Came within an hour of our call to shut off a faulty irrigation system. Gave a detailed overview of the issue, solutions for repair, and a plan to set up future service. So grateful for community members and businesses who are happy to serve their neighbors.
I’ve been using Rowan for over a year. They always do a great job with my Lawncare. Recently, they came out and weeded and mulched my flower bed. The crew did a fabulous job! Very professional, my flower beds look amazing and they did a great job with cleanup afterwards! Highly recommend!
Rowan L&L has been our lawn care service of choice for the past 3 years. They do it all. They do a great job and are quick to resolve any issues if they arise.
They were working and by accident one of the windows of my car was broken by a rock, they took care of the damages and paid for the replacement of my glass. I really appreciate that Jacob was responsible for the damages and behaved very kindly.
Rowan Landscapes is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Jacob answered all of my questions and did so fast and with respect. Turnaround time for the repair and maintenance of my irrigation system was exceptional, and with quality work. There is no question Rowan Landscapes is the best in the Chattanooga area. I am so glad I found them!
They have been mowing our property for over a year now, and always do a great job! They also did a couple of trim and cut and clear jobs that were in various places on the acreage. Some of it was very difficult to traverse, but they stuck it out and got it done to perfection. I would highly recommend them as they are prompt, and do a great job for a fair price!
Jacob and his crew do amazing work and are always true to their schedule. I can always count on them even if I need to alter my schedule to accommodate a party or other event to make the outside of my house perfect. They are very efficient and really take pride in their work
They performed two jobs for me, first they were very quick to cut a lot for me and did a great job. Second job was leaf removal from a different property. They did a good job, it just took longer then I was expecting. They were very accommodating and worked with me for the final price. Would highly recommend them.

He planted a japanese maple tree for me and a few months later it died! I did what I was suppose to do on my end and he said he would replace tree at cost. Other landscapers would have replaced it for free...also he is not that educated on trees and plants. Charges way too much for services provided! I would never recommend this person for anything. Maybe he just needs to stick to lawncare....if hes any good at that....this was your resolution not mine. I tried to get you to do the right thing but in the end you still wanted me to pay for the tree. I was very dissappointed that I had to give a bad review. I just want to help others from making the same mistake that I did in trusting you. You have a great day Jacob!
Very prompt and honest. We had a plant die and he was able to replace it once the plant was back in stock. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

I called Rowan about taking on two of my properties in Chattanooga and had a conversation about what I needed for biweekly service. He led me to believe that he would be giving me a price. I heard nothing back and, at the end of the day, was told that he could not accept anymore accounts at this time . Calling was a complete waste of time.

Ive been using Rowan Landscapes for several years. Just this week a billing issue created a problem. Jacob was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient when issue turned out to be changes in the way my bank handles payments. Theyre young professionals. They do the job requested, they do it when they say they will, and they dont get flustered with the little hiccups that come with a job. It feels good to support young people running a business the way business should be done.

Jacob and Ben were outstanding in every way! Jacob was honest and communicative when we were inquiring about French drain installation. He was interested in providing us a long term solution as opposed to a quick fix. Ben did the install and was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered any and all questions my wife and I had. I will be using this business again. I strongly suggest you do the same!
