This landscaping company has completely decimated my Bleeding Heart plants in the side yard of my condo unit. Each time their weed-whackers come through, my plants that are clearly there on purpose are chopped up and smaller and smaller each week after they leave. This week, I came outside after they had left to let my dog out and I find my Bleeding Heart plant in PIECES in the very garden bed it was planted in. Where I once had two beautiful Bleeding Hearts, I have one next to a pile or what can now be considered mulch. These plants were clearly in their own beds, clearly planted with a different colored soil and a rock border. When this rock border did not deter them, I put a small section of Iron Fencing in front of the plant and still, my plant has been completely destroyed.

Grounds crew does an Amazing job, tree crew not so much. New Year 2024 grounds crew is horrible, leaves, pine cones sticks and twigs do not get picked up.

Would not recommend their “screened” topsoil for lawns. After the sprinklers where on a handful of times it’s clear that it was mainly small rocks. Front yard is covered in rocks now, which I’m sure will be a nightmare for clean/ destroy the lawn mower blade. Disappointed in the quality.

I can't say enough great things about Tom, and his entire team at Morin’s. They did a fantastic job on our property. They moved and planted trees, fixed our garden beds, fixed our irrigation, re-planted a lot of our perennials, mulched our garden beds, installed hardscapes and stone, and brought our lawn to life! The lawn is thick and beautiful! We also hire them to mow the lawn each week and they stripe it perfectly!!!! After they mow they edge our beds and blow off our walkways and driveway. They always answer the phone, answer emails, and are VERY easy to get in touch with! They always show up when they say they will, and go above and beyond everything we hire them for! They are the BEST company we have ever worked with!

Sept 2021 my husband stopped in to Morin's physical location at 301 Depot Road, Hollis NH; to see if he could purchase hay bales. The young lady at the front desk quizzed him asking if he was a contractor or had an account with Morin's. We are homeowners and did not. She told my husband they only deal with landscapers. Thankfully, another lady came out and told us where we could find some. The first young lady decided to completely ignore my husband. Not the greatest experience but..... okay, maybe someone was having a bad day! Fast forward to today 5/4/2022 at 12:52pm. I called to inquire about giving a gift of a "Spring Clean Up Service" to a family member, who has a medical condition and unable to care for their lawn at the moment. I wanted to pay for a spring clean up to my relative, who lives right around the corner. The young lady that answered the phone and first asked if I was a customer. After explaining I was not and the situation, she said it was a very nice thing I was doing, but, they do not do one off services. They only do Spring Clean Up with a seasonal contract. I understand business..... I am a businesswoman. This is NOT GOOD BUSINESS. To be honest we may have actually gifted lawn service for the entire season too. But the conversation with the young lady who answered the phone at Morin's ended very quickly. She was not interested in any further discussion. We are from out of town and drive by Morin's every time we go to my relative's home. Now, we will look at Morin's in a different light and surely tell everyone we know about this negative experience. We luckily found a great landscaper who would happily help us out!!!!!!! They will be getting our business instead! No thanks to Morin's Landscaping!

We have put our house on sale and a photographer was going to take pictures inside and outside of our home. I can't say enough about Nick Morin who came out and did the lawn so it was picture perfect ready. He does such a great job and I would most definitely recommend him. He's a really nice person and cares about the work that he does. Bravo to the Morin's and especially Nick.

As I said in a previous review, a lot of the work they've done is outstanding and is spot-on. When you're working with a landscape company, there are lots of specialties - irrigation is different than landscape design which is different than maintenance, so there are a lot of moving parts. I've had occasion where some things seemed to fall through the cracks but the company does focus on getting things right. When I had commented about Morin's being a bit uneven and challenging to contact, I hadn't realized that they are careful to not have their field folks using their cell phones while they're with other customers - so kudos for that, it's a conscious decision about customer service. They are significantly better than the last two companies I have used, and their folks are very knowledgeable. As I said there are a lot of moving parts - with Morin's you're not hiring one guy who does everything, you're hiring a company with specialists in each area.
