I am very pleased with the services Brightview provides my community. They are responsive to my needs and always pleasant to work with. Nick our site manager is great and has a wonderful relationship with my team at East Ridge and our residents. I highly recommend Brightview if you have any landscaping needs.

At the Landings Master Association Board meeting last night, the Master expressed how happy they are with the Brightview service that's being provided. The monthly quality site assessment report informs the property manager and the Association the items that need to be handled based on priority; pictures are included so the Board can visually see the items without having to physically be on site. The Monthly irrigation report gives a detailed description of what is needed to run the system correctly. Residents mentioned that they too noticed the difference. The President of the Keys which is on the Master Board put her two cents on how happy she is with Brightview compared to the prior landscape company. On my morning inspections, I notice the difference but when the residents make these comments to the Board, it just confirms that they made the right decision choosing Brightview. I understand the landscape business is not an easy business; you always hear the complaints but I was happy to hear the residents positive feedback too. As a property manager, I figured Corporate Office and the on-site staff would like to know as well. Keep on rocking.

Our shopping center requires constant maintenance. BrightView has always done a great job for us. Even during Hurricane season we can depend on BrightView to take care of down trees blocking driveway’s. I would recommend Davis crew to receive a great lunch. They deserve recommendations.
