We hired Ventura Lawncare to handle the landscaping cleanup for our Houston Galleria office, and Luis and his team exceeded expectations. Not only was the job done beautifully at a fair price, but clear communication was also a priority for me, and Luis delivered. It's frustrating when language barriers lead to misunderstandings, but that wasn’t an issue here. Luis, a friendly and professional young man in his 20s, took care of everything we asked for. His positive attitude and determination really stood out, and I left confident that he's on a path to success. We will definitely be using his services again and wish him the best!

Scheduled service a week in advance. They ignored my calls on the day service was scheduled. I called from my husbands phone and they answered to say they were unavailable. Poor customer service ,unreliable and unprofessional.Dont recommend!!
Luis was cutting our grass starting 5-23-23 so just about 1 year. We asked for a full service which included hedge trimming and grass. We also would just get the grass cut from time to time. Apparently, when he was doing the full service he never picked up the dead leaves. We had done 3 full-service jobs. My garage was getting full of dead leaves. I finally made him aware of the issue about the dead leaves all over the property. He said that cost an extra 80 dollars to pickup dead leaves. I could not believe he wanted more money to pickup the dead leaves from the hedges that he trimmed. We have never paid so much money for lawn services. I discontinued his services. Update: Responding to this review after the owner said the leaves were coming from a tree. This is true for one area but if you look leaves were everywhere not just under the tree. I cut the grass myself using my neighbors trimmer and blower. That is how I found the dead leaves all over the property. For him to ask an extra 80 dollars plus the $150 that would amount to $230. Our annual HOA fees are $1250 we have been here for 18 years and never had this issue. You outpriced yourself.

We have been working with Luis/Ventura Lawncare for a few months now and have been very satisfied with the services provided. He gives us a heads up courtesy reminder when he is coming and is always easy to work with if you need another date, or have a change in schedule. Our lawn is always nice and neat, and the edging is clean when he s done. I ve noticed he also voluntarily cleans the leaves from our gutter/drain too which is a great add-on considering the street flooding we get whenever we get heavy rains. All the pinestraw and leaves end up accumulating on the grate and is a pain to clean so glad to see he takes care of it. He s a great value for the service he provides and we look forward to continuing our service with him!
Highly Recommend! Moving in to a new home, we had let the front and back yards get out of control. Ventura Lawncare came out two days in advance to investigate and plan for the job (which was a lot). We tipped him double the price he quoted us. It s worth noting, the owner of this company is an incredibly nice person and someone worth meeting. Definitely a return customer!
