This was the first year I've had the 5 treatment plan with Naturescape, and I have been very pleased with the results. Other companies have required more applications, charging significantly more with poorer results. My front lawn is green, lush, and weed-free. My back yard has sandy soil (a consequence of living near Lake Michigan) which is great for acid-loving plants but not so great for deep-rooted grass. Over the years I have tried many types of solutions with less-than-satisfactory results. This year is the best my back yard has looked with the help of Naturescape. It's not perfect yet, but much improved. Naturescape's #1 priority is customer satisfaction - my words, not theirs. They communicate before and after each application which is important because I have pets. Their prices are very reasonable - less than the competition. And their employees seem happy to work for them. I just signed up for next year!

My parents have been using their services for several years now and have always been happy with service and competitive pricing. Recently I have had to take a more active role on behalf of my parents and the experience has been amazing. As I don't live in town, on my most recent trip, I had a lot of questions. Liz was an amazing help in addressing any and all questions that I had about my parents existing services and providing information and recommendations as well as helping arrange mowing and fall cleanup. Fantastic service and highly competitive pricing. What more could you ask for? They also offer far more services than I even knew about which is highly beneficial to me as I'm not close enough to take care of many things that I have in the past. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

I have always taken care of my lawn on my own. A few years ago, I decided to give a lawn company a shot after getting tired of having to remember which fertilizer when and trying to find time. Naturescape ends up costing about the same as all the products I would buy each year. They keep notes on what they find so they can adjust what they do on their next visit. I have some wet areas and they have been very careful not to rip the lawn up when it's muddy. The manager even stopped by a couple of times because he was in the area just to check if it was dry enough to get their equipment in the backyard for aeration and overseeding. I started out just giving them a try for a season and I have used them now for 3(?) years. I would recommend them.
NatureScape is amazing! Everyone is very professional. We had an issue with service and they were very quick to solve it. Our lawn was so bad when we started working with them, but now, less than 6 weeks later we are almost completely weed free. I also haven't seen a mosquito since they treated our lawn. I highly recommend them!

Naturescape is a generic term referring to landscaping with plants other than grass. This company has co-opted the term by making it a registered trademark, which wouldnt be so bad if thats what they do, but they dont. Just another grass maintenance company. Thanks for the clarification. Look at wikipedia and Google for the term. It refers to planting a variety native plants and creating natural habitats, not just trees and shrubs. It is my hope that given the name of your company, you consider expanding into the growing (pun) market of authentic naturescaping.
While I may have been originally somewhat disappointed, I gave a not so nice review. Upon leaving a poor review I was immediately contacted and offered for them to come out and look at the problem and find a solution on how to move forward. I was satisfied with the results in the end and would reccomend them for lawn care.
Told next-door neighbor about the good care and quality of work and they now have Naturescape service too

I was skeptical about this, since my yard has loads of trees/flowers & bushes, plus I tried another company & it didnt work..... BUT I havent been bit by a single mosquito since my first spraying!!!!! ( My yard was sprayed twice so far) Im completely in love with this company! ( Plus I dont have to worry about nasty ticks!)
They moved my lawn after 3 days of rain. My lawn now has Galjour s in the front and back. The lawn looks like someone came with a truck and did figure 8 in the front and back. A child would have done a better job. The owner told me we will seed your lawn for free. I told them it should be since they messed up the lawn. THEY DONOT DO GOOD WORK.
