Mates, highly recommend Elliott Tree. Cant say enough good things about my experience with this team. The owner was extremely accommodating, responsive and great to get along with!! Highly suggest checking them out with your next project

On time, professional and did a great job removing 3 trees....really nice guys, too!

As I am reading all of these reviews, I noticed the negative ones. I have to say that I am extremely surprised that some of the comments were negative. I had them come and take down 3 trees for me. I gave them instructions and they executed it without a problem. Don t believe the negative reviews. Most likely they didn t get what they thought they were Entitled to get. If you need tree service, call them! You won t be disappointed.

Same as other reviewers said, they severely chewed up my lawn, it just wasnt worth it. I am still spending time and money to fix it. Plus they ghosted me when I tried to email them a couple times, very unprofessiona. Not even a simple apology. Part of the issue was their bucket truck that did damage since they didnt put plywood down on the wet lawn, , then they drove a little tractor back and forth all over lawn just to save time to pick up all the tiny branches from their pruning. It could have easily been done by hand, It create deep tire tracks, and bare soil all over front lawn. On the plus side, for the pruning, they were very knowledgable, were a lot cheaper than the competition, and did a great job pruning, exactly how I wanted it to be done. But never again, its not worth the misery it if you lose your lawn and they dont care.

I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend them. Ive used them a few times in the past and had no problems, but this time was different. I hired them to remove a row of overgrown mulberry bushes and 4 maple trees. I knew that there would be damage to my lawn, but I was not prepared for the extent of the damage. Most of the work was along one side of my house and in the backyard, but one of their workers decided that it would be a good idea to gun the cherry picker truck from the driveway of the house across the street, up my driveway and up the hill into my backyard, tearing up the lawn on that side of the house. Then, he realized that the truck couldnt be stabilized and backed down the hill and driveway and brought the truck up the other side of the house, where all the work was being done. Needless to say, he tore the lawn to shreds and they couldnt even use truck where he had first positioned it and he needlessly destroyed my lawn. I emailed this company twice about this and havent heard anything from them. And i should say that my son hired Sky Hook to remove 4 large pine trees from his yard and they brought in a big crane and did no damage to his lawn. I should have gone with them.

Did not even take all the trees out of the yard. Branches were left over the entire yard. Missed two of the trees the first time and took 2-3 additional weeks to come back. Back yard was completely ruined (stated some disturbance would happen, didnt inform it would be that much damage or we would have gotten another company with different equipment that wouldnt have made such a mess). Took a big chunk out of our driveway with the machinery. Made zero effort to adjust the invoice when asked-was told that we were aware...Would never recommend this company.

Hard workers do a great job

Unprofessional and disrespectful to surrounding neighbors. They were rude and did not care about damage to lawns and or lawn equipment in surrounding neighborhood. As professionals should not only be considerate of the customer but the surroundings as well questionable business tactics

Extremely rude, Elliott tree was working on my neighbors yard and drove their trucks on my grass. Breaking a sprinkler head in the process. Refusing to move or fix the damages caused.

This is the company you want to work with for tree removal. Theyre professional, responsive, personable, and respectful. They work fast and clean up fully.

Graeme was excellent! He was thorough, careful and professional. Great service and price. Ive dealt with other tree companys before but Ill always came back to Elliott Tree for my yard trees and shrubs pruning. Thank you, Tom

Not only did they perform a fantastic job pruning two rows of arborvitaes and a hemlock, but as a courtesy they trimmed a few branches of another tree away from our power lines. I couldn t be happier!

Great work, friendly and polite team, and great value. They safely and quickly did the work, and cleaned up everything after, which was great!! Would highly recommend them.

Safe and efficient removal of trees in a difficult to reach location.

Very professional and prompt. We had 13 very large trees removed, some in difficult locations removed last week. They came with impressive equipment including a large crane that lifted the trees over the house as they cut. It was fascinating to watch. We got several estimates before making our decision and Elliott tree was one of the most reasonable that we received and we felt confident in their ability to do the job. I would recommend Elliot Tree.

A really nice team of employees. They did the job quickly, effectively and are great to work with. Josh and his team know trees - native and ornamental. The pruning they did will enhance my trees and keep them safe in ice and snow storms. A really excellent tree service!

We reached out to assist with running a new flag pole rope at our Credit Union with his bucket truck, we received an immediate response...was onsite the next day and very professional. I would certainly contact for future services.

This company was great! Professional, hard working. Besides taking down large pine trees, I had them trim two maples in our front yard and they did an excellent job including clean up! I would definitely recommend them!

So glad we decided to have our pruning and tree removal attended to this winter. We chose Elliott Tree because their estimate was much lower than the two other tree companies we contacted. They were prompt to deliver their services and everyone on their team was professional and personable.

Elliot tree service does not disappoint ! We had a massive maple that was over 100 years old , Graham and his staff took it down effortlessly and with ease!!! The tree was not in the easiest spot either!. 5 stars from theTuccios !.... Ps. Clean up was unbelievable as well

Beware working with this company ! During the course of the work I contracted them for a 12 foot by 6 foot window was broken by their crew. Even though they have admitted responsibility for this they have yet to provide to me their insurance company information so that I can get my window repaired. I have been trying to get this for almost a year now. Beware working with this company !

We had 2 very large, dead ash trees removed on our property near out out buildings in Sterling. Kipp, Robert and Graeme were very efficient and friendly. The job was completed and clean up thorough. Price was fair. This is a reliable company.

Excellent work. They removed or pruned 30 trees around my property. The work was completed in two days with chips spread around the periphery. The price was reasonable (we shopped around) and their attention to detail and cleanup was completely professional. I was truly impressed how they maneuvered their trucks and tractors and felled the trees perfectly. Highly recommended.

This company and folks are great. They were at my house within 2 days after calling and requesting an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable and the people were also so polite when I spoke to them on the phone. They showed up right on time the day they were removing a huge silver maple tree and the guys were extremely professional and efficient. From time of arrival to the time they left after they cleaned up was a total of one hour. I was extremely impressed by their work. Had the pleasure of meeting Graham (the owner) and he was so nice to talk to and work with. Would highly recommend this company for any tree work you need to have done.

We found Elliott Tree two years ago for removing two trees. At that time, we contacted several providers for consultation/quotation, and it was not difficult at all to pick one -- Graeme is so knowledgeable about tree so the suggestions was very valuable, plus the price was extremely competitive! The work was done quickly and neatly. It was a rainy day, but the yard and sideway were cleaned so well, and they even planted grass seed afterwards to patch the truck traces. This year, when we decided to go for a large project to remove more trees, Elliott tree is our natural choice without any hesitation. The crew worked so hard and professional in the cold weather, and the work was done with superior high quality, just as last time! I had some trees that needed to be trimmed back in my yard. A relatively minor job. When I called, Graeme came out within a few days and arrived exactly when he said he would. He gave me a fair quote, and also pointed out a couple of other issues that I didnt realize I had. We agreed on the job and within a week it was done exactly when and how it was promised. The cleaned everything up and left the yard looking great. The team at Elliott Tree did a great job!
