Grass Master Lawn Care LLC in Howard

Thanks to Grass Master Lawn Care for taking good care of my lawn these past few years. Special thanks to Ty and Tim for their friendly service. Always a pleasure to do business with people who are diligent in their job. I am moving out of state but would recommend their services to others.

I would like to say that I wish I could have communicated with the mowers in regards of the length of the grass, but there was never a set time that they came by. Each time they mowed, it wouldn't look like anyone had mowed. There would just be lines in the yard as to where they drove but the lawn would still be the same length as before. Recently I had called to cancel my service but had to leave a voicemail, there has been no effort to call back to confirm. But in my message I did state that I'd like for them to finish out the season but it's been two weeks since they've last been here.

I called them a week ago to come cut my yard and they never showed up. Would not recommend!!!!!!

Justin is a really good guy on time and very good price. I needed it done and even tho he was busy he maid sure to help me out. I would highly recommend grass masters for any and all of your lawncare or other projects.

Poor communication. Does not follow through on timelines that are set. This is even after giving a second chance due the same issues.

I’ve been using these guys for a couple of years now, and they do a awesome job!

They were willing to come out and mow in the rain and I can't complain about that. Great communication in setting something up and more than happy with the mowing service they provided.

I would highly recommend Justin & Grass Master for your lawn care needs. His hard work and attention to detail took care of some dead tree limbs for me. Thanks Justin
