Prolawn in Holly Springs

I have used many lawn services but Prolawn has stood out from the others. I've been a customer for about 8 years and my lawn has never looked so good. Quality and professional service!!!

We have been using ProLawn for our business for a few years now. They come out and handle our weed control for our storage lot. Wonderful to work with!

I will say that Prolawn always responded right away if there was an issue by sending someone out. However, recently there has not been any action taken with my lawn that looks really bad this Spring. Some of that is due to the wet weather but most of it seems to be from the timing or lack of pre-emergence. Their answer last time to me was a price increase which Im not sure how that fixes the issue so I declined and am looking for a new service.

I've been using ProLawn for about 15 years. The owner Mark is so easy to work with and my yard looks great!

I would give them a zero if i could. I paid for service that they did not do, i proved it to them by showing that noone had even been in my back yard. When they came back out and sprayed my whole yard, my yard died.when i called they refused to accept my calls and then blocked my number. I went to their office and they were rude and would not discuss it. When you get caught this is how you act. I recommend you stay away from this company.

We signed up with Prolawn when we had our front lawn sodded. Originally our intent was to just do the front. When they showed up they informed us that it would be the same price to do the front and back yard, a no brainer! Our front yard continues to look good and the back yard has already shown noticeable improvements. Very happy so far!

*11 Apr 2018 Update* -- My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work ProLawn does. Our yard looks the best it has ever looked with compliments coming from neighbors and visiting friends alike. I have already provided referals and will continue to do so. Future customers: don't get frustrated if the answering service fails you...stick with it because the time ProLawn doesn't have to spend answering initial calls translates into commitment and hard work on customer lawns! *28 Oct 2017 Update* -- Finally got connected with Mark, Greg and Bobbie and they are great. Turns out the answering service they used dropped the ball on my initial call. The team was very apologetic and we have since had a lawn consult and signed up for their Tall Fescue program. The price seems fair and the team incredibly knowledgeable. Will review again once we have been using the services for a few months. Hope to update to 5 stars. *Original Review* -- Recommend by the previous owner of our home. Called them and got a third-party answering services that took my information and said they would call back. It has been three weeks and no follow-up. Called today and got the same answering services. The woman was very nice but couldn't do anything other than take another message. According to her the call answering service is only when they are busy. I don't buy it. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have been with ProLawn for 2 years now and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. I use them for bi-weekly lawn maintenance, fertilization, fire ant control, and now grub and insect control. They are very reasonably priced, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and very friendly. I have recommended them to several people already. I have never had any billing issues, in fact have been 2 months behind on my bill and never heard a word. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
