Santiago and sons lawn care in Houston

I had booked their services for Saturday morning. I had reconfirmed with him Saturday morning around 11 of the appointment and he did not give us a time of when he would be by. Around 2 after still no sign of him I asked him where he was and how long he was going to be and he said he is in the area working at a different location and will be at ours next. He said around 4:30 he will be heading over to our place. 5:30 rolls around and he still hasn't shown up. I texted him and called him. At this point I didn't get any messages back and his phone went straight to voicemail. He did not even notify us that he couldn't make it that day. This was an urgent job we needed and we waited all day for him. He didn't even have the courtesy to let us know he couldn't do it so that we can find other arrangements and yet led us on thinking he was still coming. Very unprofessional.
