We started with them in 2023 and had the best service, but this year has been a different story. February 2024 - I contacted them at the end of Feb to see where they were. They apologized that they were behind on starting this year and would put me on the schedule. Never saw them; called back. Again, they apologized and stated that somehow I fell through the system, again. March 2024 - They finally came out to treat the yard and be caught up. I called them to see when they would be starting the mosquito portion of their package, and I was informed that they were about to start that back up, which they did at the end of March. April 2024 - NOTHING. May 2024 - Contacted them to let them know that my yard looked pretty rough and by rough I mean enough that we decided to rip up a huge section in our backyard, dust with topsoil, and put down 3 pallets of grass. They stated that somehow I got left off the system again...yes again. They stated they would get me worked back into the program asap. I reminded them that we never got our April mosquito treatment and again they apologized. Ok......this is where I finally lose my patience. They sent me a text on Saturday - 5/18 - stating that they would be here Monday 5/20. Then, I got another text stating that it was canceled on Monday; rescheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday 5/21 came and it was getting later in the day, so I called to confirm they were still coming. They stated I was still on their route to hit and that it would still happen that day. They didnt show. Got a text that they would be out to treat the grass on Wednesday 5/22 and they would be out on Friday for the mosquito treatment that we were suppose to get in APRIL!!!! So today, Wednesday - 5/22 - they showed up. Two gentlemen got out, rang my doorbell to notify me they were here, and left 9 mins 38 seconds later per my cameras. I called to find out what this treatment was suppose to entail. This treatment has a hose that is used to do the application. I live on a 1.45 acre, pie shaped yard, the front being the smallest section. They stated that they treated the yard and even had pictures. I told the very nice (and I honestly mean that) young lady on the phone that I do have on my cameras where one of the gentlemen walked in my backyard and took pictures, but unfortunately forgot to bring the hose with him or apply anything......that my friends is called theft. He took pics as though he applied it everywhere, but cameras DONT lie....he brought no hose, not other system to possibly apply anything to the back. She contacted the gentlemen who stated they would come back. I called my husband and sent him the videos. He told me to call them back and just cancel the program all together and notify them to please not return today since the trust had been broken and we no longer wanted services by them. She did state that she would have a senior tech come out and meet with us. I told her that unfortunately, the trust had been broken....we wouldnt feel the need to have to rewatch our cameras to see if they had actually done their job. We had been extremely patient. We contacted them so many times since February. We were forgotten many times and had many apologies, and in the end, we have a yard full of weeds and mosquitoes. The yards around us use TruGreen and they look great...granted they are more expensive, but if you put a tag on the amount of time and effort we had to put in to get them to come out, and then when they actually came out to have them lie about the treatment, well I guess it will be worth the extra expense in the end. So, with that, Im sorry it ended like this because last year they were amazing. This year....they employed individuals who were thieves and a scheduling system that obviously doesnt know how to keep track of accounts properly to make sure they are getting the services they have been promised.

This is the top performing Lawn Performance company. We have a Partnership and work together to take properties that have suffered neglect of lawns/yards occupied by tenants, as well as properties in certain areas that are surrounded by the worst of the worst, which is crabgrass. Absolute professionals.

Avoid dealing with this company. They conducted two services on my yard without my approval. It was agreed with them that nobody does anything without first getting in contact with me. They told me they knocked on the door, but nobody answered so they just spread my yard. The yard still the same after two services and nothing looks different. No improvements at all. They are unprofessional and not worth to deal with.

Techs do a bad job. They don t complete and do the job right. I was at home looking at them and what I saw is a waste of money. Called the company Supervisor and he said he could not call me so he emailed. They are so unprofessional I thought customer service comes first.

I just cancelled my service. First off, I requested a call back which is supposed to not incur a charge and I was charged. Second, I get a VM stating that my service has been suspended for an over 60 day past due account. My account was never 60 days or 30 days past due. The VM also stated how many times they attempted to contact me including USPS and email. I never heard from anyone. The service does not control the weeds in my yard. Obviously this is not a well managed operation. Last week I called, once again, for a follow up visit. A senior tech was supposed to call letting me know they were on their way-did not. When tech did arrived my granddaughter answered the door for me to let tech know I would be right out. When I went to back yard to open the gate, the truck was pulling away from my house. Never returned or called. This is not good customer service.

We used the service in 2022 and paid the whole annual fee in one single payment. Not completely happy with the results, we decided not to use the service in 2023. They sent us an e-mail on Jan 29th 2023, stating they would come to do the services on Jan 30th (following day). We did not see this e-mail on January 29th. The applicator came in the following day, did not ring the bell, trespassed into our property and did the application. When we finally saw the e-mail, we called them on February 6th and stated that we did not contracted the services for 2023. Now they want to charge us $84.57 for this first application of 2023. We called them on February 6th, and a second time on April 26th to state that we did not want the services, that we did not sign any auto-renewal clause, and that we were not informed properly and with enough prior time warning that the applicator would be coming. We would have called immediately if we had seen the e-mail on January 29th (Sunday by the way). We also stated that we would not pay this amount and asked them politely to write it off. They keep sending us bills and sent us to a collection agency. Unbelievable. I am considering going to the police and reporting the illegal trespassing of our property performed on January 30th by the applicator.

Avoid Weedman! After many treatments, we STOPPED service, because: -weeds were thriving, lawn was not -excuses for every issue -lots of upselling -No one was accountable- techs were different at each visit -Weedman keeps calling even though we said STOP calling -Expensive- -BBB- similar complaints about Weedman

Service was terrible and rarely showed up when they said they would. When they did show up they didnt let us know they arrived so would only do the front yard and not ask to get in the side or backyard. Saw zero improvement in my yard after almost a full year of treatment (if anything it got worse). Once you cancel they refuse to take you off their call list and you will get calls almost every day. There are much better options out their that actually respect their customers. (This was written after receiving my 4th call in the last two days from their San Antonio office... Ive asked several times to be removed from the list over the last year+)

Do not recommend at all, waste of time and money . I recently joined there 1 year program in April and after few visit still they are unable to control weed in my yard. called them multiple times in last ten days for weed control application they schedule a visit send me texts and no one showed up on specific day its totally not professional. I discus the issue with my friends who referred me and they all are facing same problems like me for their visits. They will be so professional when they come to you to get your business, and after you purchase their program you will see how unprofessional they are in their Business.

I have been impressed with the results and service that Weed Man has provided to this point. My lawn is looking great thus far and the prices are very reasonable. I would like to recognize Ryan Smith who did the organic soil spreading. He took time out to explain several things that I had question about and he even was able to get my neighbor to sign up for services. Weed Man were out the very next day to aerate his lawn. Keep up the good work.

My service technician, Jan Hernandez, is the 3rd technician who has been to my house for weed control service He was the first person who explained my service in details where I can understand. Also who actually sprayed my yard with something. I am not sure if my last 2 technicians did anything honestly. I dont see any difference yet. However, Jan was very kind, informative and professional. Im going to request Jan to come back.

I worked with Ashley Williamson during my purchase process for the weedman services. She was able to explain me in details... being a new home owner, i needed to understand before buying the service. She was detailed, most imp responsive for all my basic queries. Looking forward for the best results.

Called back because the last guy didn t get rid of the weeds. Dustin came here and sprayed all the weed spots thoroughly. Very cool person. Now waiting to see the results.

Justin did a great job. Took a good thorough look at my yard, put the applications as scheduled but also added some needed extras due to the heat and lack of moisture. Took the time to consult and offer advice to me and the neighbor who uses Weedman as well. Justin was personable, professional and thankful for our business. Customer service was great but unfortunately in my case the services they offered on my lawn wasnt. For 2 months I had the service and noticed no difference in my lawn. If anything it had gotten slightly worse and my grass was burned. They offered to send someone out and of course recommended more service which would cost more money so I opted out of it

Avoid this company at all costs. They lied about performing treatments to my property, and then refused to refund the money. When they went to the wrong house the first time, I forgave them. What I couldnt forgive was when they came to my house for the treatment, placed their flag, and left without ever treating my lawn. Not only did I capture this on my Ring camera, but my neighbor witnessed this happening as well. And then after this, they have the fortitude to call, text, and email claiming that they saw an issue with my lawn that needed immediate attention for an additional $115. An absolutely atrocious company that refuses to abide by simple moral responsibility. Update: They take this so seriously just to ghost you if you email them like they ask. Don t be fooled by the response to this review, they do not care. I performed one treatment on my lawn with the Ortho Nutsedge product and magically I have no weeds. Please don t waste your money on Weed Man.

When does the harassment stop? We keep getting bills for a location we dont live in anymore. We have told the company this and have also cancelled multiple times yet the bills keep coming. The company feels like a scam. STOP THE HARASSMENT!

They offer a very low monthly rate. Then they bombard you with problems with your lawn that require immediate attention. 100 Chemicals later you re gonna be down thousands of dollars for no good reason.

We have tried to cancel the service for about a year , they keep coming and even when I tell them not to treat the yard they send a bill, there is no way to cancel! They don t answer the phone! It is a scam!! Stay away from this people!!!

Weed Man does a great job of fixing lawn issues and making sure the customer is happy. If there is any reason you are not satisfied, they will make it right. Lexus and Simon are wonderful to work with and extremely professional . Highly recommended! The tech even brought in my trash cans Update: I ve since canceled my services because I wasn t seeing results anymore. I think maybe they changed formula or the tech just do lackluster applications. I started doing my own granulated fertilizer from Ace Hardware following the Don Lemon feeding schedule. My yard has never looked better! Just do your own and save the money.

I have been using WeedMan for years. Yard always looks great. never have to worry about pests, weeds, etc. Setup service and forget it. They are always very professional!

I tried out the weedman service to see if they could get rid of crab grass. Had 8 month of treatments but the process was not working. They would also not schedule the visits in a timely manner or call before they came. Since i have a dog they could not treat the back yard when they showed up unannounced. Yet still billed me for a whole yard treatment. After I called to complain about the technician not notifying before they came out when the service was not wanted they still billed me and did not credit my card. Worse customer service ever in my opinion and lack of communication between corporate office and satellite locations.

Very pleased with Tim and the service Weed Man provides. He answered all of our questions and concerns and reminded us they were just a phone call or text away.

I switched from Tru Green to Weed Man and have been happy with my decision. Tru Green would be at our house for literally 7 - 10 minutes max, in and out. It s just not enough time to do a thorough job. Weed Man is more thorough, will text me with some additional options like aerating without being annoying. I dont know where all the 5 Star reviews came from, but this was not my experience. In January, my yard was in the worst shape it has ever been. We called Weed Man multiple times, requested they come out and walk the yard with us to discuss treatment, etc. to no avail. Were promised phone calls back and they were never returned. It is now the end of May and the yard still has not recovered and the weeds are terrible. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are a very small outfit that does not respond or act. They are not full-service in that you would still need someone to fertilize plants.

I had lost nearly all of my back yard grass when Sunny started treating my lawn a few months ago. My grass is now back and my entire lawn (front and back) is nice and green; we are very happy with the results.

Weedman has done tremendous job on our yard. Backyard was crazy with weeds. Their treatments have it under control...mostly gone...looking great. (Within a few months) Communication and scheduling so easy. Personnel are so friendly and kind (shout out to Sonny). We are not active with our lawn care....but they are!

Ive had Weed Man Lawn Care for 2 years now and my lawn is looking good. I do think that it could be better, but I know its a battle when your regular lawn mowing crews bring issues from other yards into yours (like fungus and chinch bugs). When I first started doing it myself it was great, but required a lot of work and time. Therefore, I chose to use Weed Man over True Green. Other companies offer cheaper services, but I like using Weed Man because they are local people that communicate directly me, and not some generic call center. I believe that adds value to the service they provide, and they truly care and appreciate your business.

The best company for our grass. We could not get our grass to grow and couldnt get it to grow and rid of all the weeds. Spent a fortune over the years. Weedman came in and we never looked back. They are not working our area at the moment and I cry for them daily.

This summer my yard came down with webworms and it was destroying my yard. I emailed a couple of photos of the worms to Weed Man and within an hour I had a response and a scheduled visit was completed within 24 hours to assist me with my problem. I received reassurance from them that the chemicals used to treat the issue were safe for my dogs and their communication has been wonderful. I am still working through some yard issues, but I am confident they support will help me correct the issues soon. I recommend them for your yard services.

I had a big issue with Sod Webworm this year. After shopping around they are they only company that I could find to include the Webworm treatment in the regular program. The price was fair and I had my lawn sprayed 2 days after ordering. Good job Weed Man!

Im in my first go round with these guys. I purchased a years worth of lawn treatment and my lawn is the healthiest in the neighborhood. Ill be renewing for another year.

Signed up for this service about 3 months ago and I am very satisfied at the results I am seeing on my lawn, front and my backyard. My grass looks so green and healthy. As for customer service, Sunny has provided us with excellent customer service.
