Used this company last summer for my weekly lawn mowing. They broke the cover off my mailbox, bent the gate in my backyard by forcing the standup mower through it, and did not blow the grass clippings from the porch (despite being asked several times to). Went with a new company this year and they are fantastic.

Never returned my calls

They were very untimely when scheduled the job and wouldnt go over the extra effort to complete the project to a professional satisfaction level. Danny was quick to give an invoice, but short with his time. I definitely feel that i over paid for the outcome, since my husband had to complete what they should have done. i would never use them again or recommend this landscaping company to anyone. I should have read the reviews.

In needed quality top soil and to take the place of a pool that was removed so it could be seeded and fill in my lawn. The workers did a great job and left my yard in nice shape and they provided quality advise on how to make sure my lawn comes back in the spring. Didnt catch the workers names, but they were polite. Customer service couldnt be better.

I am in the process of installing a pool and need a retaining wall. Danny and Sabba Landscaping came to me via a personal reference. He has been extremely responsive, professional, and timely, and actually provided additional, creative options for my project. I dont even know where to begin there is so much to say. My home was ravaged by a flash flood in August of 2018. This flood collapsed my yard literally in half and I was left with a very unstable situation. I interviewed 9 contractors before I found Sabbas. The minute I met Danny I knew I found the best of the best! Professional, Caring and Attention to detail like nobody s business! Danny and his crew treated my home and property like it was there own. Every call was answered or returned promptly. On time every single day! And I cannot leave out Toni, Danny s mom. She handles the day to day operations and after you speak to her you will know why Danny is so wonderful. It was mind boggling the progress that was made in 5 days. Danny is very meticulous and takes great pride in his work. I would recommend Sabbas to anyone and everyone. Stay tuned for the finished product. Not happy with them they damaged my vinyl side ing on the house they would not fix it not right what they did I had to let them go

Sabbas has done a bunch of work at my home from an amazing patio, to landscape plantings and design. They have always been fair honest and very polite! you guys have my business for life!

Started out ok. Responded quick for appointment. Waited a week. Not so bad. But the night before I got a call at 5pm saying they are running 4 weeks out and if I was still interested. So I called back and left a message saying yes. Still wanted estimate and I wasnt in a rush for the work. Guess they didnt get that message because I got an email and 9:30 pm that night (which I saved). Saying they are 6 weeks behind and if I wanted to go ahead with it still, to let them know. Well....its 9:30 at night for next day. So I emailed back and hoped they would show up. But I text my husband that night at work and told him I didnt have a good feeling about this. Like they are ones who didnt want to do job and putting in on me to decide. Anyway....he came. We talked. He seemed cool. Took measurements. Said he would send estimate later that day. I figure next day maybe. Its been 8 days and no estimate. Not a shock. Like I said....i think he didnt want my job but wasnt gonna tell me that so tried to put it on me. I mean 9:30pm email to try and talk me out of it the night before the appointment. But was scheduled for a week at that point Oh well. Wont every call them again. Guess when its your company you can be a jerk and its ok.

Two years ago we hired Sabbas landscaping and they were wonderful. This year I hired them near the end of winter to come out and complete a yard clean up, including putting down pre-emergent. Granted we had an unusually long and cold winter but Sabbas wanted to come out in early May when it was still 30 degrees out. There is no way pre-emergent would even work in those conditions. We agreed (per contract) that they would come out instead after the ground warmed. May came and went, then June. We contacted them numerous times and they never returned calls. Finally, they sent us an email saying that they could not come out anymore as they were understaffed and too busy suggested we hire someone else. It is now July and I just finally found someone else to come out. Because the yard has gone so long without tending, the estimate to clean up the yard is through the roof! Plus, he is not sure he can complete the job before my daughters graduation party. Please do not use this company. Any company who does not honor their contacts should be ashamed.

Do not waste your time with this business. Dan came out to my house for an estimate on a clean up and remulching. I wanted to have a recurring clean up every other week. He seemed like a nice, honest guy. He said he will send me the estimate with the breakdown and that they can probably come by tomorrow to do the initial clean up. He sent me an estimate with 7 clean ups and remulching. I called the office and spoke to the secretary Toni who was nothing but rude to me. I asked why 7 cleanups were included since I thought it was an odd number(my previous home I paid once per month and it was easy to keep track of). Because I asked the question about the 7 payments upfront Toni became very defensive explaining that they are not the type of company that receives payment under your doormat. I tried to explain that i was just asking because I thought it was an odd number. I also asked if I can see the quality of work they do for the first clean up and pay for one clean up initially since I have a lot of leaves, sticks, pollen and acorns and consistently fall from the trees in my backyard. I said that if I am happy with the quality of work I will be more than happy to make 7 payments up front. She was even more rude after I asked that question and said thats not how they do business and she questioned my ability to pay. The next day I called the office hoping that someone could still come to the house since still I liked my experience with Dan and didnt want base the entire business on the way the secretary treated me. So I have them another shot. Dan said the prior day when he came to my house that they should be able to send someone today. I tried reaching the office multiple times that day and asked Toni to have Dan call me back. I never heard anything. I followed up the following week, on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and I finally got a call back from Dan. He said that you cant have a McDonalds meal for the amount that Im charging you for the clean up and you cant pay in advance? I told him that is not what I said to Toni. I explained that she was rude to me that I am more than happy to pay in advance but due to the work that will go into cleaning my backyard I wanted to make sure they do a good job so I would like to pay for one clean up and then if I like the quality of work I will pay in advance for 7 additional cleanups. He was extremely offended that I called Toni rude.....I was just being honest with my experience. He then told me that they are no longer taking on new customers.............again dont waste your time with this company. Its not worth the aggrivation.

I used Sabba a few years ago - I was pleased except I had to chase them down to schedule and get estimate. Dan was helpful. This year I submitted request for estimate online - never heard from them. was like deja vous from last time. shouldnt make it difficult to give someone your business.

The worst company ever....do not use them!!! We just to moved to Howell...called them for an estimate and to price out weekly lawn service. Dan came out, seemed like a very nice guy...explained that it was a family owned business. We walked the entire property back front and sides to get a cleanup estimate. That night he emailed us with an estimate for entire cleanup, for fertilization and for lawn service. We agreed to the lawn service and paid for the entire year so we could get the 5% discount. A week later after my husband and I decided we agreed to the cleanup as well. We had to pay for the cleanup after it was done. The cleanup was done about a month after Dan gave us the estimate. The cleanup was only done in the front of the house and sides. Noone came into the back to do anything. However we were invoiced for the entire $360. At the point we were not fully moved into the house so we noticed it about 4 days after it was done. At that point I called the office which was the Thursday before Memorial Day...I explained to Toni (worst secretary ever) my issue...she told me the invoice clearly stated that it was for the front and side only...I understand that but the only price I got for cleanup was for the entire property... She told me they were busy because of Memorial Day, which I totally understand and she would get back to me. By the next Wednesday I did not hear back, so I sent and email stating my issue. I offered to pay $250 for the side and front. An hour later I got an apology and they accepted $250, in which I promptly paid. Toni called my husband a day later and was very upset, kind of stating we went over her head with the email and we were wrong. The Best Is Get This ....today 6/8/2016...we get an email from the them refunding us $643....and they told us they will no longer be servicing our property!! Who in the world runs a business like this?? I paid them until October to mow my lawn and they dont want my business?? Obviously they have some issues within themselves that they need to work out. They are horrible and have no work etiquette... Who does something like this!! I have never written a review, this is my first review on anything...I was speechless and could not believe it. Disgusted with them especially the nasty Toni, who I was clearly interrupting her morning talk shows when I called!

I had a wonderful experience with Sabba this past week. The office communication was excellent. Rocco and Andrew came and took care of what I need with great pleasantness. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again for any future needs.

We have been using Sabba for several years. We have used several services offered from landscaping, pavers,sprinter service and fencing. Nothing but outstanding service. the first year they were fine and friendly,so i kept them but had several issues and called and explain.The second season the weedcutter made a whole in my expensive vinyl siding,i called and and they send someone but did nothing.I let it go,i have called about hitting my small maple with the weed eater on the base of the tronk,now the tree is dead.That tree was a memorial to my husband.They also kept going around my trees and digging up the grass and you could see the soil.every season weeds and add grasses were appearing and killing good grass,even after paying 80.00$ amonth for weeds.This years i tried not to complain but the weeds in august were taking over,in desperation i called and i supposetly told the not to come.Sabba did not come anymore even after begging to cut 5 weeks worth of growth,they dumped me a widow with health issue and the month of sept.is paid in full+the chemicals,the bill is 230.00+some cents,after many request for getting my money back ,today oct 22 i have not received a penny back.It started well but its been a nightmare.Tania Garo is my name,i detest going to court but it seems i am going to have,+they owe me 35+tx for a non cutting week in may due to rain.this is making me sick,they are not bad people but was told by one of there relative that they get sloppy.They is a lot more to say but this is gettting to long.They claim to owe me 132 &half.its wrong.I have my bank statement.I had to go back to work so i could take care of my litttle property and paid 100.00$ to have my lawn mowed.

They are reasonably priced, courteous and friendly!! The best part, Danny is a local Ramtown Howell business.If you are ever dissatisfied they send there crew back out to fix it right away.
