This is a fantastic company. I had a problem in my yard and they came out the very next day to give me advice and solutions I could try. They seem very trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Adding to last year s review since we hired LTP Property Maintenance again in June 2024 for another landscaping project. Jonathan responded quickly with a site visit and made a couple of recommendations when it came to getting the project quote within our budget. The project was a dry stream that required regrading, hauling in lots of rock and boulders, along with new plantings. The finished product was exactly what I envisioned and we couldn t be happier. In Feb 2023 we hired LTP Property Maintenance to mulch our many beds, lay stone as bed boarder and pebble under a swing set. So many things to praise this company on. 1. The owner is extremely responsive when it came to our initial inquiry and throughout the entire (quick) process of working with him. 2. We were able to get a quote and the job done all in one week s time. 3. The crew that performed the work was professional, friendly and thorough. 4. The end result was exactly what we agreed upon and is perfect. I highly recommend this group and will definitely be hiring them for future projects too!

We hired LTP to improve drainage on the side yard at my home. Jon came out and quoted a very reasonable price for trenching and installing corrugated pipe catch basin and pop drain as well as connecting drainage from the downspouts to the pipe system. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and worked expeditiously. They took great care not to hit any buried lines that were in the area even digging by hand and only using heavy machinery when necessary. All in all the area looks better and appears to drain much more efficiently. LTP will definitely be our go to company for our landscaping needs going forward.

Jonathans team did a fantastic job on our lawn. They were on time, very professional and explained everything. They went above and beyond. We only wanted one side of yard sodded. After the seeing the work and finished product we are having ltp come back out and give us a price quote to finish the rest of the yard. Would recommend. Photos are just one area.

Lawn was severely un leveled due to erosion from many bare spots. Crew arrived on time and hit the ground running. Leveled ALL points of the yard and laid sod perfectly. The staff were great. Within 3 hours time, they weeded and remulched my front flowerbed and removed a willowing Oak tree from my front yard. They also changed my flowerbed in the back from mulch to river rocks. The rocks look great! I love it! They also planted 2 peonies and 2 hydrangeas for me. They were easy to work with and professional.

We had a great experience contracting LTP Property Maintenance for the installation of 40 trees in our backyard. From the initial phone consultation with Jonathon where he took the time to listen and discuss my options, through the final installation of the trees and mulch, the experience was first class. Jonathan cleaned the old pine mulch from our front beds, replaced with a natural mulch and added new plants. We are very pleased with the results.

I had LTP Property Maintenance do my yearly mulch installation. They also replaced a diseased Crepe Myrtle with a beautiful Japanese Maple. I highly recommend them. Jonathons eye for landscaping is top-flight. I got lucky finding such a precise and professional landscaper. I live on a piece of land that largely has a high grade sloping down from the top of the property line in the backyard down to the patio. I did not know exactly what needed to be done but Jonathan evaluated the property , came up with a plan and executed with sheer perfection in a very quick time frame. He planted 200 Junipers in perfect rows and finished off the job with 2.5 tons of rock in a yin yang - white beach rock / Tennessee rock. The team did a Stellar job and I am calling him again to come back and get some ideas together for the front yard.
