I started using them in March and they have been great. My yard was very overgrown, but the pricing was very reasonable for the initial clean up and has been since. They come every week cut the yard and do weed service as well on rocks that are in my yard. Very helpful, will even come back hours after getting rained out to come finish the job and mow. Has also taken the initiative first with the weeds and also with cutting bushes that are overgrown!
Clayton started out being beyond excellent when he did a yard cleanup. I called him again to pressure wash the house to prep for painting. He came and started the job, but has yet to come back and finish it. He's messaged me several times to come and finish up, but when I respond, I hear nothing back. I did pay him for what he did. I don't recommend him for services He offers. He's not dependable or reliable.
Clayton has been maintaining my lawn for almost a year now and he does an excellent job. He always shows up and will go the extra mile. The edging, especially around my seawall, has never looked better!
Clayton is always polite and has been willing to work with me on payment for my lawn care. He has offered to do other services for me and let me know the cost. I'm getting service that is in line with what I am paying him. He does tend to arrive unannounced and I would prefer to know the day before that he is coming, but other than that I have no complaints.

Clayton is a very hard worker and attentive to detail. He takes care of both my home and several rental properties, both with regular lawn service and special projects like tree trimming and pressure washing. Always great work and very reasonable pricing. I can highly recommend him.

I absolutely do NOT recommend Superior Exterior. I had been using Clayton for nearly a year. The service was great in the beginning, but steadily declined over the months. In the past I have had issues with him showing up whenever he likes and expects payment even though we had agreed on a schedule that worked with my pay days. I had asked on a couple occasions to postpone service due to monetary issues, and he declined those stating the yard would get too overgrown. I understood and never actually postponed a service. The only time my lawn got overgrown was when he didn t actually show up. A couple of weeks ago he had reached out about cutting the lawn and with money being tight in my household right now due to unforeseen circumstances, I asked him if we could postpone. Again, he proceeded to tell me that it would cost more for his next service if he did and that I could take the service and owe him. I did not want to put myself further into a financial hole by owing him money, so I told him I would have to cancel with him and make other arrangements. He never responded back to me so I assumed that was said and done. Then, this past weekend he messaged asking if he came and cut the grass today if I d be able to pay him and I said no, that I had made other arrangements since the previous conversation. This was when the harassing text messages started. He berated me calling me a terrible customer and called us pig people because there would sometimes be debris in our yard due to him showing up UNANNOUNCED before we had time to get our things up. He is a gaslighting, immature individual who tries to make it seem like everyone is the problem, but judging by all of the negative reviews that also state they were harassed via text, I think it s safe to say he s the problem. He said VERY rude things about my yard, my body, and my monetary situation (which he was fully aware of and also which is NONE of his business). I asked him several times to STOP texting me and he continued to berate me. My neighbor was the one who referred me almost a year ago, and when I went next door to ask her why she canceled, she said she experienced the SAME harassment from Clayton. Save your money and save your patience. Lawn care is a dime a dozen and there are FAR better companies out there with better customer service.
