We've used Spring Green for several years now and are very pleased with the results. Our tech, Kevin, does an excellent job explaining the various treatment applications. Last year our neighborhood was hit by Army worms and Spring Green acted swiftly to minimize the infestation damage to our yard.
Very happy with Spring Green lawn care service! We switched to Spring Green earlier this year and Kevin is our lawn service tech and does a great job! He was highly recommended by our neighbor who Kevin also services his yard. I noticed the change in our yard not too long after Kevin started servicing our yard. He really cares, listens and takes the time to do a great job to give customer satisfaction. Michelle in the office also does a great job as well by contacting us prior to service and answering any questions or concerns regarding our lawn service.

Attached photos are after 4 years of Spring Green service. My yard is full of bald spots which have gotten progressively worse and I got an HOA fine for the weeds. When I called to complain, they sent someone out who sprayed the biggest weeds only (a few leaves shriveled but they didn’t die) and then they charged me for the visit.
I ordered one year service with spring green in 2023. And I'm extremely unsatisfied with them. In 2024, their guys directly came to my house and did the treatment without my permission. Then they send me the bill. Back to March I attached pictures showing how bad the weed was and claimed I won't pay for the bill as I’ve had other guys take care of my lawn. Instead of being shamed about how bad the work they did, these guys still sending bills to me. Pictures attached shows how many weeds I had after one year service from them.
The 800 number on the ad (if you received one) is a central call center; the number listed on Maps is local to the owners. I was trying to get things resolved with the call center. The owners seem much more responsive. Appreciate them reaching out to address my concern. Keeping my 2 star review, as I'm not happy with the current state of part of my yard (that Spring Green, to be fair, wasn't told to care for), but will update when I see changes. Customer for 1 year. These are the 2024 pictures of an area that wasn't quoted as part of my property.

Alot of good people work there, if any complaints the manager will send someone out to respray until your happy, I reliased whatever chemicals you put on grass it takes a little while to see results...for being a small company they do a pretty good job,
Serviceman was here and on time spoke with him. Seemed very knowledgeable of the product and what he was doing, very professional. Even put the little sign out.. Would recommend the service to others

I am usually working when they come but, was off the day they came. I watched the tech only spray the front and side yard. I have cameras and checked the camera in the back. I phoned right away asking why. The tech came back and said he sprayed the back before he did the front which was not true because I went back and looked. This has never happened before. Im usually pleased
