Unfortunately, over the last two years, my satisfaction has dwindled due to issues with their customer service and questionable billing practices. Let's start with the positives. Peterson Lawn Services undoubtedly excels in their core responsibilities. Their lawn maintenance work is nothing short of phenomenal. The team consistently delivers top-notch results, leaving my lawn looking pristine and well-groomed after each visit. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the care they put into their work. However, the downfall lies in their customer service and billing practices. Over the past two years, I've had to dispute multiple charges with the company. These issues ranged from charges for services that were not rendered to inaccurate billing amounts. It's disheartening to see a previously reliable company engaging in such unethical practices. I made repeated efforts to resolve these billing discrepancies and improve the communication with Peterson Lawn Services. Unfortunately, these attempts did not yield the desired results, and the billing issues persisted. Their customer service representatives were often unresponsive or unhelpful, making the resolution process frustrating and time-consuming. As much as I would like to continue supporting a lawn care service that delivers excellent work, I cannot overlook the ongoing billing problems and subpar customer service. For anyone considering Peterson Lawn Services, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere for your lawn care needs. If you do decide to use their services, I recommend keeping a close eye on your monthly bills and scrutinizing every charge to avoid any potential discrepancies. In conclusion, Peterson Lawn Services has lost its once-stellar reputation in my eyes due to their customer service issues and unethical billing practices. While their lawn care work is undeniably top-notch, the recurring billing disputes and lack of satisfactory resolution have led me to seek alternative options for my lawn care needs

They went from cheapest to most expensive. Actual price for spring clean up was almost double what was quoted!

Very happy with the services Peterson Lawn offers. We've used them for spring/fall clean up, lawn service, and our sprinkler system.

They once mowed our rental property under an agreement with our tenant of which I had no knowledge of. When our tenant didn't pay, they called my monther and wife threatening to take me to collections. My wife concerned about our credit paid the bill. I talked with the BBB about it. They stand behind their right to harass people that they can extract money from. Horrible business ethics.

I've been a customer for a few years now and they are extremely affordable, fast, professional and always timely. I love the variety of services as well. Have been using Peterson Lawn Service for over 7 years. Very prodessional - any changes in care are quickly communicated and changed. Always attention to detail. Annika and Michele and the women in the office never miss a beat and are always nice - same for my great mowing crew. Much apperciated.
