Highly recommend Fowler & Sons. We use them for our vacation rental and they are responsive, professional and genuinely nice people. We have never had an issue with insects or mice since using them and they are great with staying on top of our inspection schedule. We get an email a few weeks prior and one after the home visit detailing what was done and if anything was found. We feel very comfortable with the technicians entering our home while we arent there. Great company!

NEW REVIEW: I am a new customer to the turf division (not the company - theyre the best). I had lots of questions because I have 2 pups under the age of 2. Bob answered all my questions and gave me lots of information. What a great guy and a great company! Mike showed up early for our appointment! Wow! He was quick, efficient and left us with a great understanding of what was done and what to do if additional treatment is needed.

Jaaron came over yesterday for quarterly inside service. Having seen some activity from mice, he decided to walk around our home with a mirror and located about 4 spots where mice could enter the under the wood shingles. Jaaron blocked each with copper mesh and foam, to cut down on winter visitors. The usual service is just to replace the bait traps - Jaaron could have left without going the extra effort distance, but it was his idea. Been with Fowler 9 years and always get great service and real concern for our needs - Thank You!

Fowler has been a great help for these new homeowners. Their staff has been extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond. They have affordable prices, including a quarterly plan to address our seasonal pest management needs.

Found fleas in our house. Called Orkin first, who never called me back (called a second time, still no call back to schedule an estimate). After waiting 24 hours, a friend told me to call Fowler & Sons, who answered immediately, came out the next day for the free estimate and 2 days after that for the extermination. Friendly, fast and thorough. Would definitely recommend calling them first and using their services!

This was our quarterly inspection/service call. First rate and responsive. Chuck texted me when he was on his way to my home, and texted me again after he left with his assessment (nothing found :-) LaToya was wonderful in setting up the appointment. She made the process easy for me. Overall, Fowler is easy to do business with and is staffed by excellent technicians along with a courteous, professional staff.

Recommended for insect issues, but do not waste your money to hire Fowler and Sons if you are looking to get rid of rodents (mice and rats). They do not know what they are doing and charge way too much. The technician did a quick and cursory inspection of my foundation and the outside of the house and said, I cant find where they are getting in. I had to show him. He then used an inferior product (foam that hardens) to plug the holes which the rodents were able to chew right through. Dont make the same mistake I did. Hire a company that specializes in animal (mammals) control and has a proven track record of success.

We had been working with Fowler and Sons for several years, though we let the service lapse and recently got in contact with them again. Glad we did! Lately Mike, the service manager, has been coming to our house to us get back on a quarterly program and do a general inspection. Weve used Fowler for a bit over a year now and have been impressed. Our main interest has been mouse control. Everyone weve dealt with from the sales person who surveyed the property, to the technicians performing the work, to the office staff, has been professional, polite and responsive. Excellent computer systems and record keeping. We have an annual contract and Fowler has made good on their promise to follow-up and monitor progress.

We purchased our home 6 years ago and it clearly had a previous and at the time a current mice infestation. Fowler and Sons were recommended to us and we have been so satisfied! Their staff has worked diligently in finding and sealing the outside areas where the mice have been entering our home. There was no evidence of mice activity on their last visit as compared to their first visit of the season a few weeks ago. We use Fowler and Sons year round to treat for insects as well as ticks. Last summer we had bats living in the eaves of our roof and they were able to install a device that would prevent them from returning once they flew out. This was done after any potential babies were full grown. They treat our home quarterly, but promptly check out any concerns we have for no additional costs. Additional fees are added for Bat removal and the spraying for ticks. We highly recommend Fowler and Sons. Do not hesitate to contact them for their services.

We had a problem with roaches (gross right? Never dealt with them before this). It had been about a year dealing with them and I was so overwhelmed with constantly cleaning thinking that would do it. Instead they just exploded. Finally we broke down and called a few places to get a quote. These guys were about the same as the big chain places maybe even a little less. They were also local which is always a first choice for us anyways. He came right out, did an assessment and laid ground work to find where the main sources were. Honestly by the time he came for his first official visit we already noticed a difference! For such an overwhelming issue and all the anxiety it brought us, I was shocked at how simple it seemed. He knew what he was doing. Gave us great tips too. The girl at the office was easy to talk to and very responsive as well. I am forever thankful for these guys and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Im kicking myself for not calling them when we first started seeing them! If you ever dealt with roaches, you know the headache. If you have them, call these guys. They wont make you feel dirty or stupid or gross or embarrassed. Best $$ Ive spent in a long time.

We had a service call today 8/26 our technician was Leeroy, he came on time wearing gloves and a mask following covid guidelines, he checked our entire foundation of our house and basement. He saw the problem we were having in the basement and explained it is not termites, but that it was sand being pushed in through a crack in the foundation by ants.I told him that I sprayed the area and he said whatever I did worked. I just want to say Thank you for being honest, he could have said that I have termites or ants are still present, he didnt. Thank you for being honest and upfront. Its very difficult to find good quality work that is honest. I am glad to say I dont have to look any further, I found it. Fowler and Sons is truly a great business and I will always call on them.

We have been using Fowler and Sons for 4 years now. When we first purchased our home we had sugar ant activity inside and a large yellow jacket nest outside. They were able to help us quickly solve both issues. We signed right up for their service plan to have 4 visits a year to keep down insect and small rodent activity. Im always happy to have them. Theyre great with their schedule reminders, and give us great peace of mind. I recommend them to everyone who mentions need for pest control.

We have been using Fowler and Sons for over 20 years! When our children were younger we would have them come a couple times of a year. They have removed termites, ants, and other pess. Jim even stopped on his way home to deal with the wasps in our swing set, 30 minutes after we called! We have worked with Jim, Scott, and several of the other technicians. Theyre all very polite, friendly and professional! I highly recommended Fowler and Sons to my friends and real estate agents I know. Theyre the first people I call with a problem!

I called Fowler and Sons after the recommendations of multiple friends to look into some ant problem. I was thrilled with Jim Fowlers service. He was knowledgeable, prompt and HONEST! I would, without hesitation, recommend Fowler and Sons for your pest control issues. They are simply the BEST!

Fowler and Sons came out to evaluate our home for termites and ants. They promptly arrived and did a full inspection and explained everything they were seeing to us. He even explained an inexpensive method to self monitor the house for termite infestation. At the end of the inspection we were told the house was in good shape and only recommended preventative spraying of the foundation. The was no upselling of services and we were very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control on cape cod. Outstanding experience! Jim was exceptionally knowledgeable, wasnt trying to push products or services. He evaluated our residence, pointed out a potential trouble spot (between exterior stairs and front door), then recommended that we check for evidence of insects when we replace the front stairs (which we have been planning to do). Based on this experience I will be recommending Fowler & Sons to friends and neighbors, as well as calling them back when the stairs are being replaced.

Failed to control mouse problem over several years of service. Cost us several hundred dollars to repair resulting damage.

We recently had a problem with a mother raccoon and her babies. As always, Fowler & Sons was prompt in setting up an initial appointment. Sean was very professional, educated in his field and caring toward our concerns. He was also very thorough and treated the animals with the respect and care they deserved.

Had good luck with sugar ant problem with this company and signed up for their quarterly maintenance program for all pest control. My dealings with them so far have been positive.
