Rich was super responsive to my inquiry about a fall clean up. He arrived next day to give me an estimate and was able to complete the job later the same afternoon! I found his prices reasonable and the work top notch. My yard went from jungle to pristine. Plus, he’s a really nice and personable guy. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Was very happy with Ballo’s. He came by no less than 2 hours after I called and gave a reasonable quote, and was able to come back just a couple days later after we decided to move forward. They did a great job with fall cleanup.

We just moved into our new home and the previous owners left the yard a total mess. Overgrown weeds, huge brush piles, broken bricks and rocks, and a chicken wire fence falling down. Rich and his team came over and cleaned it all out in one day. We walked through the yard together and I let him everything I’d like done and his response to everything was “no problem”. They cleared out all the brush and rocks, took down and disposed the broken fence, and even cut a large branch that was hanging over the house. On top of that they cut the lawn and edged the whole thing. The yard now looks like 100% better. I’ve already spoken to Rich about coming back to do leave clean up when they’re all down. He also noticed the gutters were clogged when he was cutting down the branch and offered to clean them when he comes back to do the leaves. I can’t recommend Rich enough for all of your yard needs.

First time using this company for landscape work and we’re very happy with the results. Scheduled a meeting with Richard and told him what we needed done and the day came and the job was completed. I needed help with all my yard maintenance after an injury and Rich couldn’t have been a more perfect fit. He quoted a number of ways to assist and let me decide. For each service agreed to he has been excellent- communication and execution is top notch. All looks great and the peace of mind it will be done right is ideal. Rich is also easy to work with and listens well to each request. He was able to deal with a faucet issue as it relates to the yard care.
