The worst customer service I've ever experienced, extremely rude. I called to get a quote and was abruptly told NO and he immediately hung up the phone in my face. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but was stunned that happened. Call lasted 10 secs. Believe that was the universe saving me from a future headache.
The May storm in Houston caused some major damage to my property and landscaping. Trying to find someone to service my property was trying until I reached out to Mercado. Great communication, timely work, and competitive pricing.

After my mowing service dropped off the face of the earth I tried several mowing services with mixed results. Luckily I found Mercado Mowers. They were easy to talk to and easily set up service and provided excellent work with attention to detail. Totally recommended!

Philip and his crew were hired to do a brush, tree and weed removal job in the patio and atrium area of my unrented townhouse. Two of the trees were 20'+ tall and 6" around. He negotiated a fair price for the job and was able to get to it in just a couple of days. The work was performed thoroughly and as agreed. I am quite happy with the services that he performed.
They are consistent and fast. Also, they make it easy to pay via online as opposed to withdrawing cash or writing a check.

I Was Impressed From the Start . We had just moved in and our lawn was a Mess ,Ill tell you . We were moving our things when our neighbors Lawn Guy (Mercado Mowers) Mr. Phil said No word and they made that Lawn look like the Golf Course at The Masters. Smh . If I could give a 0 star review I could because I was not pleased with Mercados services. While he was using his weed whacker it flung one of the small pebbles and damaged my 6x6 window! He tried to cover it up but my roommates and I witnessed the whole thing! On top of that he did not do a good job after the incident! The worst part is that he refuses to pay for the damages that he is responsible for. We called him countless times but kept saying he is busy I never been this disappointed and furious about a business. Side note: he would promise a a firm quote and once he arrived he would almost DOUBLE our charge! I would be fine with $20-30 more but double is unacceptable!
They were weed whacking by our window and it was obvious that they were hitting rocks and then one rock hit our window. The company didn t take any blame at all and making us pay for the repair even though they were the ones who broke the window.
Needed some yard work done last minute and Mercado Mowers made it super easy!!! Amazing job wont go anywhere else!

Once again, the guys couldnt be more impressive. Price is more than fair. Polite, professional, thorough, prompt, friendly, and Im always happy with the finished product. I get every discount I can.
They dumped 10 extra large black contractor bags of clippings in our local creek/bayou. After admitting to it, they went back and cut open the bags and took the plastic, but left the piles of clippings that will cause drainage issues in our neighborhood that is already prone to flooding. The grass cut, trimming, and blowing was high school adequate.
