Tractor trailer deliveries... Must approach with store on your left to make the turn. A right turn wont work if you are sleeper-53. Turn into alley running between the sign for the fire department and the store (Its on the left side of the store if you look at it from the road). Pull up to the end of the fence hugging it on your right. Theres a small sign that says deliveries stop here right before you enter the firehouse parking lot. Pop your brakes there and go inside. Theyll have someone come out and unload you in the alley. In my case they drove the gator off my trailer directly onto a flatbed. When you leave you pull forward and loop around the left side of the fire house. Hope this helps.

I ve had nothing but great experiences at Atlantic Tractor. A shout out to Scott in service for his honesty and knowledge which helped me make decisions on my mower. They are all friendly and professional.

First let me thank Kirstin for getting my lawn tractor back to me in a short amount of time, however my new ignition switch didnt come with a new key and my old key wouldnt work. My 5th Star goes to the Delivery guy for giving me his key which he didnt have to. Perhaps the Owner would thank his team for them going out of the way in my situation. Good People.

Parts service is horrible. Dont know and dont care

This place is truly awful, and I would suggest you avoid this place at all costs. The most unprofessional and clueless staff. I have had numerous issues, they hardly answer the phone, parts never arrive when promised, and literally parts people who know nothing about Engines. This place is complete garbage.

I needed a Stihl chain, and they had it. Staff were nice.

I took my chainsaw in for service at the Hunt Valley store. Due to unusual circumstances, the chainsaw could not be repaired. Scott and Mike in Service recognized the error, took full responsibility and offered what I considered to be a fair and acceptable resolution. Repair of mechanical items is not an exact science and sometimes mistakes happen, especially in the service business, but its how you respond to issues and treat customers that defines the organization. I appreciated their approach and their honesty and I will return for future needs.

Worst service department ever encountered. When it was Finch it was great.

I went in yesterday to get chains for my Sthil chainsaw and a new bar, after twenty minutes I left with zero chains and no bar. The parts department couldn t locate the correct size chains or a 18 bar for my chainsaw. I heard the guy saying he couldn t wait until 12, the time he got off I m assuming. This is a far cry from the Finch dealership that was bought out by Atlantic Tractor.

Ive been there twice to replace ATV tires because theyre reasonably priced. However both times Ive gone there with my tires I have had slow leaks and its because they dont clean the rims before they put the new tires on. Its a simple thing to do and every time I check the air pressure on these slow leaks its always coming out of the bead from the rim not from the tire. Really disappointing because for the most part I feel they do a good job but if I have to return to have the same tire reserviced its a real waste of my time. Im paying you for your time you should value mine.

I purchased a John Deere tractor at the Hunt Valley location. I was approached by David Benson and was educated on the differences. I purchased a X380 but could not take delivery for a few weeks. After the tractor arrived I had a few questions. The next day Dave came to my house and explained how the tractor worked and a few helpful tips. The service I received was more than I expected. You do not see customer service like that anymore. Thank you Paul D

Recently there to purchase chain saw supplies. Place was unorganized inside. Shelves empty. Had one person working the parts counter. Never got the supplies I needed. Don t waste your time going in there.

These guys really are most welcoming and helpful. The parts department can always find the parts that I need. Of course all John Deere parts are expensive.

I purchased a D110 tractor in April 2014 . I spent significant time and money on this tractor with Finch Services each year for maintenance and repair until the tractor no longer functioned and the repair bill was in excess of $700. I left this terrible product which has less than 120 hours on it at Finch in 2019 rather than put any more money Into it. . I found Finch Svcs to be very non -customer friendly with little support even though they serviced the tractor each year . I would not recommend Finch Services to anyone

Picked up my cub cadet last Monday called them a week after still have not started work, just getting tune up and blade sharpening. Not starting work until next week. Why not pick up when you re going to start work, could of been using these last two weeks to cut grass.

Woody was terrific. Ran into a small issue with a JD mulch kit but Finch made it right and Woody personally dropped off the mower on a Saturday. Great customer service and always stocked with parts.

poor communication and worse customer service. Waited almost a month to get my mower picked up for service. its now a week later and after calling I was told looks like maybe next week the tech may take a look at it.

This dealership may be good for someone with purely residential needs, but not for someone who is truly working in agriculture. The parts department has been very kind and helpful, but Sales has been less than attentive, and I dont like that they have tried to sell me equipment that absolutely wont fit my needs when they dont have what would in stock. Twice Ive inquired about a Gator, clear in my requirements given that I have a 43 acre working farm, and sales people have tried to sell me an electric Gator when they did not have what I needed in stock - clearly not suited to the task! (What happens when it runs out of charge on the back forty? Do I push it home?) I have had better luck and better service at other dealerships more oriented to those in agriculture.

I can t comment on other locations but service at hunt valley is horrible. Took tractor in on July 6 for routine repair and made no less than 20 calls over the ensuing 5 + weeks to find out what was going on. Finally on Wednesday of close to the 6th week in to pull the tractor. The service manager promised me it would be done the next morning and guaranteed it would be ready no later than 3 pm. I gave it until tge next day and when I went to retrieve the tractor - they couldn t find it because someone was working on it - to which the service manager asked me: who told you the tractor was going to be ready? . Never again

this store is pathetic for any kind of chainsaw support. Everything is overpriced and they dont have anything in stock. If you are looking for Stihl chainsaw parts or saws I would recommend AK saw shop in peach bottom Pennsylvania.

The Service department at the Hunt Valley location should be rebranded with a Non in front of it. I ve left 4 or 5 voicemails over two weeks to schedule routine service and not one call back. Spoke to someone this am who said he d run my message down to Service and still no reply. This never happened before Finch was sold to Atlantic Tractor. Hard to trust a company that can t be bothered to return a phone call. Looking for an alternative.

Finch at Hunt Valley gave me the most outstanding service experience I have ever had , Anywhere. I was having problems with my John Deere X739 that i purchased at there store. The new manager Ken was great, after explaining my Problems to him and saying i could not leave it here for weeks. Ken got his mechanic Chris, 2 other guys, Grant and Michael amedietley . They took the tractor off my trailer. They went over it with a fine tooth come, offering many options on how to repair or replace parts, came up with an estimate of cost to me. most was still under warranty. They ordered the parts that day. I could take my tracker home and use it till the parts came in, solving my problem. Emily in service, made sure the parts were there and we scheduled an appointment to repair it. When I came in for the service my truck was over heating, one of the guys checked out my truck, told me I needed a new radiator hose. Ken told me where to get one close buy and offered me a ride there . The guys filled my radiator with water so i could get there and home. Ken called me later at home to make sure I made home OK. Thats what I CALL SERVICE. I buy every peace of equipment, frome tractors , chain saws. snow blowers ,pressure washers and parts from Finch for the last 35+ years and will continue to do so . Thank you KEN and all the employes , Chris, Grant ,Michael & Emily

Ive been pretty happy with Finch. Ive needed various parts and such from the parts counter and theyve been pretty good.

This is almost the only store I go to, where everything I buy is a fair price and lasts forever.

For 30 years we have been customers of Finch Hunt Valley. We send all of our equipment to them for NORMAL MAINTENANCE. Over the past year we have had 3 incidences of equipment returned to us that had worked before we sent it in and upon return it did not. First it was an issue with a walk behind whose self propel stopped working after NORMAL MAINTENANCE. They dd correct this problem at no charge. Last time it was a snowblower that worked fine until service. We ended up buying a new one from Finch. This time is was our walk behind mower again. Upon return the start cord would not pull. I contacted Finch and they said the clutch had gone bad and it would cost $322.00 to fix. Again, the mower worked fine before we sent it to them for NORMAL MAINTENANCE. Do they not test the equipment before it is returned to the customer? It seems this this ploy works well for them. I guess it gets them a lot of sales from customers until they get enough of it. This is the last time they will see any of our equipment!

New equiptment prices are too high, and I will not use their service dept. Parts in the parts dept. are sky high and personnel were sarcastic. Location in Carroll County is worse. Frankly, for parts and minor service, I will stick with Jacks small engine Co. in Jarrettsville, Md.

The deck on my Craftsman tractor had broken 3 welds that held it in place.I removed the deck and took it to finch.They did a great job of lining up the pulleys and welding the brackets back in place.

They sell quality brand products, John Deere, Stihl, to name a few. They have good maintenance & parts departments. Their staff is friendly and helpful.

I recently received my Toro Commercial 36-Inch Walk Behind mower w/ Sulky from the service department. The blades weren t engaging when I placed it in for repair. Today, my crew mowed ONE property with the mower... afterwards, the blades stopped engaging. I also placed two Honda push mowers into their service department for repair. Only to have the mowers repaired with aftermarket parts - which voids the warranty on my equipment. Furthermore, all of my mowers fold down. However, the way these mowers were repaired prevents them from folding down. I just expected better from this company.

Service Department is poorly run and rude. Brought in equipment for service, not looked at for 10 days. When I called spoke to tech said he get to when he could, he would email estimate, took two days to receive after I called again. Was to told that I didnt need to call any more they would call me. After Three weeks to fix a belt, I called and amazingly, equipment was ready for pick up. Other places to go and without the hassle.

High price. Said he would get back to me by the time I got home. 2months later he called. Cant keep your word. Cant deal with me.

Came in to purchase a blower. Was greeted and acknowledged by the receptionist. Was told both salesman were with other customers. Not a big deal as I proceeded to browse the show room. 5 mins goes by and another couple walks in. One salesman finishes with the first couple then proceeds to blow past me and goes to the newest couple. I already knew what exact blower I wanted to purchase. Other salesman pawns me off to the receptionist to ring me up who btw did not know how to ring me up quickly so I could be on my way. Talk about poor customer service! Too bad because their products and sales floor are nice.

Complete waste of time! I called the store. Confirmed all of my parts were in stock. Even double checked my serial number on my tractor including all the part numbers. When I drove all the way to the store they told me they didnt have my parts in stock. They needed to order them. Spend your money anywhere else. Ill order my parts on amazon for half the price. This is why stores go out of business. To many idiots

They were not clear with the service they wanted to do. what they promised and agreed to to do is not what they did. They tried to upsell me on items that were absolutely not needed the cost of the repairs with them was more than the replacement of the entire tractor.

Went all over the place to get a chain for my chainsaw and kept running into problems. Went to Finch Services and they took care of me...Made a huge problem childs play... Thank you all so much

I consider myself and intermittent user of power equipment which means I am pretty forgetful when it comes to the seemingly simple things like maintenance and simple fixes. Every time I have an issue these guys help. Moreover, they seem HAPPY to assist. They NEVER complicate any issue. They explain everything in the most simplistic way. Dont waste your time buying, getting repairs done, or simply getting your questions answered anywhere else. I am telling you to use these guys as your one stop shop for your power tool and equipment. Kudos to Finch for providing the ultimate support and sales staff to me.

Very pleased with their service department, and the sales people are great--once they recommended a less-expensive chain-saw than the one I was buying for my son (with good reason about the ease of use!) I really appreciated that professionalism.

I recently had an issue where my Honda lawn mower wouldnt pull back. I was initially charged the diagnostic fee for them to review what was causing it. When I asked if it was possible to have it covered by the Honda warranty they reviewed my case and worked with Honda to have it covered. The folks at Finch are great and very trustworthy. Pam especially went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out.Thank you!

I just wanted to let everyone know how well the staff took care of the clutch problem with my Gator 855D. It has never performed the way it does now, even when brand new. They called the factory and even though I was out of warranty, they did the right thing and took care of my issue under warranty. This store is 5 stars in my book and I am a lifetime customer! They are terrible for service. Took my commercial power washer under warranty with Honda. It was spewing oil out of the head seals. They never tested the motor and replaced the valve cover gaskets paid for by Honda warranty and this was not the problem with the motor. Came back with same problem as when it went in. The worst part is when I called they said to just bring it in and they would fix it under warranty. It took three weeks of calling 2x+ a week to find out they didnt even have time to work on it. It took a month to get a 3 hour service done and they never communicated. Even though we left messages with the desk person and they had our machine just sitting there! BUYER BEWARE
