I scheduled two appointments with Activescapes for landscaping services, and they failed to show up both times. The first time, I waited for over days with no communication from them. When I contacted them, they apologized and rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it has wasted my time. I cannot recommend a company that does not respect its clients time and fails to meet basic commitments. Very disappointed with Activescapes.

My condo association hired this company to take over for another landscaping company and now, nearly all our communitys grass is dead (mostly from what appears to be faulty watering scheduling and maintenance ). Its great to cut the grass but if its dead, it doesnt matter. There has been no corrective action or timely communication follow-up from this provider. I do not recommend this provider and would urge anyone to ensure performance expectations and penalties are placed in your agreements.

They were able to have someone come out relatively quickly, he was here for an hour, and a good job diagnosing and fixing the problem. I sent them a bigger project to bid on, but haven t heard back yet. Also to remind them to send an invoice for the sprinkler repair. All in all, decent experience, but communication could be improved.

Jackson has been awesome to work with. We own the Northampton House Wedding Venue and so we are super high maintenance and Jackson does a great job keeping this place beautiful. Although we have had a few reasons to call and ask for a reservice we have been able to talk with Jackson or his team and he has quickly come out and fixed things. Obviously we know spring is a busy time, but it feels special when a company of this size has the owner taking care of its clients promptly.

We foolishly did not winterize our sprinklers and I called Jackson and his crew to help fix our backflow preventer. They were prompt, kind, and reasonably priced and helpful. I would recommend them!

Unfortunately after taking time to complete and submit the online request form, Activescapes failed to properly follow up. We received a text four days after submitting the online request form and immediately responded that we were still looking for landscaping support. After two days of hearing nothing, I reached out to Jackson again and never heard back. I understand it takes time to get back to prospective clients, especially in the busy springtime months - but to use the term from another reviewer, this feels like the business is ghosting you.

I can t tell you how impressed I ve been with Activescapes. Last year, we did a massive project, completely redesigning our entire front and backyard. Jackson and his team did a brilliant job with the entire project, from design to implementation. They completed the project on time, and followed through with everything they said they would. What we dont like about him is he has zero accountability when he is involved in a miscommunication and doesnt discuss how to resolve. He seems to do very simple yards in very simple situations so if thats you, maybe it wont be a problem. We found his conduct to be immature and wouldnt consider him in the future.

Started on 9/23/2021 Jackson and his team did a tremendous job on our landscape project. We purchased a house that had a blank slate in terms of landscaping. Jackson helped execute on our design while also managing multiple vendors. It was a large project that entailed window well installs, plants, patio, lighting and fencing. He has strong communication skills and maintained the client as #1. On top of that he is a genuinely nice guy and was easy to work with.
