We needed a bathroom floor and wall repaired after water damage. Rob was responsive and sent someone over immediately to look at the issue. A estimate was sent quickly and once we paid the deposit his guys were here doing the work within days. The workers were kind, clean and did a great job. I'm happy we found this company and will be using them again in the future.
Beyond impressed with Hickory Harbor Property Care!! Needed immediate attention to a railing being built and Rob and his team were able to execute within two days! My railing turned out beautiful and I am so happy with it! Cannot recommend their service enough!!
We have worked with Hickory Harbor Property Management and Rob, the owner, for over six months. During this time, Rob has helped with both big and small projects. We started with a major landscape project which included hardscape, fencing, landscape lighting, irrigation, and a driveway replacement. Rob brought some great ideas to the project which definitely improved to overall result. He has a large team of sub-contractors he works with. They just get it done. We moved on to a generator installation and replacement of all of our exterior house lighting. Rob took care of everything. We didn’t have to chase around to get little things done. Rob has also helped with small stuff, like an outside faucet that wouldn’t turn off. He had a plumber at the house in about an hour - fixed. If an issue comes up, we just send a text and within minutes get a reply “on it” - and he is. Rob and Hickory Harbor truly are simplifying and taking the stress out of maintaining our house.
We've worked with Hickory Harbor Property Care for a little over a year on projects including bathroom refinishing (design, new flooring, tile, ceiling and vanities), digging an irrigation well, constructing a pergola, and some miscellaneous small plumbing jobs and yard work. Rob, the owner, is responsive and personable, we've found him easy to work with. He has a broad group of subcontractors, and we've been pleased as a whole with their work quality. He's cost-conscious and has been competitive in pricing, although I always recommend getting multiple bids on large projects. At this point we know and trust Rob enough for Hickory Harbor to be our first call for most home upkeep needs.
Rob Zindman has been incredibly responsive to every situation at our house, beginning with immediately identifying & remedying all damage caused by last December’s nor’easter. We sustained a lot of property damage and thanks to Rob’s timely and thorough response, the house was shipshape in no time. Since then, he & Hickory Harbor have stayed the course of attending to every inquiry & potential issue. We could not be happier with this service.
Reliable, responsive and affordable. Rob and his staff provided landscape design, materials and work redoing our front yard plant beds. Awesome result. They worked with us throughout the project and were a pleasure and easy to work with. Would use again for future projects.

Rob, the owner of Hickory Harbor, is fabulously helpful. He even called us back from his vacation in Colombia when my fathers pipes burst here on Cape Cod. He told us to turn off the water and he got us a plumber early the next morning when pipes were burst all over the Cape. I also had Robs team do some renovations to my home back at Thanksgiving. His guys were super conscientious, polite, neat, and careful. They arrived when they said they would and did even more than they said they would do. Rob would check with me each day they worked to make sure I was satisfied with the work his guys were doing, and I absolutely was. There isnt anything that Rob doesnt have the capability to arrange, quickly and well. As my father said, hes become our go-to guy.
Rob has been helping to manage our property for the last year and a half. His team is always respectful, thorough, and reliable! We have an old house so there have been a lot of one off projects that theyve helped us with and the work is always to notch.
Our A/C stopped working on a 90* day and our usual HVAC guy was busy. We called Rob and he had an HVAC tech to our house within 20 minutes. Our AC shut us out for 4 hours, but Rob still texted late at night to check in with us and did so again the next morning to make sure we got the issue resolved. We were so thankful for such quick response times and the care he gave, even after typical business hours. We would highly recommend him for anyone who needs help at their property without a hassle!
We moved to the Cape and had a whole lot to accomplish in our new home and no idea where to turn. Rob was amazing! He made so many things happen as quickly as possible, bringing quality contractors and services right to our door. What I appreciate most is how much he cares. Highly recommend Hickory Harbor.
We needed some work done fixing damaged gable vents on our house on Cape Cod. Rob and his crew were able to come and did a great job repairing the vents. We are very happy with their work and will definitely use them for any future projects.
I needed my back porch rescreened as well as a door and steps added and Rob and his incredibly skilled team did not disappoint. I was so impressed with their speed and professionalism and the fact that they clean up after themselves, that I had them install all new doors in my home as well. Highly recommend their services and I will definitely use them again.
Rob and crew of Hickory Harbor were a great find! We have been looking for a one point of contact which was insured and capable of doing practically any job that comes up to maintain our home. We have used HH for several different projects at different times. They cleaned our skylight windows, which looked new after they finished and they hadn t been cleaned sufficiently before then. We have used since for power washing our roof and siding, house trim replacement and reconstruction of our garage front which was severely damaged. Inside drywall work, as well. I don t think there is anything they can t do. Rapid estimates, reasonable pricing, and quick turnaround of work performed! I am glad we found them, because I was tired of tracking down separate contractors, finding out if they were insured or not, and finding out they didn t do what I needed, or never showed up to do work they stated they would do. If I ever need anything done in the future, I know where to go to, to get it done. I will definitely use for anything I need in the future.
5 stars! Hickory Harbor was very responsive throughout the project and the results were highly satisfactory. They advised me of options on my custom renovation and they cleaned up every day. If you need renovations that require great craftsmanship and service, this is the one for you

Contacted Rob at Hickory Harbor regarding a number of fence sections that needed to be replaced. Leo came within days to look at what needed to be done. A quote was given to us within a week. We agreed to move forward with the repairs/replacements. The workers came during the hottest time of the summer. Work was completed in 1 day. Everyone was extremely professional. Never stopped working. Never on their cell phones and all workers were non smokers. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Highly recommend Rob to get the people to get whatever needs to be done.
The Hickory crew are amazing! Quoted two patio sliding doors on a Thursday and job completed by the following Tuesday!! Rob is very responsive and the guys are so professional! They just finished an install on a front storm door to perfection. They have now become my #1 point go to for any job I need done! Great find!!!
Tuesday, I realized our dryer vent had basically fallen apart. I called Rob, and an hour later, a carpenter, Tally, was at my house assessing the problem. Got an estimate from him that night and scheduled the repair. Tally showed up on time, was super respectful of my home, and did a great job. Rob even came by after to check and make sure I was happy with the job. Already talking to him about other projects. I highly recommend Hickory Harbor!
