Frankie and his guys were great. Frankie was very detailed and covered all the key details. They worked quickly and got the entire fence and two gates done in a day and a half. They may not be the cheapest but they are worth every cent. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs outdoor landscaping work of any kind.

Frankie was very professional! He was prompt on response to my call! His crew was very Professional and foreman explained what he was doing during the service. Pricing was up front and Even ran into some more repairs needed but Frankie made sure to call me personally and explained I needed to replace another valve! Communication was top notch !!!!

We used Frankie s Landscaping for a large project. They installed irrigation, graded the area and installed sod. He was attentive to what we wanted and needed, and it was easy to reach him via text to have questions answered.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the worst customer service from Frankies Landscaping Company. When I did manage to get in touch, their attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. I expected professionalism, but instead, I was met with a lack of respect and a complete disregard for my concerns. They seemed more interested in getting paid than actually delivering quality service.

Frankie and his crew installed a gorgeous paver patio in our backyard this week. They also made modifications and additions to our irrigation system and french drains. This is the third job that Frankie has done for me and did another great landscape project. He was on time and his team worked well together to replace bushes in the front yard that I lost in the freeze. Also mulched all 3 of my islands and they are ready for spring. I also had them replace my patio stones in the middle of the backyard and build me a new fire pit. All this was done within budget and they cleaned the area better than before. They fixed our driveway drainage issue, planted ground cover, planted sod ,and installed an extension to our French drainage system.We ended up adding an additional landscaping project which included planting jasmine ground cover along our driveway border . His crew was professional and hardworking. Frankie added finishing touches by giving us maintenance advice on the new ground cover and grass. He then followed up after the project was complete. Edged, bark mulched and planted annuals in beds. Removed dead and dying crepe myrtles, replaced with new. Trimmed plants damaged by 2021 freeze. Extremely satisfied with job.

I had a great experience with frankie and his crew..First issue they fix was the drainage issue coming from the two downspouts and couple of transplants. Next item was adding soil to seven beds. The main bed which runs the width of the house had 2 rows of plants/shrubs which consist of 5 different ones..Frankie made sure we didnt have no issues with quality of plants/shrubs before anything was planted. The bed around the tree we had Frankie clean it out and replace the hardscape stone we had before that were being stored in the backyard and added bedding plants. Finally Frankie added mulch to all seven beds and water all the new plants/shrubs in I forgot about the cleanup which was well done by Frankie and his crew that left the yard cleaner than what it look like before he showed up. So I would recommend Frankies Landscape to anyone and family too..I will be using Frankie again

Absolutely would steer far away from this company. Very rude and unprofessional. Tries to use others quotes and then laughs at you. If he doesn t like what you have said in the prior quotes he calls you cheap. Run far away from this company extremely shady. Wants money upfront when I the customer am buying all the plants and providing all the materials screams rip off.

I had previous work done by Houston Landscape Pro s that was on the expensive side and also flawed ( primary reason I hired Frankie s Landscape ). The difference was night and day. Frankie was very and will emphasize this, communicative. He was very good at communicating his vision of the solution which we ended up going with a catch basin for draining unwanted water. He was clear of the scope of the work, and was quick and efficient with coming up with different quotes to match our pricing tier. Scheduling was also a breeze with him, once I had to reschedule, and was he had to reschedule but again the communication was always there. The actual work done was high quality and I was aware of each significant milestone completed in a timely manner. Would I hire him again? Yes absolutely. He became my go to landscape solution guy.
