We approach serving our clients from both a property management advisory perspective and service implementation, including maintenance and handyman services.

Carl & his team do exceptional work!! Their focus to detail & making sure that the job is done with top notch expertise is such a pleasure to partner with.
Mr. Winn was awesome :) I just got a home inspection done and they recommended I get a host of things fixed. I asked Mr. Winn for his honest assessment of the damage and where they should rank on my priority list. He came off as knowledgeable about his craft, gave sound suggestions, and was honest. When looking for contractors, you have to be careful about booking a CON-tractor. There were several recommendations that he said that I could just DIY it and I appreciate that transparency because I know some people would have tried to con me. Assuming things go well with the work I need done, Mr. Winn is going to be my handyman for life!
Had Carl come out and give an estimate a couple days ago and 3 days later the job is done ! Very happy to have used Team Winn Companies I feel like this a great start to a new business relationship between the two.

Team WINN Companies has been taking care of my home for about a year and they’ve been amazing! They’ve taken great care of my yard, listen to my concerns, and care for my home as if it were theirs. There’s been construction on my street for almost 2 months and they checked in on me and the progress and even found a way to get to my home to take care of my lawn!! A++++ service all the way!!!
Highly recommend WINN Services! Carl was so nice and took extra time to show me some outstanding issues with our new construction. He also took time out of his day to help a handyman who happened to be here at the same time to install my ceiling fan! I'll be using them every 2 weeks to maintain my lawn and will definitely use them for future landscaping needs too. Great people, great work!
