Tech is great. Lawn has very few weeds, and treated for fertilizer and color today. Tech (Dave) also provided suggestion to help winter dead grass areas ability to have new grass grow. (( As a company, I like Fairway and the reps, though have found coordinating and communicating is not always clear. Fairway reps that suggest services need to do a better job at annotating and following up on what they discuss. )) ** Overall, I like Fairway and have had them for the 2+ years weve lived here and do recommend Fairway Lawns.

John Sikora is excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He answers my questions and gives suggestions on how to make my lawn beautiful. He is awesome at communicating what he has done during treatment and any suggestions he might have as well.

I was honestly considering canceling my service as we ve had a few communication issues on treatment plans. A new technician (Justin) came out last month while I wasn t home and spoke to my mother in law. She told me the new guy Justin spoke to her and was extremely pleasant and asked questions about the lawn and anything he needed to address. Justin Hardy then came back yesterday while I was home and again asked if there was anything specific he needed to address. I expressed my concerns and he assured me he was going to take care of them. We then created a plan for converting from Bermuda to fescue over the fall. I m willing to give fairway lawns some more time as Justin earned my trust and confidence that he knows what s needed at my property.

Our first experience with Fairway was amazing. Our technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process to me and answer all my questions. I can t wait to see results in our lawn.

I had tried DIY lawn care but called Fairway back this year. Tech always phones before visit. Any issues with weeds are handled promptly with special treatment visits to deal with problems. Treatments are proving very effective in weed control recovery and responded within 48 hours when I requested a service call to deal with some persistent weeds. Very happy with Fairway after some years of service.

I m just fed up with this service. They don t care about your lawn looking terrible. They just spray more charge more and it does nothing but take your money. Use a better service

Lawn never looked better

My husband changed to another lawn service with out telling me they treated our grass 2 times didnt come when they said they would cost way more. I told my husband we need to go back to Fairway Lawns after talking to them on a Thursday they treated our grass on Monday. When I came home I was so happy to see that sign in my yard. Thank you Fairway Lawns.

We just switched to Fairway this year and have been nothing but happy with with them. We recently noticed some extra weeds in the yard and Justin Hardy came out and took care of them. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Fairway Lawns use to care about their customers, no longer!! There has been a huge turnover. Just called Little Rock, Arkansas and spoke to Jimmy who was very kind. Shared a couple of the comments that are definitely not customer supportive. Been with them 10 years!!

Fairway Lawns has been caring for our lawn for almost a decade. The staff is friendly and professional. I get a report detailing the treatment as well as any concerns they may have. Most of all, our lawn always looks great.

Fairway lawns of Huntsville, Al has been very unpleasant to discuss an issue with my father s yard. We tried to handle the situation professionally and we re talked to in a very disrespectful way. My husband and I asked for a supervisor to call us and it took us twice calling them to hear back from one. Then after talking with a supervisor we asked to have the next person in the chain-of-command call us and they never did. They showed up at my dad s house and after him telling them he didn t want any more services from them, they sent out a crew the next day and did a service.

Nick is always so considerate of what we ask for. I had overgrown flowerbeds full of weeds. I expressed my desire to have nothing grow from the ground from them ever again and since convincing him that was true, he s been going the extra mile and spraying them as part of my yard service. I m so incredibly happy with the results of this. They also have been coming out for 18 months consistently, even the recommended winter stuff which wasn t much, but I trusted them. Now, my yard is the best it s ever been. I had Tru Green for three years with no tangible results. In just 18 months of these guys, my yard is better than ever!

They show up regularly and go a good job on my yard. Each time they show up they send an email with suggestions if needed on how to improve the yard, when to water, etc. Its nice to have a service I have to think little about because they just take care of it.

I have the tech on camera walking right past the issue. Roaming aimlessly around my yard spraying almost like he was unaware, untrained or just didn t care. Step it up fairway or you should step out!

Not happy with service. Had to call to get them to come out and service my lawn. They take your monthly payments and don t show up for the service.

Fairway lawns is something else. I got a letter from a collection again for two services. Two services I couldn t say if we did or didn t receive. I most certainly have no paper bill from their company before this collection agency letter. I called and asked if they just sent people to collections without sending their own bills. I was told no, that they emailed me and called me from an 1800 number. I most definitely have not gotten any calls or voicemails referencing a balance or we would have addressed it. The rep I spoke with piped up and said: well if you have any spam blocker on your phone that may be why you didn t get our call. Ok, fair enough. But she mentioned email was used also. I checked my email, no emails from them. Hmm. Strange. I cancelled the service over the phone with the rep. No confirmation number was given. I read some reviews and saw one where someone continued to be charged for service despite cancelling. To prevent t that I called back to get some kind of confirmation that this service was cancelled. Spoke to a different rep who said: well we dont give a cancellation number but we definitely can send you a cancellation email. WE DONT HAVE AN EMAIL ON FILE FOR YOU, what email would you like me to send the cancellation notice to?? So yeah, sounds like claiming to notify me in some way before sending my name To a credit agency was a Bunch of baloney. We re the only person with a lawn service and have the brownest grass on the block. The service was not worth it for us.

This Company will charge you for services you do not want. No way to cancel.

-WARNING - My lawn was devastated after Fairway Lawns applied an unauthorized pest treatment. Lawn was brown & bald in lg areas. On May 25, Jeremy Owen, field mgr. @ Fairway Lawn promised a minimum of a year s treatment at no cost to bring my lawn to full health. (See text). Followed instructions given by Fairway to the letter. PROBLEM still PERSISTS - lg bald areas. Just notified by Paul, new mgr, that the company will not honor Mr Owens promise as he is no longer with the company. Miss when a company s promise meant something.

Spoke with Sara Beth (I think was her name). Super friendly, explained everything well, and (most importantly) didn t sound like she was upselling products I didn t need. Sign me up. Will update when/if I start seeing progress with the lawn. But honestly, I m not worried. Seems like all of the best looking lawns in my neighborhood use them for weed control.

***Update #3 Your company called again to solicit services after repeatedly telling them not to. Even your rep told me im on the do not call list after speaking with their manager as I asked. I will be referring this matter to the state attorney if this happens again and make sure you are penalized to the fullest extent of the law. Whats great is Caller ID doesnt lie! Try me! **Update: You still keep calling me. You havent done squat to tell your company to quit calling. Your company sucks and so does your lawn care. They keep calling me, even after I told them Im not interested in lawn care. I do it myself. Quite frankly, my yard looks better than my neighbors that have lawn care thru Fairway lawns. Plus I can do it for a small fraction of the cost they want to charge. QUIT CALLING ME!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fairway Lawns of Huntsville. This company has shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity throughout my dealings with them. First and foremost, Fairway Lawns of Huntsville placed a collection on my credit report for services that were never rendered. I hired them to perform lawn care services for my home, and not only did they fail to show up as scheduled, but they also never completed any work on my property. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them and address the issue, I received no response or resolution. Instead, they decided to tarnish my credit history by reporting an unpaid bill for services that were never provided. This has had a negative impact on my credit score and financial well-being. Furthermore, their customer service is abysmal. The lack of communication and responsiveness from their team is simply unacceptable. Its incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, with no explanation or resolution to the problem they created. Good luck! I scheduled Fairway lawns for Thursday, March 7. The guy never showed up. I reached out on Friday only to get a 1 sentence reply that he had run out of product I find that hard to believe since they have 1000-2000 gallon tanks on their trucks. Either Joseph is lying or he sucks at planning. Anyway, fast forward to today, Monday March 11. Joseph hadn t shown up by 10:30 in the morning so I fired Faiway before they ever treated my lawn. I called the Business Manager, Bob and asked him to call me. Bob never called so it s not shocking that his employees follow his example. There are 100 companies out here that do what Fairway Lawns claims to do. Do NOT USE FAIRWAY LAWNS I. HUNTSVILLE

Recently moved to Meridianville and knew a neighbor who was using their service. Was lucky to catch the service provider doing his route one day and had a good conversation with him. Signed up with John S. and Fairway Lawns that day, and I have nothing but great things to say. They let you know the day before they re coming, and the post application notes are very detailed and insightful. They ve never tried to push any other applications or products on me as I have brand new turf, but I would certainly use them for things like Aeration. I Appreciate their time and attention, and I looked forward to using their service for years to come. Would highly recommend John S. And his team to anyone else in the area!

It was a tough summer for my fescue lawn. Despite many treatments, it never looked nice and green. However, Fairway completely reseeded it in the fall and it now looks great.

This is not a good company to use. They charge my sister for services. They never completed and have put it on her credit and will not call her back. Do not use this company she is going to sue them. The owner replied to her first review and said he would get it straightened out and he has done. Nothing do not use this company

I canceled my service in August 2023. I have called several times when I received an invoice in October 2023. The young lady who answered the phone said she forwarded my info to the accounting department and they would make sure my account was closed. She also said I would get 3 months of credit returned to me. Now it is January 2024 and fairway has still not canceled the service or issued me the refund promised. FYI my house was sold 9/1/23. I highly don t recommend these people!!!! They lie!!!!

I have used Fairway for 3 years. I spent thousands of $$ on Zoysia sod over the past 10 years. Last year my lawn was late coming in and I called Fairway thinking their warranty would cover whatever was needed. They charged me to treat what they said was a fungus. If my yard had a fungus it was from their equipment. I cut my own grass and my mower never leaves my yard. My Zoysia finally came in in July. The attached pictures are from today. This is much worse than last year. On top of this I got a bill for $300 of unauthorized treatments. I called to ask them to do something and was told that I need to rake the thatch up from the dead spots and it would come back. I did that 2 weeks ago right after I fired Fairway. Seems to me a warranty should cover something they would do to fix a problem. Also the round dead spot is where a technician spilled some chemicals. The manger said I didn t have to worry about him anymore. Which leads me to wonder what else he did wrong to make my lawn look this way. We are trying to sell our house and I was counting on my great lawn to be a selling point.

I ve used Fairway Lawns for the past 5 years of our various homes in Madison, Owens Cross Roads, and Athens. They have always been great. Jeremy Hardy is our current tech and by far has been the best we ve had and he shows the upmost respect for his clients. Jeremy has always ensured he answered any of our questions, taught a us proper lawn maintenance, and never made us feel as if he was being rushed or on a time limit to answer any of our questions. Edited: Switched from callwaynes a couple of years ago when I noticed who was keeping my neighbors lawns weed free ( got a call from them to point out I was with them only since the begging of 2021 and the weeds on my pictures were hard to prevent and not crab crass) still for me seems quality on the second year went down since I did not have any weeds in 2021. I added few more pics of my current front and back lawn

My son and I were walking by when the guy pulled Up in his truck with headphones on. He started spraying and I felt the chemical get on me. I started moving my arms and yelling for him to stop but he continued to spray. He finally stopped after a minute or so but What the heck? I am pregnant and my son is young... pay attention and be better!! Two years later I am updating. Shame on you for spraying lawns all over the neighborhood right before trick or treating. Care more about families!

I have used Fairway Lawns for years. I Stopped using them at one point to try other services because they seemed to be lower priced but came back after not getting the same results from those other companies. Fairway Lawns does a thorough job with weed control and fertilizer application (in vertically and horizontally). They are responsive when called and billing is easy and online. Try the others, for the price point, but you will find better value and fewer headaches with Fairway Lawns.

Recently had the pleasure of watching Fairway Lawns rep come out and service our lawn and it was nothing short of a professional job, exceedingly well done. He came out to the house, walked his chemical spray hose all the way to the back of the yard, and genuinely took his time, meticulously spraying the yard. Took his time and did the job right! I know that for a lot of service companies, getting in a lot of jobs in their day is important, but there is nothing worse than a company who sends a rep out who is only interested in breaking the world record on how fast he can get a yard done. This is definitely not the Fairway Lawns mentality! It never has been and that still stays true to this very day. A day or so later, a friend of mine asked who we had taking care of our lawns, and I immediately told him Fairway! I went to the website and actually did a referral, and they called him that same afternoon.

They do an excellent job on keeping the weeds away and the lawn green. They service your tree and shrubs too. I think they have the best price around.

Starting to see the grass green up now too. The lawn theis year will be the envy of the neighborhood. They were very professional and the estimate process was so easy.

My technician Justin Hardy has done an outstanding job with my lawn, which was not in good shape when he started servicing it. He takes great pride with his work.

I had the pleasure of meeting our Fairway Lawn Service Technician Justin H on 28 July 2021, before servicing our lawn. He introduced himself, and explained in detail the application he would be applying. He asked is I had any questions, and took the time to answer them all. As he drove his machine into the backyard, he noticed some lawn damage, and immediately stopped and notified me. As we walked to the backyard, he explained the was caused by Army Warms. He continued to explain what they were, and the damage they can cause to the lawn. He pointed out a few Army Warms within our lawn and explained the treatment service Fairway offered. At no time did Justin attempt to pressure me into using their service. Before Justin departed, I asked if he could schedule our lawn for treatment. With a friendly smile, he replied Yes Sir!; I will put in the order and someone will contact within 24 hours to apply treatment. Fairways contacted me the next morning and treated our lawn the same day. Thank you Justin, for the above quality service you provided today. I know our lawn is in good hands.

They changed that mess of a yard into a beautiful green lawn. It actually look like bermuda grass in a matter of about two weeks. Thanks yall

We have used Fairway for years. We recently had to replace septic system in our backyard. Our whole backyard was nothing but dirt afterwards. We decided not to sod but let fairway fertilize and hope that the bermuda under the dirt would come back. I am posting pictures from April (when backyard had final grade after system replacement) thru August. Just 4 months. I am beyond happy

Good lawn care company. This is my first year with them with a brand new Bermuda sod lawn installed by the home builder. Sod quality was not great, but with the expertise and care of Fairway Lawns, the lawn has really taken hold well in many places. The weaker areas need attention, but the lawn is well on its way.

Quality service at a fair price. Staff is friendly and respectful. I like their service.

BEWARE!! Fairway poisoned my evergreens, they killed my whole back yard but they did remove most weeds from a Bermuda front yard. They will not replace my evergreens but offered free services up to the cost of evergreen replacement. Why would we want them to keep killing things. I tried being the nice guy only to be threatened by a collection service they were going to hire. Do not use this company if you want a nice yard.

I just wrapped up the final pre-emergent treatment of the year today and wanted to say how pleased I ve been with Fairway s services, customer support, and timeliness. They have my Bermuda lawn looking much healthier than it was in May when I purchased this house, and there are zero weeds on my half acre lot. Lawn Technician Justin Hardy goes above and beyond in ensuring Fairway s customers are happy. I appreciate his timeliness and good communication on each service provided, and look forward to another year of amazing service from Justin and the crew at Fairway Lawns.

I was told to wait a year for results in the lawn, but the customer service is exceptional. Calls are returned promptly, the techs will talk with you and clearly communicate what they are doing.

Within two visits about 90% of my weeds were gone. Yard looks better than it ever has. Easy to deal with and does a great job. Highly recommend.

An amazing company. When I purchased my new home over a year ago the grass was mostly weeds. Now a year and a half later my yard is the best one on my street. All my neighbors ask me about it. My back yard was so bad there was huge bare gaps without grass. They came out and gave me grass in my back yard. They definitely know what they are doing! Best decision I made!

I highly recommend Fairway Lawns. They have been treating our lawn for years and this year we were having problems with our grass dying in areas. It was strange because other neighbors were not having problems. I called Fairway and they came out pretty quick. Said they had noticed our lawn when they treated it but wasnt sure what was causing the grass to die. Sent a tech out to try several different treatments at no additional charge. The areas filled in and the problem was solved!

The weeds have cleared out and stayed out for 3 years. They take care not to damage plants and to not spray on pet toys laying around. They call ahead of time and they have worked with me on the price. Would recommend.
