I have lived in my community since 1991 and our commons area hasn't looked better with RedTree hired by our HOA doing the maintenance. Hoping RedTree continues with their servvices.
Thanks to the quick response from Redtree with all the damage to the trees at Asturia. They quickly cleared the streets and removed the debris. Everyone was affected someway by Milton but the crew was out in less than 24 hours after the storm. Good job👍🏻
Our HOA in East Lake Woodlands has used Red Tree for a few years now. Being honest, the service has had its ups and downs. Today was the exception. Hurricane Helene came through last night with a vengeance, but you would never know it looking at our cluster of homes. The crew from Red Tree came out this morning and did not leave until late afternoon. I would like to thank the hardworking crew for cleaning up the mess from our trees and picking up all the debris left from the storm. My neighbors and I are speechless at what a tremendous job they did clearing the roads, sidewalks, and properties. Surely the workers had a stressful night (just as we did) with the weather, but they showed up to work today to take care of our neighborhood. We are so fortunate to have had them on the schedule. Thank you!
They were here in our neighborhood two days ago doing the mowing and yard work. They decided it would be okay to damage and destroy 3 hibiscus trees and 2 plumeria trees. Knocked them to the ground. And this isn't the first time they've wrecklessly damaged my plants. I work incredibly hard to grow and maintain my plants and for them to come out and destroy them time and time again is breaking my heart. It's devasting. I've gone outside to TRY and fix my broken trees but it's useless, they won't stand up in the ground anymore. They destroyed them. You couldn't find similar plants for less than $150-300 each for the size I had them at. I am still contemplating filing a police report about it because they did serious damage. They are our HOA's choice of yard company, so I am currently in the process of complaining to them and seeing if they are willing to hire a new company for our neighborhood.
I would like to give recognition to Pete Lucadano at Red Tree Landscaping for his professionalism in the way they handled an accident from equipment that did damage to a vehicle on our property. Pete's crew notified him of what happened, and Pete and Dacia were in my office within an hour, if not before of this taking place. Pete was very professional and sympathetic to the owners of the vehicle for the accident. He informed the resident that the company would take care of everything to make it right. And he did! I really appreciated first of all his crew being honest and letting him know and that everything was taken care of as quickly as it was. Thank you, Red Tree, and Keep up the good service. Nice response. I live on the property so I am a customer of your company as my HOA dues pay you. Your company was the ONLY contractor onsite that was working. I immediately notified your guys and contacted the property manager of the situation (it was NEVER a "MUST HAVE DAMAGED". I did not make an unsubstantiated accusation (I provided photos of where the car was parked, the debris from the landscapers and the damage) When I parked my vehicle at night my windshield was in tact no cracks or issues, when I left out in the morning there was a crack and debris from your guys working. I am NOT swindling your company for a new windshield I am simply asking that since the damage was done by the company landscaping that they make the repair. It is fine though I have forwarded your information to my insurance company and they will handle with you. Although insurance companies replace the windshields at no cost it still hits the policy and I should not have to take that hit when the damage was done while your company was landscaping. I do not have to lie and you are showing your character and how you represent your company by speaking to a paying customer the way that you did. But looking at your reviews you have many unhappy customers so that speaks for itself. It is also funny that you asked for the property name and then came back hours later with a drawn out excuse why you were not going to do anything about it when that should have been your response initially (would it have made a difference if I was at another property you know you were onsite at the time of the incident). Look somewhere else if you want quality landscape maintenance. RedTree services in the community I live in and to say they do poor work is an understatement. They recently laid pine mulch and did new landscaping and it was some of the worst, most lazy work I’ve seen. In meetings, I’ve witnessed our board get talked at by the owner, Peter, who had nothing but excuses and who tried to blame the old landscaper (from two years ago) for the way the community looks at present day. I could say so much more, but I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
The people that work for this company do not understand landscaping. No concept! Hired through our HOA and most of us have had disastrous results from their actions. My first encounter with them was when the guy cut my American Beauty Berry plant in half because it was in his way. Then apparently the owner of the company sprayed industrial weed killer in our flower garden killing expensive plants as well as many other owners here. I sent a bill, but that has been ignored. The hedges never get trimmed and most are 3 feet taller than normal around the property. Landscapers yeah, I use the term loosely. Update: #1 Would you believe they came back and sprayed weed killer in my flower bed again!!! The audacity of these people. Update #2 (8/26/24) I had a beautiful hanging flowering plant over my stone wall that took a year to grow and a worker for Red Tree came and cut it right off at the quick. I found it in a heap on the ground today. I am at a loss at this point. It's like a bad headache that you can't get rid of. They trimmed the ferns and cut all the tops off. Now looks weird. I was getting gas and saw them purposely blocking a diesel pump in Odessa while some utility workers were waiting. If this is how they treat others I wonder how they ll treat customers
One of the workers broke multiple items in front of my house, this is not the first time, I went out side to confront him about it and of course he speaks no English. I pointed to the damage and he shook his head no. Tried to get in contact with the company multiple times but of course no answer. Terrible company wouldn t even look in there direction if your thinking about them.

Live in Providence Lakes. HOA hired these guys in the beginning of the year. I have a extensive back round in landscape maintenance as a foreman. I would fire these guys for lack of having experience and pride in what they do! I have them one star only because I couldnt give them a half for showing up.... Dutch a disappointment
Truck T40 cut through Bryant Square this morning to avoid traffic on 54 and then proceeded to nearly kill two different cars when he blew through 2 stop signs. Its raining, traffic is bad, and this is a neighborhood!
Sad to say this company was seen mowing the grass today and watched them try to run over Sandhill Cranes and their babies. A bystander tried to get them to stop and we saw those working for RedTree Landscaping continue to chase after them and laughing while doing so. I know others witnessed this event as well and were highly disgusted by what they saw.
I contacted RedTree to trim some branches In crouching my Property they were on time and beyond efficient. I was impressed with the service
If you re in search of a competent company for landscaping, keep looking. In my opinion, having worked closely with them for my neighborhood of 287 homes, it was exhausting. They want you to manage their people and something as simple as trimming bushes couldn t be handled well for almost a year that we had them. The owners are arrogant and difficult. It was all spelled out in the contract and yet they couldn t follow it even though they did sign it. Just not worth all the time and aggravation. Spare yourself.
A quick shout out to the professionals at Redtree Landscaping. This company is a first rate operation from the top down. Peter and David Lucadano, are brothers that founded and run this Business. They are passionate about their work and it shows in their professionalism, knowledge and customer service. If you are the President of your condominium association or a property manager managing multiple properties, Redtree should be your go-to resource for all landscaping and irrigation needs.

Terrible job in the asturia community. Weeds and fire ants all over the place. And just to respond to the response below, the weeds are heavily prevalent in the grass areas, not just the non-grass areas. Walk down promenade and youll see them everywhere. You are paid to treat for fire ants and do not treat them whatsoever. I was told they were treated and they are worse than ever and all over the place. I dont seem to have an issue treating fire ants in my yard, nor do other communities. And as a matter of fact, Ive been in contact with the board for over a year to fix these issues and nothing gets done. I even walked with the property manager to show the issues and she agreed it was unacceptable and sent you an email to complain. The place looks worse than ever. And while I dont directly pay redtree, my CDD fees go to them, and a very large sum of money after going through the financials.
Extremely dangerous company. Speeding through Wilderness Lake, should be going 20mph but was driving so fast that they almost hit a truck and then held up traffic because they refused to yield the right-of-way. Truck owner that was almost hit yelling... what an embarrassment. Not professional.
After trying to report debris in the road from landscaper damaging my truck I called this company to report it and was told to contact my management company, Karen L was nothing but RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL the entire call. Hope that s recorded cause it could definitely get you fired, she hung up on me after I asked why she cannot handle a complaint with someone who lives in the naborhood where they do their services. DO NOT GIVE YOURE MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!!
Terrible, due to carelessness they cut an irrigation hose and its been more than two weeks and no one comes to repair it. Now I have a big water bill and they say they dont answer for the damages of their employees. Unfortunately there is a contract in the neighborhood and we will have them here for a long time, now we will have to check that they have not damaged something every time the gardeners come, because REDTREE is not responsible (the previous companies did and they paid for their mistakes). In addition, the gardeners, if they eat or drink anything, they leave the garbage in our gardens and all the work is done at great speed and therefore they damage the irrigation system. The administrator Karen says that it is the neighborhoods fault for having the irrigation system poorly installed, the hose they cut is seven years old in the same place and they never had a problem.

I attended our CDD meeting this morning and found out who the landscaper was that has been doing a terrible job. It is Redtree. I was stunned to hear all of the excuses and blame shifting for the terrible work they are doing. I recommend not using this company. I wonder if they will do the same blame and excuse tactic regarding this review.
This company services Talavera. We just had them put in landscaping and it was cheap fairly small plants. Very disappointing. Our entrance looks pretty bad now.
Before you hire them, please come look at their landscaping and design in Talavera. A community in Spring Hill.
RedTree came out and did our massive queen palm and this other short but incredibly wide and difficult palm we have. In and out so quick we didn t even realize they d come and gotten them done and they look absolutely amazing!!

Horrible customer service. They service our property and was onsite and damaged my windshield. I tried to speak with the worker to show him and he dismissed me. I sent pictures and email to company immediately after while they guys were still onsite and there response was that anyone or anything could have cause the damage. They were the only ones onsite and they told me to contact my insurance and have them handle. Why????? I really hope that the HOA stops using this company as there service and customer service sucks.

Redtree started doing our HOA landscaping about a year ago. Since then the property is noticeably much better. They always show up on time for their regular property maintenance. I had the opportunity to meet Dave the owner and he is very professional. I highly recommend them for your HOA landscaping.

This truck was parked in front of my house, so that a major road in my neighborhood was obstructed and I couldn t get into my own driveway. When I asked the crew why they were parked there? One of them proceeded to scream at me, that they were not in the way while a food truck pulled up in front of my neighbor s house and the entire crew proceeded to stand behind it .and were visibly mocking me while i got out of my car. If this is how you want to run a business, I just want to make sure that your potential customers know!
This Company has flat out ruined our community in Mirabay. 3-4ft weeds, destroyed our (common ground) lawns, not trimming our palms properly, weeds taken over our park, messed up our irrigation, over watering, flooding our streets & parking lots with water, and incorrect mowers to properly mow our type of Sod. Once month CDD meeting they have more excuses and more lies to justify why our community is declining. For some reason our CDD buys their lies. Red Tree claims things will change in 30 days, another 30 days, another 30 days, another 30 days .etc for the past 7 months. In 6 years this is the worst I ve ever seen our community. Can t wait for these guys to be gone. Most clueless company I ve ever seen landscape in the 8 communities I ve lived in 30 years. It s going to costs tens of thousands to repair and replace the mess they have caused.
Amazing management and crew!
Hired through my HOA. My car is an end spot assigned at the end. They always flick grass clippings all over my car despite sending pictures and complaining many many times. It is my weekend car so it sits in the sun all day before I see it and it s baked on. I have to scrub my car to get clippings off. They do not care about your personal property and are very careless. They come to my condo once a week, so I m scrubbing my car once a week. It is causing my paint to fade where the grass clippings sit. They will be getting a bill to fix my paint. I live in Lake Chase Condo in Tampa. The property manager is of no help either. I d fire them both if I could.

I will post the video from my dash cam soon : at 7:45 am on US-19 while Turing in tarpon rd, I put my blinker on to merge , the large white truck who had space -sped up and we almost collided. Then once he realized I could see his business name on his truck in a last ditch effort tried to record me -as he drove . Had I not come to a complete stop (which almost caused the car behind me to crash) this would have been a serious accident. And fit what ? To make sure a women couldn t merge?
I had a few limbs fall during recent afternoon storms. I contacted Dave with concerns of a tree that hung over the house, he confirmed the tree is not in the best of health and got a crew out within a week to get the limbs that could fall on the house. This is not the first time I have used RedTree, they have been wonderful and have always left everything flawless and beautiful. Highly recommend this company.
Redtree is a very professional and reliable company. Pete and Dave always ensure they have the most qualified and friendly workers on the job. They do excellent work for a great price! I will be recommending them to everyone I know in need of landscaping projects - big or small!

Redtree came out and gave me an estimate within a business day after the weekend and removed dead sod and installed new GREEN sod in one day. The installers were professional, nice and observant. They found more broken pipes I didn t know about and buried sprinkler heads from my last sod install two years ago. I won t go anywhere else. This is the best sod with dark dirt! I can t thank you guys enough
I cant say enough about this company and the service they provided me. They trimmed eight palms and did a crown thinning/pruning of a huge oak tree. The most efficient crew, who finished this job in an hour. The trees look perfect and they literally left no brush behind. We will be using them again for sure.

Dave (one of the owners) put together one of the very best proposals Ive ever seen for a service provider. Were having a total landscaping job done at our new home. Irrigation installed, palms installed, landscaping rock, Sod, flowers, shrubs, the entire kit and caboodle with design and installation. He came out and took pictures of the property and was able to come up with a computer generated image of what everything will look like once its complete. Made it very easy to choose him. Highly recommended. Now that the landscaping is complete I wanted to update that they did a phenomenal job. The team at Red Tree did an amazing job bringing our oasis vision to life. Couldnt be happier.

Every workday either an employee or the owner drives through the neighborhood at a high speed with the Red F250 marked truck disregarding the posted limits. One neighbor recently even attempted to try to get him to slow down and received an unwelcome reply. Take for it what you will, but the actions have been noted by the neighborhood to avoid the services of this company.
Omg this is the worst company Ive ever seen they are legal robbers as we have caught them just driving there mowers on the property but not turn on the blades and just blow down and leave. Plus they always leave tree limbs and debris behind. The best part is if you ever have the pleasure to talk with the owner and he does not like the conversation he will just hang up on you like who as a professional does that. This company used to be luke brothers yhea you know the one were they keep getting deported from the USA now this is there sons version of that so one day you see a full crew then bang they have 3 until they can get back over the wall.
I have had the pleasure of working with Pete and his crew for over a year now in our small community. They provide great service, attentive employees and a professional attitude. Pete has always been respectful and informative of my layman questions and concerns. Our community lawns, trees and mangroves have never looked better. thank you RedTree!
