This place is a joke. My yard has never looked so bad after the third time the put something on it. Actually had one of the nicest lawns in neighborhood, well now its the worst!!!! Totally ruined my yard and some Joe guy that should not even work there tries to tell me its worms and asks me what I did to it. Joe is a Joke!!!

For anyone in need of lawn services, consider Weed Man Lawn care. From Joe in office to Cory and team performing the yard work, very professional and though. This is my first time using them, but it will not be my last.

First time having a lawn service. It started out with the technician coming out and doing the agreed service. Weed control, aeration, and fertilizer. I assume this was typical. The further the service went along, I had noticeable patches of grass dying. Each service, more and more of my grass died, my yard did not have a substantial amount of grass to begin with. I even contacted them via email, sending pictures along the way. It was always my yard had disease, my yard this my yard that. We went through a dry spell this summer, but I watered my lawn every day as I should have. When it did rain, the dirt Im my yard started washing away due to not having grass. I sent pictures at least 3 times showing what it looked like. Was always saying it was my yard, and I needed to pay more money for another problem in my yard. The last weed control that was done, everything in my yard died. I had zero grass! Even my exterminator noticed and asked what was going on. It looks like my yard has the mange. I refused one fertilizer treatment due to my yard being bare, there was no need.I had scheduled an overseeding and top soil prior to the last weed control. Paid the $ 500 deposit for that service ahead of time, was during the summer. Meanwhile my dirt kept getting washed away , I have ruts in my yard now. I canceled that service along with the rest, am very unhappy with what had happened! They called me wanting to know why, I told them, of course they said, all I needed was grass seed and proceeded to want more money for that service ($630). My yard looks worse now than it did when they started. Why would I give pay more money for a service when the service I paid for killed my grass to begin with. I need more topsoil than what was needed to begin with due to my grass dying. They offered a $300 refund, I should get $500 dollars, thats what I paid for a deposit for the overseeding and a thin layer o top soil. I do not recommend having their services unless your yard is already in good shape. Mine was not but thats why I hired them, to get it up to par. Instead of asking for more money, they should have fixed their mess. I should not have to keep paying more money. They were not willing to make it right and they should be embarrassed to put a sign in my yard that they serviced the way my yard looks! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We were really hoping that Weed Man would provide us great service with our emerging lawn. The technician came out and sprayed for weeds and just didn t do a great job. A week later the weeds were still there and our yard didn t look any better. We decided to cancel and take care of the lawn ourselves. We cancelled a day before our next appointment and yet still the technician showed up the next day. So within the company there exists a serious lack of communication. Since we cancelled, they have probably called us 10x. While I appreciate their hustle and drive to retain business, we have made it exceptionally clear that we re not interested. Despite this, we continue to receive calls. It s almost July (initially service was booked in April) and we just received yet another call. Do not recommend this pushy company.

The team at Weed Man are just fantastic to work with. They are responsive and provide solutions for any problems that you might have with your yard. I recently had a extensive weed issue and with in 48 hrs of my call they showed up and the weeds are disappearing. I ve used a few services but Weed Man is far superior than the others.

This company has just taken our lawn recently after dropping the previous company which we were not pleased with. It seems that their organization is extremely on point. This morning they sent a young gentleman by the name of Cadre. He was so gracious and humble and even took time to talk to me! The company seems to have their game down to a science! PS we had such problems with weeds and only after 1 to 2 treatments our yard looks fantastic!

WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND! I invested 2 plus years with these guys including multiple aeriation, monthly chemical treatments and various additional work that Weed Man recommended. I followed every recommendation around maintenance (watering, mowing, etc) only to yield a worse lawn than when I initially started with Weed Man. I attempted to resolve the issue and give Weed Man an opportunity to make good including reaching out to the CEO multiple times and absolutely no attempts were made to address the issues. Corey was actually the only staff who showed any concern and investment over the 2 years of wasted $ with these guys. And just an FYI- this is not a fake review as Weed Man would like you to believe. I was a loyal client for over 2 years. I wouldn t waste my time and go out of my way unless this was something others needed to be aware of. My only goal was to alert other potential clients before they invest as I did. Please check my numerous other reviews and you will see I go out of my way to reward great customer service and alert others on any negative experiences.

Weedman took over care of our lawn a little over a year ago, and this is the best it has looked since we bought the house! We d had problem areas in the past and they look amazing now. Our lawn technician, Grayson, is very communicative and we always know what s happening and feel taken care of! Highly recommend!

The true test of customer service is how the business responds to concerns. When something went wrong with the service to our backyard, Kyle and Cailley acknowledged the problem and worked hard to implement a solution. Isaac was assigned to the project and worked 10 hours by himself in one day, until the job was done. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, honest throughout the process. This meant a lot because my outdoor space is my happy place and I can count on Weedman to make sure it is beautifully maintained.

Hunter was top notch informative, friendly and professional. Well have to wait a few weeks/months to review the results.

Before WeedMan, we crabgrass everywhere - but since they began treating our lawn the red fescue shines! We love our service tech, Kadiri. Text motivations and weather delay texts are so appreciated and we had a contractor here the second service. The tech asked if it was ok to treat or if we prefer he come back. How thoughtful. Customer service seems to be top notch. Quite refreshing! Our grass is looking better. Broadleaf weeds are shrinking and since we have new Bermuda (planted last year) the goose grass will need to wait to be treated. Very happy with our switch.

Recently Weedman assisted me with the preparation of a 600 square ft planting bed. They raked, trimmed and rototilled the area to a respectable depth. Their efforts were those to be bragged about. Just started using the Weed Man Lawn Care service. Kadire the service technician is very friendly and professional. He showed care for the health of my lawn.

WeedMan services, in my case so far mostly for weed killing, have been very successful for 85 or 90% of my yard. There is one resistant area, but during the last visit (actually for early spring fertilizing) the service tech, Matt, went over and above the session plan in order to spray this area again. He was very patient and thorough and explained what was being done. How well the grass grows and the weeds are destroyed will be evident soon, and I may very weii raise my rating to 5 stars.

Ours is a very challenging new lawn with a foundation of clay & rocks. Weed Man is in the process of making it shine! Each tech who has provided service has been very pleasant and explains each treatment. Today Kadiri Dryden with his beautiful smile is no exception. Thanks for hiring nice people.

Used this company several years ago but they couldn t kill the violets, which throw their seeds into the flower beds. Told me I might have a special species of violets that resist their herbicide. Finally came back and used something other than what the label said (I looked it up: wasn t supposed to kill violets but it did). Glad to finally be rid of the violets, but didn t renew. Last year, sales rep showed up at the back door(?!) and offered to take care of weeds in the lawn. I said I was only concerned about the violets, which had returned. He said it would take two applications. I agreed to two applications/payments. The first caused the violets to wilt a little, but they revived. The second didn t do anything at all. Asked for my money back. They did the hard sell that what I really needed was a full year of applications plus aeration and overseeding. They refused a refund since they did the applications. They got their foot in the door and figured they could upsell me. So they have $156, but I still have violets. You be the judge what sort of people you re dealing with.

All of our weeds including crabgrass is gone and we have the greenest grass on the street. Thanks weed man

Weedman has turned my weed infested yard into gold. I ve been signed up with them for 8 months now and my yard looks great and receives a lot of compliments. It was filled with clover and all this other infested junk that wasn t healthy. Most of the time they ve been service my lawn was late summer through march now and am excited to see what it will look like 1 year from when they started. Would not recommend to a friend

Just moved into a newer construction home and the lawn needed some attention. In less than an hour after submitting a web form submission, an extremely nice person called me back. They were super helpful and didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need, just what would work. After the initial phone call, they came out to start service in around 1 business day! We received a scheduled year round weed control service and an aeration and seeding service once a year. Would 100% recommend Weed Man to anyone wanting a hands off approach to lawn care. Plus, it helps that I couldn t do this myself for less, so it was a no brained to choose them!

After a service for fertilizer was scheduled, it was questionable whether a tech had come to my home. He was not on my surveillance camera, and I had been home all day with 2 large dogs that alert me when someone is in the yard. Weed Man sent out a supervisor to investigate. We still are not certain if a tech actually came to my yard and my camera somehow missed him, but Weed Man refunded my credit card and did everything possible to make sure things were right.

Sand leveling from last years sod install. Provided exactly what was expected and more. Very patient with all of my concerns. They had a some sand left and wouldn t leave until we had a use for it.

I had to discontinue my service with a previous company bc of bad service and bad results. I contacted Weed Man and had several questions and concerns due to my previous bad experience with my previous company. Joe was the rep who answered my call and not only took time to answer any and all questions I had, but was willing to come out to my house so that I could actually show him damage to my yard from my previous company. Joe had no problem coming out the next day and walking through my yard to assure me they could help and would improve my yard. He also explained that they had a program specifically for my Zoysia yard. Since signing with Weed Man, my yard hasn t looked better!! The rectified all the issues the other company created and my yard was as green as it ever had been. Weeds were controlled and they adjusted when my yard was aerated, that was better for Zoysia grass. Joe was extremely professional and took his time to answer my questions, all with no sales pitch . I highly recommend Weed Man and couldn t be happier with my service!!

I highly recommend Weed Man to anyone I know when it comes to lawn care. They previously tended our lawn at a different property prior to moving back in December. I ve had a lot of trouble with my lawn due to an over abundance of trees on the property and lack of sunlight. Once we cut down several trees and cleaned up the yard, there were tons of bare patches everywhere. I worked with Matthew on a course of action for my yard. He gave several options and I chose to go with the slow and easy choice and ended up aerating the dirt, planting seed, spreading carbon on it a couple weeks later, and of course the weed maintenance. This yard is now seeing areas of mega growth in spots that have previously not seen sunlight in years. We will continue to use them as our yard progresses. Hands down, best customer service and best lawn care I could ask for!

They always notified me prior to arriving to allow me to take my pet out beforethey performed a service. They were timely and efficient in their work. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Early on there was a miscommunication about services to be provided and they did there best to make ot right with me. If I were not moving, they would still be taking care of my lawn.

I ve been using them for about 5 months and my yard looks sooo much better, there are no more weeds and new grass has grown in! Everyone is super nice and helpful!

On the 18th of July 2022, the technician arrived at 12:35pm and at 12:38pm 3 minutes later was gone, I sent the video in showing that the technician only sprayed about a 1/10th of my yard. I called in and spoke with Tara and all she did was argue and would not let me get a word in. She told me there was no one else to speak with she was it. I told he that she answered to somebody and have them call me ASAP. So 24 hours later no call and I asked for a refund of remaining services.

Im really disappointed in the service! After 5 treatments, I still have tons of weeds. They even sent an expert out TWICE to tell me that they could only fix 50% of my weed problems. I went to home Depot and bought a $10 bottle of herbicide and killed 90% of the weeds myself! I would NOT recommend weedman to anyone! *****RESPONSE TO WEEDMAN***** Nice try. There were at least 5 different weeds in my pictures. Youre more than welcome to come by my yard and see the results that I have made on my own. I was able to get rid of pretty much all of the weeds myself.

I switched my lawn care to weed man last year. I used another service for previous 3 years. I had several issues with them and bottom line is I had weeds they could not resolve. In one year of using weed man my yard looks so much better. Also, this company is easy to work with, is on time and does what they say they will. I wish I started using them a long time ago. I had used TruGreen for 15+ years for my lawn care. In the last two years I became very dissatisfied with Trugreens service and my lawn looked terrible. After only a breif period of using Weedman, my lawn is begining to recover and looking good again for the first time in two years.

After using another service for at least 15 years which starts with Tru and ends with green, I decided to change to Weed Man because their technicians and representatives took the time to listen to me about the grassy weeds that were becoming more and more prevalent every spring in spite of my previous lawn service pretreating for them according to their bills. My previous service made excuses for the weeds and honestly never positively identified them. Weed Man identified the weeds, offered a practical and concentrated response and even treated my warm weather grass accordingly. My previous company had started to treat my lawn as a cool weather grass which it is not. There are differences and therefore different fertilizers and pesticides should be used based on the different types of lawns. Weed Man has done a great job. Their fees are reasonable and they will do whatever is necessary to satisfy their customer.

My yard looks great and it is weed free. I am most excited about the fact that Weedman has been able to get grass to grow in an area that for some reason the grass would never grow in the past.

I have had this lawn service for 6 years, and I have always been able to get someone on the phone if I have a question. They have been very responsive when I asked about getting rid of violets, and also were happy to aerate without overseeding, which is something I wanted. They take their time and are careful around my flowers. Our lawn looks great!

Be careful using this company!! I agreed to do yard maintenance with these people i did a whole year of service, however, my yard actually got worse!!!! Yes the weed man i think actually puts more weeds in your yard.. so when I tried to cancel they charged me for a whole year of service that I never received!!! And its not like I wasn t patient because i was i had already given them a year to do what they needed to do I called multiple times telling them the weeds were getting worse. Now I have a collection company calling me trying to collect on something that i never received or agreed to continue their lousy service. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!
