Be advised that their spraying staff cant tell the difference between poison ivy and planted fruit bushes. They came and sprayed everywhere there wasnt ivy and sprayed our raspberry plants. How do you do that?

My entire front yard was covered with crabgrass, various weeds and grass varieties. They killed off the old lawn and planted a new lawn this past fall. A month after they seeded, the grass was so full I couldnt believe it. I will continue to use this company for treatments.

Lawn looked worse and worse with each year of contract. We asked about it and were never given a good explanation although we followed instructions carefully. Continuous, expensive visits with shoddy attention. Really disappointed and not worth the money, especially in these times.

Last season was our first with EMLC. I was very happy and the lawn looked terrific. I have already recommended them to 2 people I know and wont hesitate to continue.

We highly recommend Emerald Magic for vine control as we have a problem with wisteria, poison ivy, grape and bittersweet vines. They will cut and spray (with an environmentally ok product) and have the knowledge to do it safely.

Over the years I have used a few different companies. I have found Emerald Magic to be the best. If there s an issue they will quickly respond to address the issue. Concerns are readily corrected. If you re looking for a good responsive company I would suggest that you give Emerald Magic a call.

Emerald is the 5th Lawn care co. we have used since 2004. This is our 1st season using their services . The Lawn tech actually gives us updates and feedback after each application in person . Never experienced that before. So far lawn looks good , will give an update at end of season.

Getting the initial contract and everything was quick but then communication was non existent. I was told they would aerate and overseed my lawn on a specific day so the prior day I spent the entire day mowing, dethatching etc to get the lawn ready for them to come aerate and overseed. No show over a week went by no response to my calls or texts or emails. Finally someone s answered the phone and said they could MAYBE get to my house next week. So at that point I missed out on 2-3 weeks of grass growing weather and who knows if at that point they would have just no showed again. So I just cancelled it and will try someone else that actually shows up when they say they will and answers calls or emails more than once a week.

Emerald Magic Lawn Care is simply an outstanding, professional company. I couldnt be happier with the service or the value. I paid in advance for a full year of lawn treatment and seeding/aeration, including fertilizer, weed control, and lime. Craig really knows his stuff when it comes to lawn care, and he makes sure his staff does, too. The billing process, along with the newsletters and tips and free seeds put this company over the top, in my opinion. Im so happy I went with Emerald! My lawn looks as god as it possibly can!

My lawn was in bad shape after construction; low spots where water would puddle, weeds and bare spots. Craig and team did an excellent job of breathing life into our lawn and giving our new home much needed curb appeal.

The service was immaculate!!! The personnel were respectful & quiet. Sometimes you wouldnt even realize that they were there until they packed up again. The lawn just started turning greener and greener; and even some neighbors made mention and then actually called and asked for their service too. Very friendly and courteous office staff too.

Started using Emerald Magical mid-summer 2019. They turned a weed filled lawn completely around in 3 to 4 weeks. Their late fall treatment strengthened and protected the lawn throughout this winter. All my arborvitaes were brown an dying . Emerald magic rang our doorbell and asked us if we would give them a try. We did !! and by the end of the summer they were all green and healthy. They saved us a ton of money by saving them or we would ve had to replace over 20 of them and they are all 8 feet tall

Rude, pushy went into my backyard without permission . I called to speak to someone To get information. They took my information and I explained I just wanted to talk to someone about the questions that I had but I was busy at the moment and would call back. I get an estimate left in my mailbox which means someone went into my backyard without me giving them permission to go on my property!! When they called me and I asked a question the woman was beyond rude to me. I then expressed how I wasn t happy about what they did, ZERO apology. Instead she gives me another attitude and rude comments. I said sorry I don t think this is going to work (clearly I was already given a huge flag about how the customer service was) and she barks back with yet another condescending comment with an attitude. Would not recommend at all. Huge signs with how their customer works. Not to mention they re quote was extremely higher than someone else s. They were rude and pushy. I should have filed a complaint with the police department for trespassing.

The poison ivy eradication service was efficient and thorough. All sites were marked and treated. They located plants that we didn t know existed. Very satisfied.

Suppose to service every 4 to 6 weeks and came at 8 weeks. In addition manager blamed us for over watering. All I told him was everyday and never told him how long. Last year they came every 4 weeks like clock work never had to call. I have had to call 3 times this season. Beginning of season then in july and the at end of august. Was told work schedule is only available to secretary on the day of. Meanwhile on 9/3 secretary magical was able to tell me I was on schedule for tomorrow 9/4. Last year i used them and grass was getting better. This year it looks like garbage.

There was an error with the original address and estimate. I actually had a greater area on my property than originally calculated and Rita did the work anyway at the original price. The work done was superb. I could hardly have been treated any better. Wonderful company. Highly recommended.

This company is owned, controlled and managed by a certified Horticulturist. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We as a community of 300 homes, will use no other for our poison ivy and invasive species control.

Craig and the Emerald Magic team have been fantastic from the beginning. I moved into a house which had a ton of trees, an acidic lawn (which Craig told me about and tested the soil) And a poorly maintained lawn from the previous owner. To get this lawn back into shape would be a daunting task for anyone, and Craig nailed it. I wish I had before and after pictures that I could post because the difference is really amazing. Theyre always available to answer questions and will always do their best to keep you and your lawn happy, I couldnt recommend a better group of people to work with. Emerald Magic lawn care should be your choice for lawn care, I highly recommend it.

Weve been in our house for 4 years and have used various landscapers, a couple who did their own chemicals and pest control, results were generally poor. Switched to E.G. within 6 weeks we saw a total transformation, greener thicker grass no weeds and fungal disease eliminated. Four months in only getting better Really excited to see what happens next year. We tried the national franchised companies also. They dont compare..the guys at E.G. really care and followup constantly. Thanks Craig keep it up
