Please update your hours. Just drove 30 minutes on a Sunday because it stated online that you were open just to arrive to a closed gate .
Be warned. The “crushed” lime rock will have about 30% soft ball sized boulders mixed in. Nothing like the sample in their showroom and no warning. Made my project unnecessary difficult and had to supplement the mix with additional sand and gravel from another source. Big thumbs down. 👎 take your business elsewhere.
I’ve used them before when I had a small lawn service company. They are friendly with reasonable prices and they also ask all the odd questions you may have! SM3
Make sure you get exactly what you need they do not like to give refunds or store credit. Even if you give them measurements and it's over you are pretty much stuck with it. Other than that it's pretty good place for supplies
DO NOT BUY from this company. I bought $1000 worth of pebbles to upgrade my garden. Within days pebbles started to get discolored. I sent them pictures and they sent me to BLEACH them only to discover the white pebbles they sell are TWO TONES. I tried requesting a refund and gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. NO RESOLUTION, they ignored my texts. This company does not stand by what they sell, they do not care to make it right for their customers, poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
Decent prices ,good variety of plants and garden decoration items. They also sell grass by pieces and pallets,ask for delivery options. The guy and the girl at front have great knowledge and good customer service,in the past(2020) I was a little uncomfortable with the young lady they had at front because of the nasty attitude but thanks God she does not work there anymore .
This is a place I was recommended to visit. Still want to go. Have not had a chance yet. Heard really good things about the great deals. As soon as I have a chance I will do it. Every time I go they are closed or just about to close. They wouldn't let me in even though I knew what I wanted. I don't think they are willing to make a sale. It would have been great if they will bent the rules a bit. They lost a chance to make a huge amount of money. I ended up at Home Depot. Love to support smaller businesses but the staff there did not care at all. Been there early in the mornings and they really at not open at the time they posted on Google. Call them on the phone and there was none answering the phone either.
When you buy stones here, CHECK all your bags, I bought 10 of the gray small marble and 10 of small white marble and the guy loaded 19 of the gray ones and only 1 white, when I went back the lady at the counter said that they didn't have more whites and that I have to wait until arrives, more than a month later every time I call they haven't received it, it is a plot from the counter lady probably to protect her friend and herself because she don't know what they have on inventory and sell anything. Found another trusted place to buy my stones.

I went because I saw the photos on the internet of the plants and I needed grass and they didnt have anything like what they advertise, the yellowish and poor grass. I asked for a refund and the lady didnt like it. Poor customer service, they forget that you are paying and I am not here to waste my money and time

They shipped a bunch of dry grass without notifying me that it was in poor quality and after I told them and sent pics, the girl there speaks in a super condescending tone as if I haven t spent my entire life in Miami and don t know grass gets dry when it s hot. I told her I would have preferred waiting for better grass and that I d like a refund for the unused pieces. She didn t even reply. Spend your hard earned money with another, less arrogant company that won t play games like she did.

Great selection of yard products for every homeowner reasonably priced easily located off the road customer service in the main showroom office was very polite approachable however the young man who we returned our side palette to was less than user-friendly maybe its just having a bad day overall we were happy with our pallet of sod delivered on time place where we wanted it and no problems the driver was friendly and courteous unfortunately didnt speak English but welcome to South Florida
You speak to them and they say they will call back and never do. This happened to me twice before I stoped giving them business. Theirs a key employee who seems to know whats happening, but she is very difficult to get a hold of.

I do not recommend anyone to buy grass in this place, it is not resistant, it is not durable We bought in the month of April and it is already dry and ugly and when you call them they only tell you to buy more of their productos to fix the grasa but it does not help and all you do is waste more money.
Updating back yard. Need super large pavers (8) and scree sand; made 4 trips to get this home. Counter staff and yard staff were very helpful. Friendly knowledgeable people. Went back to A1A to get more pavers& sand, but this time larger order. The ladies helped me arrange a delivery to my home. The delivery gentleman was very accommodating. I live on a green space and needed delivery to my backyard. He made 2 trips and placed the pavers and sand very neatly inside my yard. Several pavers were cracked on bottom of order; I returned them and was grace given replacements. A1A Sod & Sand will have my business and I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family. Very knowledgeable, pleasant customer service !

They are Worst , surprised who gave them full stars. Unreliable staff, promised to come WED for estimate, never showed up. I followed up WED 4.30 pm and got replied: we will be Thursday. Waited whole day on Thursday- never came, called back at 4.30 and got response: our boss stacked at the Keys and won t come. On my question: when you will be for estimate: got answer again: we will call you with time and DAY. Waste of time with them since Tuesday and not even have an estimate. Stay away guys, there is bunch of more reliable companies around.

I was recommended to go to A1A for help in getting my back yard project started. After sharing our vision of what we wanted our backyard to look like with Matt. Matt was friendly and professional and took the time to show us some options and estimate how much we would need. Needless to say our diy backyard project was a success thanks to A1A Sod, Sand & Soil.

I been a customer with them for a while. And I alway pay in advance for my producat when they are not in stock. We waited over a month for our pavers & I had to call multiple times. They never called me to inform us. Get the pavers and they are the wrong color. Second issue its hurricane time. After waiting for hours for sand for the hurricane. They come and tell us they have to close down. And we were right at the gate. They was very unorganized. Very very very disappointed A1A. Will never do business with again.

Palmetto grass here is $1.25. At Jennys Sod is $1.00 the piece. I asked for a discount and (lady) person in charge didnt want to.

I kept calling during 3 weeks to have someone come to my house to measure my yard and give an estimate to renew it, in the fourth week, the guy called me and after various hours, he showed up to take the measurements. The guy promised an estimate on next day, I called him after two days and he promised (again), an email with the estimate at the end of the day, nothing happened. After four days, he called me again, may be to ask for more information, I dont know, I only informed him that I hired other Company to do the work. May be, a work of more than $2,000 is very little to them and it is not of their interest, in that case, they should advise to their clients at the beginning. I dont recommend them!!!!

As described in many previous reviews... I too called numerous times in an attempt to receive an estimate for my landscaping. Marisol promised me multiple times that a representative would be out within the week. No body ever arrived. I ended up providing them with an exact diagram of the layout and specific number of plants and shrubs to be installed. Marisol again advised that they would have someone out to provide the installation within the week. Again, no show. Im not in the habit of begging anyone to take my money. Rest assured I will not be giving them any in the future - I would recommend that you seriously investigate other options before you resign yourself to depending upon this company.
Local and close. Friendly, English speaking staff, good selection of gravels and decorative stone, stepping stone, sod and quality tools and yard implements. Good pricing too.
Very polite and helpful staff, they helped me choose the correct grass for my yard and measured my yard so that I knew exactly how much I needed. They delivered it when it was convenient for me and quickly installed it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
