Alex picked up the phone when I called, and came by within an hour to give me a quote for an extensive fall cleanup. His quote was right on budget and very fair. Alex' communication was outstanding, his professionalism was clearly evident. His team arrived on time and did a phenominal job. I could not be more pleased with the experience!

Relocated to the Huntington area about a year ago. Bautista Landscaping has always been reliable and affordable. Alex is open and honest about the services he provides and thinks about the affordability, which is a plus for me. We recently had our outdoor stair wrapped and walkway completed with pavers. First, Alex came to give us an estimate and was truly working with our budget. Once the weather was a bit better, all the guys working on our project showed up bright and early to start it and complete it in the same day. Professional, taking their time, leaving no mess behind, the job was exactly how I wanted it. The pavers match the house perfectly! Working with someone that understands the want of the customer and the needs to make it better is so fulfilling. There is never a disappointment with using this company and especially with the care that Alex and team have for the job being asked and making sure that they are considerate about payment. One year in Huntington and Bautista Landscaping will always be the company I choose and recommend for any project that they can complete.

We were using this company on a regular for bi weekly landscaping. We let Alex know we needed the yard re mulched and straightened up for an outdoor event and stressed the importance. The day before the event they are working on the yard and they claim to run out of mulch and would not be able to finish the job before my event the next day. We paid him upfront for the job he did NOT complete. The next morning my husband had to wake up early and do it himself. Do not recommend working with this company, extremely unprofessional.

Alex assisted us with leveling an area of our property, laying down asphalt for a basketball court, putting out woodchips, and removing large pieces of cement debri and branches that were scattered across the yard. He gave us a reasonable quote and we were excited for the work. Upon giving him the deposit, we had to follow up a few times for when he would come to continue the work. There was no communication on his end unless we reached out. He only reached out to us if it was to come pick up more money. First I'll start with the woodchips. His team laid woodchips over a large area of our property. He said that they would pick up cement debri and branches, which they never did. They simply threw woodchips on top of it. They also only woodchipped half of the agreed upon area. When we followed up, he said he thought we wanted to leave it as is. Why would we only woodchip half the area? His team came to woodchip the remaining area as discussed a day or two later. The next area of the agreed upon work was the basketball court. Alex agreed to remove an inground basketball hoop we already had, and reinstall it on the asphalt patch he leveled and laid down. The asphalt patch is uneven around the edges and looks like it could have been done much better to make it look like an even rectangle. We will have to spend more money on landscaping around it because it wasn't done as well as it could have been. After going back and forth, Alex finally agreed to actually move the hoop, even though he had agreed to it when giving us our intial quote. A basketball hoop should be 10ft. Alex installed our hoop at 9ft 4inches, after us telling his numerous times it had to be 10ft. For anyone that plays basketball, these 8 inches do matter and this was such an easy thing to do correctly. Again, his team was doing careless work. Then when they concreted the hoop in the asphalt patch, they concreted it 3ft off center. How easy it is to measure where you're installing a hoop so that is it done correctly and in the middle? Alex and his team would come to do things, without having a conversation beforehand to make sure it was done correctly, and then not respond to requests to fix their mistakes. I have been trying to contact Alex to fix the basketball hoop for days, and eventually I just gave up because he is refusing to answer my calls or texts. If you want thorough work done, from a team that actually cares about the product of their work, then you should take your business elsewhere.

Wow wow wow! Our yard has never looked better! Alex and his team did a great job with leaf cleanup, they did the gutters, mowed, bagged mountains of leaves and even trimmed up bushes. I honestly am floored by the quality of service and will definitely be a long term customer. I highly recommend you give them a call!

Alex and his team are terrific! He comes when he says he will and completes the job thoroughly. They do beautiful work. My yard looks amazing after the spring clean up and tree plantings. Alex and his team are amazing! Hardworking and polite, the work my husband and I thought would take 5-7 days, only took 1 day! The actual scope of work that was performed in one day was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Our property needed a lot of cleaning. Alex made us extremely comfortable in doing our project in stages as opposed to trying to sell us a giant "package deal." Alex and his crew did a great job on the spring clean up for my yard. They showed up on time and cleaned the yard thoroughly. They also laid a thick layer of black mulch in all the flower and shrub beds which looks great. Alex and his crew were professionals and always courteous. The cost for the clean up was reasonable and the result was great! The yard is ready for the spring and summer. I would highly recommend this company for all your landscaping needs.
