My experience with Augusta was not positive. I was looking to have my mulch removed and some sod removed if the quoted price met my budget. I asked to have this quote broken out 3 different ways for budget purposes. A staff member came out to the property to review the job and spoke with me. This experience was positive. Several days later I received my quote and it was not broken out as requested. It was an all in quote. Still not a major deal, things happen. I contacted the company and explained the situation. I was informed that an estimator would get back to me with the 3 quotes requested. They got back to me . Just 10+ days later. The quote was also broken out two ways and one of which was nothing I even asked for. I then received a nurturing email to remind me about my quote where I expressed my frustration. The response was simple. Hi Brian, Thanks for letting us know. Your quote has been marked as declined. Have a great week ahead I didn t need an apology in the email, but a little customer empathy would be nice. They may do great work, I wouldnt know because I couldn t even get my order processed correctly. I do not recommend based on the lack of competence I experienced.

I used Augusta Lawn Care for tree trimming (over my fence and property line). I was not home when the work was done and had hoped for a heads up when the crew was coming. That aside, you came on the day I was scheduled and I was so pleased with that. If you would have had to come the next day it might have been bad because we have some bad weather in the forecast. The tree trimming was done as we had discussed and the clean up was excellent. I watched a truck from this business make a right turn onto Northbound Vets pkway, cutting off several vehicles that waited patiently in the right turn lane, from the left turn lane COMING FROM the Menards/Sams area today (4/19/23). HE HAD ALREADY BEEN TO MENARDS AND WAS GETTING ON VETS PKWY. HE WAS TYPING ON HIS PHONE, NOT LISTENING TO GOOGLE MAPS. When I caught up to the truck to see the name on the side, the driver, a grey-haired man with glasses, was texting and driving. I guess hes more important than traffic laws or all the other drivers on the road.

Im would give this company ZERO stars if i could, as they broke my fence over a year & a half ago and refuse to have it fixed. They sent me text messages from a fence repair person & a check for $200 to have it fixed myself. That repair Arthur is too busy. They continue to refuse to find a fence repair service. The owner did rig it so dogs cant get out but it is not the fence I paid for. Neighbors complainig. Terrible customer service. I would never hire this company again. They also sent several workers here last season to clean gutters, clean yard, etc.... they were kids and here for 10 minutes as my outdoor camera shows. Since moving to Agusta changed names, service has been terrible. Clean up this mess!!

I was reluctant to sign up for a lawn care service. After all I could do it myself and take 2-3 hours every week. Now I wonder why I waited so long. Augusta does a great job, great value, high quality all the way around. We also had them come out and trim some bushes and trees. Im thinking about selling my push mower, wont be needing it for years to come hopefully

Edmund Phillips is an amazing worker! One time he accidentally made a hole in the wall at my church while playing sports and then fixed the drywall himself! Ive seen him work in many projects with my church and he has always been a hard worker who knows what hes doing and helps other when needed.

I had Augusta trim bushes that had a full year s growth. Getting an estimate was easy and they got back with me the next business day. Their quote was substantially less expensive than two competitors. They let us know when they would trim the bushes after I accepted their quote. Kyle came and did an excellent job. He shaped the bushes nicely and did a great job cleaning afterward. He had us inspect his work to make sure we were happy. We were. Plan to use them in the spring for the same work.

We have looked at using Augusta for landscape service for a few years. We requested assistance, and they responded with a quote for what we needed to have done. No selling of stuff we didnt ask for, which is different than some other local services. The representatives were on time and completed the work in one day.

Augusta took care of our leaf pick up. I would recommend them to anyone whose looking for high quality service and reliable staff who provide prompt communication. Overall a great experience!

Great work by Augusta cleaning up our many, many leaves out of the landscaping and from the yard! Their workers were kind, efficient, and meticulous. It was easy to obtain an estimate, schedule, and pay - all online. Highly recommend!

They showed up but they said they had the wrong size ladder, which they said was too short - do you believe that a gutter cleaner does not have a long enough ladder? Hard to believe. Because the ladder was too short they walked on the roof and blew out the gutters in about 20 minutes. They blew all the gutter debris onto my back deck and I had to then blow it off from there. I dont feel like they were professional; they did not have the right equipment and they should use ladders to access the gutters and clean them out with blowers. To clean the downspout entrance, they should use ladders and remove the leaf jams by hand. It takes about an hour to two hours to clean gutters the correct way..... they were done in 20 minutes.
