They ran over our sprinkler heads, causing an expensive repair. They don t really say when they are coming. Also had our flower beds done and the weeds were back in days. I can t see how a weed barrier was done. If so, it was far from effective.

Call the number, enough said. Just a robot dialer after a robot dialer. Hard to get a human and hard to start a service as a new customer. Hopefully they fix this because I would love to support veteran owned businesses, but this kind of customer service experience is terrible

They are not respectful to rules provided by land owners. If they are willing to blindly ignore the multiple signs providing instructions, I don t want them to be on my property doing anything at all. No soliciting means no soliciting, even the litter they leave at my door for me to recycle

We used Troops Lawn service for over two years. Because of my age (74 years young), and still working a full time job, I found that keeping up with the yard work was an impossible task. We had used the services of other lawn care companies and always found their work might be good at the beginning, but was less than quality as time went on. My wife found Troops Mowing. After going over our requirements with Sam, we contracted for their service, I have never been disappointed. They arrive when scheduled. Always do an immaculate job. On the few occasions when inclement weather or schedule changes needed to occur, they always contacted us early to let us know. Anytime we had questions, we could call and phone calls were always returned quickly. If I required any lawn service they would be the first call I would make, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any friend or family member.

Happy customer here! I changed providers to Troops Mowing recently and I told them I really wanted the pathways blown off of clippings because my last service didnt do it once and it looked so bad. My pathways are now perfectly clean and my grass (whats left of it after the hot summer haha) was mowed nicely for a good rate.

He helped bring our dog back when he got out, moves things we forget in the backyard, and always responds to questions or when we need to change up our day.
