Recently I've had the pleasure of working with Lawn Elements. The workers were prompt and when I had questions they were there to answer and or find out the information that I was requesting. The professionalism and support that was given by VP Searles was outstanding. I was very taken aback when Mr. Searles informed me that this male lead / dominated industry was run by a woman. Who run the world GIRLS!!!

During ice/snow removal the company damaged my brand new $4000 patio. About 40 dents and below surface scratches. My masonry said that the patio was beyond repair. I was told that their masonry was going to come take a look to provide an estimate or a different solution. No follow through on that, or with phones calls and emails. The owner is a smoozer and has no respect for anyone’s time or property. He claims that the company is honorable but yet will not cover the cost of the damage that was caused. I received a bogus letter Insinuating that the damage was caused by normal wear and tear as to remove them from the responsibility. His kind office staff repeatedly apologized on his behalf and for his negligence. I have documents and photos to back up every word of this.

This is the second snow storm this season that Lawn Elements has failed to clear for my condo complex. If there is an emergency, it’s going to be extremely dangerous because I am still completely snowed in.

Was cursed out by the landscapers and owner refuses to do anything....they are savages
