Ryan is the most conscientious, dedicated pool cleaning employee that we have ever had. He spends time cleaning the skimmer baskets, brushes the pool and tests all 5 chemical tests. He makes sure the equipment is running properly along with the hot tub. He is always friendly and prompt! Great guy…!!
Excellent pool service & maintenance!!! Our pool has never looked better! Kyle is the best at taking care of our pool and notifying me if something is amiss! He’s such a hardworker and has made our experience the best for the last couple years since we have found Major! Everyone there has been excellent to deal with! We have had Sam from Major Services taking care of our pool for almost a year now. He does a fantastic job. We have used three other pool service companies, and there is no comparison. Sam actually spends time on the pool each week and emails us a report of the pool chemistry, products used, and what he did. We are very happy with Sam and Major Services.
Major Services, Jenny and Carlos, were amazing with installing our Jelly Fish lighting. Process was smooth and they keep their commitments which is super hard to find with services companies these days. They also take care of our pool and we really don't have to worry about a thing. The house looks amazing and we will recommend Major Services for all their service offerings.
We absolutely LOVE our permanent lighting! Carlos was very meticulous & professional & Jennifer was customer-centric and friendly. During the install they treated our home as if it was their own! We are going through all the colors & sequences (sports teams, colleges, holiday), but we love the warm white accent lighting for year-round! Here are a few pictures!
Jenny and Carlos from Major Services did an awesome job with our Jellyfish install. All light tracks are nicely concealed and tucked away perfectly. Jenny and Carlos even stopped by during the Christmas break to correct a minor cosmetic issue, went above and beyond! 100% recommend Major Services for your Jellyfish lighting needs! We absolutely love our jellyfish lighting installed by Major Services. They looked great over Christmas but our main reason for installation is for year round lighting for security purposes. The whole process from start to finish was great. Both Jenny and Carlos were such a pleasure to work with.
I'm happy with the jellyfish lighting, I just received from Major Services. I also use them for security lighting at night which was my main reason. As a bonus I also use them as Holiday lighting or event lighting. The product is built tough. It uses 16 gauge wire and two data wires going to every light which helps greatly in sending information to the lights. In my profession I always look at the product and durability before I make my decision. I think this makes any home look great and feel safe at night with accent lighting that you can adjust and manage yourself. I'm not disappointed at all and neither will you be.
Major Services do a great job servicing my pool on a weekly basis. They handle everything and I always know that the pool will be in great shape when we need it. Very happy with the services and particularly Kyle who takes care of our pool.

I Definitely recommend them! 2025 update - I have now been using Major Services for four years and they have done an excellent job maintaining my pool and repairing the minor issues that have come up. Major services, made this lighting project, fast and painless and very cost-effective. They re able to quote over the phone and send you a rough drawing of what you discussed in terms of lighting. We put in permanent lighting and their choice of lighting vendor and the installation turned out to be absolutely amazing. They did it in one day and there s no way even an avid do it yourselfer like myself could ve done it that fast and that well. People in the neighborhood are walking by taking pictures of our house now About the lights. Perfect investment for years of beauty on my house thank you Major Services.
I love my lights. Just had them installed yesterday, as did my neighbor. We plan on getting together tonight and playing with the many options to choose from. It was a pleasant experience working with everyone at Major Services. I highly recommend them!

I had an exceptional experience with Major Services when they installed Jellyfish outdoor lighting around my entire house. Jenny was fantastic in helping me design the lighting layout, and Carlos did an outstanding job during the installation process. The results are beyond my expectations, and I couldnt be happier with the service provided by Major Services. I highly recommend them for any outdoor lighting needs. We got the permanent lights (Jellyfish Lights) installed on our house and they are so cool! We love them! It only took 1 day to install! Not only are they super cool, but we received the BEST customer service! When we were having issues trying to get the lights to connect to our Alexa, Jenny didnt stop until she fixed it! Her team was very respectful and cleaned up everything; you wouldnt even know people were working on the house! We cannot thank yall enough!
I have worked with Major Services for many years and know them to be professional and reliable. I initially hired them as a pool company and over the last several years I have had them install our holiday lighting. This year we opted for the new Jellyfish permanent lighting solution. The system is of high quality and the installation was professionally done to exactly and seamlessly match the soffits. My wife was initially skeptical, but seeing the system as installed and reviewing the hundreds of configurations and automatic control options -- she and I are both very pleased with our purchase. I recommend them highly.
David is hands down the best pool tech we have ever had. I m sold on the pool cleaning. I do wish they would let me know in advance when they are going to clean the filters. I have replacement filters but have no idea when that tech is showing up so I can t seem to get them switched out without doing it myself.
No show. No call. Just quit. Weekly cleanings were ok. Weekly emails showed all was good. Very unprofessional!!
We had 2 pool lights replaced they were very affordable and the 2 men who did the repair were very customer service oriented and friendly. The work was done in a professional manner and we are very pleased with it

Major has been doing a great job with the weekly pool cleaning service and chemical service. They always take their time to really check everything as well as thoroughly clean the pool evening in the hard to get spaces. I highly recommend them.
We bought a house with a broken pool heater (due to that huge freeze) and used Major Services to replace it with a new Jandy heater. They were easy to reach to ask questions, timely with communication and estimates and got the heater ordered and installed very quickly. Ronnie did a great job of walking me through how to use it. Would definitely use them again!

He always goes above and beyond even as far as to scrub our limestone steps leading up to the pool. Would recommend them.
