Contacted Joe just before the rainstorm we had in Ft. Lauderdale that dumped 26 inches of rain in our area. Even with all the craziness, he was able to get me back on his schedule in a timely manner. His crew showed up, trimmed up a large oak tree in my backyard, cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied before they left. Very nice and professional crew. I don t do many reviews. Usually only if they re very good or very bad. I wanted to write this review for Sergeant T Tree Service because I was very impressed with Joe, the owner. His knowledge and love of trees is apparent. He gave us ideas on how we could spruce up our place and make it look better with a landscaper we had inquired about. He added a very personal touch to our job in terms of really caring about the integrity of each species, explained to us how each tree impacted the environment plus his prices were very reasonable. This is more than just a company that just comes out and does a job. They love what they do. They truly care about the customer. They are on time unlike so many other companies out there now who either don t get back to you or don t show up I will say Sergeant T Tree Service is extremely professional and a joy to work with. You can tell when someone is genuine and appreciates their customers. This is the real deal. Totally recommend this company. Love talking to Joe extremely friendly and here to help figure out the best way to do each job. Very impressed with the service aspect. They truly put the customer first which is very rare. When I called to inquire about tree trimming service for my 2 oak trees, Joe immediately took my phone call and answered all my questions. I was so impressed by his honesty, knowledge and expertise, that I booked the job right away. Joe and his crew are masters at removing trees, branches and stumps without damage to my property. As a marine he learned to put his all into everything he does and has worked long and hard to create a thriving business. Somehow he manages to trim my oaks without damaging all the orchids I have hanging from my tree. Id recommend him 100% theyre truly the best service out there.

Simply the best in the business. After speaking with Joseph from Sergeant Ts I was able to make an educated and knowledgable desciosion about my tree. My palm was taking over my house and my life. It was removed in the morning while I was at work and I was sent pics of the entire process. I have a small yard and for the tree to be removed was dificult, but not for Sergeant Ts. They even relocated a couple of Racoons that had made a home in the top of the palm. Thank you guys for your high level of profesionalisim and the quick removal of the mighty palm.

Had a tree we were worried about in the space between our screen enclosure and fence that another company couldnt get their equipment to. Mr. Joe came out and explained exactly how his team could do the job with a few options and got it removed for us no issue.

Joseph is a certified arborist, who does his continuing education requirements yearly. He stays on top of his education and takes the time to learn! He is professional and maintains his vehicles and carries insurance. As another professional in the field, I have no problem recommending this fine young man!

Joe and his team are truly exceptional! I had to wait a few days for them to fit my job into the schedule, but my gosh, it was worth the wait! They arrived on time, and within minutes had started the process of trimming 4 large oaks, and removing an invasive Carrotwood tree from my property. Every small detail was handled professionally, the work was flawless, and they left the yard spotless - no debris or branches, and they even cleaned the driveway and front path. Great service, Joe is one of the hardest working guy I have ever met. After 2 days working in a huge oak tree these guys finished and cleaned everything like nothing happened. They also have the best price in town and the service is up in the line quality. I highly recommend their services.

I called four tree services. All were prompt in giving me a quote. Sgt T was a fair amount lower than the others who all quoted a similar higher rate. I had 5 large oaks and a few palm trees that required substantial trimming as all had branches that were over the house or the screened patio. This home was built in 1985 and never had any trees trimmed so there was a very large amount to cut. The branches in some cases were up to 5 or 6 in diameter and very long. If they fell on the house there could be considerable damage. They came three days sooner then originally scheduled with a large crew and much equipment. They were fast, responsive to my suggestions, removed everything without any problems, and cleaned up the debris well. This is a great company that I highly recommend. I will only use them in the future as they are the best.

Joe did an estimate on Saturday, project done by Tuesday! Customer service was beyond all expectations and his knowledge is even better! In May I called my regular Tree trimming service to cut back a crazy tree I have between mine and my neighbors driveway. I drops tons of pink buds that look like bugs everyday everywhere. My regular guy who came out, gave me a quote and told me they were so busy that couldn t be out for a couple of months. I called Sergeants and asked for help. They came out on A Saturday, gave me a lower quote that included trimming my crazy tree, my Palms, and some outlier branch s on a big Oak in my front yard. I was given an appointment for Monday morning. The large crew came out with big equipment including a Cherry Picker and wood chipper and took care of everything. It was the best experience I have had with a tree trimming service in 20 years. Needless to say, I have a new company now, Sergeants. I highly recommend them.

Joe and his tree team did a FANTASTIC job!!! THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAVE EVER HAD! My husband and I were tasked by our city government to remove a few trees from our backyard. First and foremost Joe was vey reliable as we know many Fl companies are not. His knowledge, ethics and customer service were beyond expectations. Though the job was not big; it was very difficult. When the crew arrived they were extremely polite and professional. The tree trimming job was better than expected, and the clean up was fantastic. Our trees look fantastic.
