I would absolutely recommend this company, my service rep James was very knowledgeable and professional. They came out promptly and fixed my sprinkler problem the same day!

No one showed up for my first appointment, and nor did they send a text letting me know that they would have to reschedule. The serviceman came on a Monday morning, and in my opinion did a poor job of servicing my lawn, and he did not spray to kill the weeds. Again I complained to the owner, and he told me that he would send someone out to look at my lawn, so an appointment was set for 1:00 p.m. the next day. No one showed up nor did anyone from Heroes call or send a text to let me know that they would not be coming.

Check with them before scheduling any service about reserving the same issue with few months. They had fixed certain section of my lawn irrigation and after few months I am getting the same issue. When I called and asked then now they are giving me blah blah and saying to pay again for the service which they had fixed before.

After multiple attempts with other sprinkler companies we finally used Heroes. They fixed it on their first day! Very knowledgeable and reliable!

Theyve only been out to the house once so far but everything has been great from the explanation of services, the quote, first appointment was just 2 days after, and I already see the weeds dieing off and my grass being greener. Great experience...Mr Noah was professional and an experienced person. Great company...a little expensive...I did check other irrigation companies and they ranged from 99 dollars to 110 per hour...125 dollar is rather expensive

I had my first application with Heros Lawn Care this week (weed control and lawn fertilization)...and I was thoroughly impressed! They were actually there when they said they would be and were extremely professional. Ive spoken with Michael (the owner) over the phone and met Kevin (the GM) in person during my appointment. The technician that came out was super friendly and was very knowledgeable about his craft. We spoke about what it would take to get things back on track, and I later received a follow up call from Michael the owner. I would highly recommend giving them a call for your lawn care needs. They also support Veterans, as Im a Veteran myself!!!

Just starting using them, but so far they have been great. Two applications and looking forward to my yard greening up and filling in soon.

Really great sprinkler services. Previous services set up sprinklers improperly. Heroes evaluated the system, replaced heads, and adjusted and turned off some of those existing to give us a more efficient system that will save us water. Quick diagnosis and repairs.

Our technician Kevn was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt 100% confident he knew what he was doing. He encountered couple of roadblocks while he was performing the work but was able to overcome them. Michael, was also very attentive. Solved my sprinkler issue quickly and fixed my panel issue flawlessly.

Called in a weekend and wasnt able to get service done for that particular day. Took my information for the next working business day. Called me left message on phone. I call back, no answer and lefted message with them. No Call back whatsoever

I m so glad I called Heroes! They provide friendly customer service, they were efficient, and best of all -they re super affordable. I canceled my service with competitor and glad I did so.

I called Heroes to arrange for repair of a leak in the main line of my irrigation system. They returned my call right away and worked me into their schedule, since weather conditions are so hot and dry. They arrived as scheduled. The 2 man team they sent were knowledgeable, professional, and capable. My repair was difficult because it was underneath a corner of my deck and they had to work partially under the stairs, but they did it without complaint. I have used other companies that only send one service person at a time which makes the project more difficult than it needs to be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will call them every time.
