

I had many problems with this company with their yard service. The mowing fees end up being about $40 dollars a mow, which is very high for my size lawn with virtually no landscaping. My new lawncare company only charges 20 a mow. In addition, they are always late for the snow removal and do a lousy job of winterizing the sprinkler system. They spend about 5 minutes on sprinkler winterization. My neighbor next to me in my townhome, pays about $100 less yet has a bigger and more complicated lawn to mow. This system was installed by them ( All American) when the house was built and landscaped and had many issues such as now sprinklers at all to the side yard and one garden head that that did not even function. When I went to them for help on that, they were very uncooperative and way high on estimating repairs. The two times they did come out, they overcharged me and never addressed the problems correctly. I spent a lot of time correcting the sprinkler patterns myself.

I paid up front for a year of lawn care and snow removal. Not worth the price at all, and snow removal has been non existent!! Had a neighbor come do it last time it snowed and been waiting all day for someone to come today. I need to be able to get out of my driveway to go to work!! Never answer their phone- very frustrating. I will be looking for a new company this summer.

Very rude when I asked them to get the snow off my fence that they plowed snow on.

I didnt ask for them. My neighbor had the move some snow. They chose to take it and all the plowed snow from the street and bury my sidewalk.

These guys do an awesome job, they make my yard look so good. Very reasonable prices too. I would recommend giving them a try

Signed a year contract for lawn care and snow removal. The worst thing about this company is their customer service. Very rude. They do not return phone calls. When asked when they will be out their standard answer is when we get to it . My lawn did not look any better after their fertilizing treatments . If they even did it at all. I do not recommend them to anyone, ever.

I dont know about their ability to do yard work, but your employees drive with there heads up there but. I just had one put me in a ditch on 65th.

Dane at All American is awesome! He made sure we got the yard we wanted on the budget we had. He was available whenever we had questions, and his guys completed our yard in a timely and professional manner.

This company calls itself landscaping experts..they did the initial landscaping in my yard a few years back and all my plants and tree have died because they werent planted right, upon digging them up and doing some research the tree wasnt even a appropriate tree for Idaho and when planted they failed to break the roots up on any of them and planted them in holes that were to small...I now have to replace my tree and plants...I would never let them plant another thing for me.

They maintain my home and business. They are great.

They are the WORST company to work with. TERRIBLE customer service!!! They took a month to put in our yard which was supposed to be finished when we closed on our house. We asked them to do things a certain way and they would not do what we had asked and confirmed them to do. They argued with us and were extremely rude. One guy lit up a cigarette right outside my widow with an a/c unit so all of his smoke came right in my living room. I also caught the same man smoking on my neighbors front porch while they were away. I will NEVER recommend them to anybody and I will NEVER go through them for my landscaping again.

We werent given our warranty for the services until 6 weeks after a second install of sod. Died while we were out of town, due to sprinkler control malfunctioning or not programmed corectly. First thing we were asked is if we turned it off, blame the home owner. Argued about things I wanted done. They did not leave any instructions for frequency and duration of watering the new installed sod. Planted shrubs both times they died sue to different water requirements.

Always prompt and professional. Theyve done a great job for us and would recommend their service to anyone.

Best company ever. Greatest people ever to work with cant understand why anybody would have had a bad experience with such a great company.
