Lawn Patrol in Hobbs

We are a commercial customer. Service started out well and now I cannot get ahold of anyone to change credit card number due to expiration. They just stopped showing up? Terrible Customer Service.

I went with three stars. Up until now, it would have been 5. They have always been good at answering my calls. I haven’t been able to hear back from them after many tries. Over weeks of time. My last bill more than doubled. I don’t know why. I hope nothing is wrong with them at the office. I like the people but the communication is absent now. This is for Lawn Patrol.

I had an account in 2023 with this company for lawn service. I discontinued it for the winter months. When I called to restart my service in February 2024 I was only able to reach the answering service during what would be considered normal business hours. I told the answering service that I was considering restarting my service but would like a call back to confirm the amount before service. I never received a call back and a service technician just showed up a few days later. I went ahead and had my lawn serviced since he was already there. I have called numerous times from February to March 22, 2024 and have never received a call back, text or email. I tried to just discontinue my service due to POOR customer service but no one ever answers and their voice mail is full. If you live in the Hobbs or Eunice NM area I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company at all PERIOD!!!

They gave us a quote of $1800 to cut all trees down and hauled off. 2 days later only 1 of 5 trees was brought down and told us that the budget had reached the limit,

They did a great job in a timely manner will definitely call them back to do more work!!

I had Lawn Patrol spray my yard as a preventative measure with preemergent spray. I was quoted a price and verbally agreed to it. I gave them my card information thinking they were a reputable business but I was so wrong. First of all they put their sign in my yard without consulting me. Next, two workers showed up a couple days after the spraying and said they were there to check my irrigation system. I said that I didn't ask for that service but if they were just there to give me an estimate and not charge me to go ahead. So a couple days later I looked at my bank account and they had charged me approximately $64 without my authorization!! I called numerous times and was told they weren't going to return my money. They never sent me any invoices or anything!! Beware Hobbs residents!!! Do not use Lawn Patrol unless you want to have your money stolen out of your account!!! NOT REPUTABLE!!

Sprayed 2 times, still had weeds and stickers that were "guaranteed to be killed". Called them 3 times to get them to address the situation. No return calls until I said I was dropping them. I will never use them or recommend them!!!
