After putting it off for a few years I finally decided to pull the trigger and have an outdoor kitchen put in. I did my homework and met with many different companies and landed on Mark and his team at Huntersville Landscaping. The team was extremely easy to work with, dependable, and communicated very well. Everything Mark told me he would do, his guys did. There wasn't one instance where I had to remind his team to do something, it was all done right the first time. The team on the ground was also very professional. They arrived at the same time every day and always left the job site clean. When the job was done they left my yard in better condition than they found it. Lastly, the quality of this company's work is second to none. Every visitor to my house comments on how awesome our yard looks. I've even had other people who work in similar fields comment on the quality of the finished product. It is hard to find a landscaping company in Charlotte than can beat Huntersville Landscaping on both quality and price. I've already referred this company to 2 or 3 friends and will continue to do so in the future.

My wife and I recently moved to Huntersville and bought our retirement home here. Our neighbors recommended Mark and Huntersville Landscaping for some work we needed done at the house. We are VERY SATISFIED with the quality of the work that Mark's teams have performed. They are punctual, professional, and hard-working. Excellent quality work at a competitive price. They don't want to deal with Person of Color: My experience with Huntersville landscaping company, specifically with Mark, was deeply disheartening. He visited my property to discuss potential landscaping work and promised to follow up with a quote. However, no quote arrived. When I inquired after a few days, it was suggested that there was a mix-up with my email, address and name in their system, possibly due to the shortened version of my name I’ve adopted since moving to this country. Despite clarifying and mentioning that I own other properties, which could have led to confusion from a past inquiry, my efforts to rectify the situation were met with silence. The lack of follow-up and communication gave me the impression that they were reluctant to engage with clients of diverse backgrounds, leading to a disappointing and frustrating experience. BE WARY about this Huntersville landscaping company and Mark if you're a PERSON OF COLOR. Edited after the business response - I never hired them before and owe nothing - I do remember contacting long ago, they're total liars, if they have anything post here redacting any info, I'm going to be contacting the state attorney for their behavior and business practices like this along with other regulators. They all should know the owner is a racist and a liar. They shouldn't blindly lie here - you better answer the state attorney office. You can't lie there.

I wanted to add a review. Also doing so on other sites. Landscaping and hardscape design front and back yard. The entire process was extraordinary, we got plans and detailed descriptions for our HOA and any minor changes we requested were quickly incorporated and we really appreciated the ideas from the designers. ALL the work was done in two days and it looks amazing! The crew was super friendly and accommodating to some last minute add on and left my home spotless, all materials clean and swept! So pleased with Mark and his crew, my highest recommendation, thank you Beth

We hired Huntersville Landscaping for a large landscaping project and they did a PHENOMENAL job! I loved working with Mark and his team and they got the job done quickly and exceeded my expectations. Mark and the team at Huntersville Landscaping were an absolute pleasure to work with. Mark’s communication and customer service is the best I’ve ever seen. Mark really takes the time to work with the customer to understand the vision for the project and then correctly executes the design. The team was always hard working and very professional which allowed them to always stay on the established timeline. My yard now looks beautiful again after our pool project thanks to the work of Huntersville Landscaping. Mark and his team did a PHENOMENAL job on my back patio. From the beginning with the design work, Mark was patient and responsive, accommodating the design as many times as it took to get it where I wanted with zero hesitation. The quote was very thorough, and the final price did not deviate from the quote. The crew was here every day, all day until the work was done. They were meticulous, measuring and remeasuring, keeping their lines straight, etc but still got the work done on time. Any issue (as arises in any project) was quickly escalated to me, and always with a recommendation for a solution. Their work was intricate (including beautiful stonework design and a stacked stone fireplace). The finished product is a work of art. Mark was always responsive, gave ideas and recommendations where appropriate, and took my guidance otherwise. Any question I had, he answered and answered quickly. Even after the work is done, Mark is still making sure I am happy with every inch of the patio.
