Do not use them! When I contacted them in the Fall of 2020 they said that for $500, or $450 if I paid up front, they would aerate and seed, then fertilize and do grub control in the Spring, and that they were about two weeks out. Sounded good, so I paid $450. What they didnt tell me was that they were two weeks out from when they would call and give me a date, so that when they finally came, our irrigation system was off so the seeding was worthless, and the aeration just allowed lots of weeds and spider grass to grow in the Spring. It also turned out that I would have to pay another $450 to have them come in the Spring, because fertilizing and grub treatment were offered, but not included in the Fall package. Thanks to them, our lawn looks awful.

We are starting our second year with Natural Lawn due to how wonderful our lawn looks. After 1 year of using Natural Lawns service team, the lawn is picture perfect. The techs email or call if requested to let you know when to expect them. Professional and Knowledgeable Group of people.

Last summer was my first year using NaturaLawn and I was very pleased with the results. My lawn really greened up and filled in the spots beautifully. I am very happy with them and will continue to use them.

I had NaturaLawn of America for the first time last year, they showed up on schedule throughout the year. We have been customers of Natural Lawn for about 10 years. We usually prepay for the season s lawn care that includes fertilizing, weed control and grub proofing. They service our lawn on schedule and on occasion we have a weed problem, we call and come back for a local treatment. Overall, we are satisfied with the service and would recommend it.

Our yard always looks perfect. We highly recommend them. They are very dependable.

Received a call from a very aggressive salesperson from this company about their services , I got their name last season from my neighbor and their lawn looked very nice so I decided to call for possible lawn service this season to my surprise I was told by a very rude sales person Sergio that i need to decide now to receive the lawn service because I received a call back in November and that I should be ready now to decide and seem as if I did not decide now that it did not seem as if they wanted my business , Never have I had such rudeness from a company looking to welcome a new customer, I think they may do a good service but my concern would be is this the way you may be treated if there becomes a issue of the lawn condition and may need follow up service.

I have had my yard treated by NaturaLawn of America for going on three years. John is very punctual and responsive and our yard (deep, wooded, with a stream) has been mosquito and tick free! We have a large group of deer that frequent our yard and I am always worried about ticks, plus the stream brings mosquitoes and both of those problems have been eliminated! They offer a discount if you prepay each year (I put aside some of my tax refund every year for this) and on the few occasions where I see a mosquito or two, I email them and they come to respray the next day for free! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

Natural lawn is a great company! This is our 5th year and they have been amazing. Lawn looks fantastic every year with no problems.

The service people were friendly, and knowledgeable, and seemed quite capable, and the office is easy to communicate with. We used another local service a few years back...this company is a big improvement!

Fills up your mailbox with all sorts of junk. Doesnt respond to or enforces requests to opt-out of their direct mail marketing campaign. I have multiple requests by mail and by phone over the past several months with no effect. This is clearly unprofessional behavior. Stay away.

My lawn is massively burned. Im waiting to see how they fix it as aeration and overseeding doesnt seem like it will return my grass to its former green lushness. Accidents can happen, but Id like the three burned areas replaced rather than seeded. I tried to post photos but dont see how. I also had tick and mosquito spraying with no problems.

Bad customer service, reps on site barely try or care, marketing calls and mailings kept coming even after I cancelled the service and spoke with a manager who assured they d stop. Just read about organic lawn care online, save money, and fertilize your own lawn.

I ve been using NaturaLawn and Mosquito Ranger for 4 years now and they have been amazing. There specialists have been very knowledgeable and they have always gone out of there way to accommodate me with any requests. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top notch service!

I ve used this lawn service for a few years now and couldn t be more pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of the techs that have come out to my home. I d recommend them to anyone looking to take their lawn to the next level.

We have been using NaturaLawn for many years and our lawn looks great! We switched to NaturaLawn when we had gotten a dog and then had little ones running around, to keep them safe from chemicals, and have never looked back. The technicians are friendly, answer any questions or concerns we may have and ALWAYS leave the driveway, deck and walkways blown off (usually neater than when they got there). We also use their Tree and Shrub service and it saved our Weeping Cherry tree!

We were good customers for years, then the company charged us for an aeration services that I never ordered and when I disputed the related charges of $144.90, rather than credit the account they simply referred it to collection to force payment. In my mind, this was a form of blackmail to get the unauthorized charges paid in full. To avoid credit issues, I paid the account in full but then the Company was uncooperative in getting the collection removed from the Experian credit report. Now i am forced to take legal action against them and Experian to get this blemish removed my my credit report indicating collection. Be very careful with this unscrupulous company.
