We needed snow cleared from a walkway and a porch. I contacted Billy and heard back from him same day with an estimate. His team was on site the following day, completed the job as requested, sent photos to show work that was done and I was billed a reasonable amount. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Please please dont hire this company. They are awful. These guys are so bad it would be comical if it hadnt made this winter a nightmare for my family. We were regularly the only driveway not plowed on our street. During multi-day storm cycles they would plow every other day at best. Equipment broke down for days. There was no consistency to timing, it was often late. By the end of the season I was emailing them pictures of new snow measurements as otherwise they would tell me there wasnt enough to trigger a service, even though there clearly was. Worse than their poor product was there service, these guys are difficult to get a hold of and unpleasant when you do. Even just trying to find out when a service was planned I was berated and even yelled at. Half way through the season they realized they hadnt put me on their email list for updates, for months I had been trying to figure out what the plan was and they ghosted me or were annoyed. They didnt even acknowledge their mistake when I was added to the list. Not that it helped much, service was still infrequent and unpredictable.

Tahoe Seasonal did a great job for us this year. The crew removed the mountain of snow from our roof and deck. This spring they did our firewise maintenance and removed a dead tree. They did an awesome job. It looks great! Highly recommend Billy and his crew.

What an amazing company! We needed to clear defensible space around our family cabin in Kings Beach. Billy returned my call the same day and was able to go out to look at the property for an accurate quote that afternoon. Communication with him was easy because he is very responsive. He sent texts with questions to clarify what I wanted done and videos to be sure we were on the same page. It was a pretty big job.
