Eco Landscape in Hilo

They’re scheduled once a month for mowing, hedging and poisoning.. According to the office girl that answered the phone she said “ because we’re scheduled once a month, they’ll come whenever time permits”. I asked her when was the last time they came, she replied august 1st and it’s already september 15.. It shouldn’t matter if we’re once a month, they should be punctual and consistent with their appointments with professionalism as a business…they came on september 16 after i called them and made a complaint They still did a shitty job as always!!! uneven grass cut, maybe the lawnmower needs the blades sharpened or replace. They don’t rake the grass clippings that grew long and didnt move the trampoline to cut the grass underneath and also didn’t do the hedges..

We are new homeowners and included in our purchase was an outstandingly landscaped front and backyard. Many who have seen our property have commented the previous owners invested six figures to make this place look the way it does. To say we are thrilled to have inherited the beautiful landscaping would be an understatement. Early on though, we recognized we were going to need help to properly maintain it. We interviewed a few vendors and eventually decided to go with Eric and his company Eco Landscape. Their first visit came on a day when it rained most of the morning. I expected to hear of a request to reschedule. To my delight, Eric’s crew arrived on time and ready to work. I genuinely thought our property looked awesome before the Eco Landscape team arrived. I wish I had taken pictures beforehand because after they finished, the place looked even more magnificent, if that was even possible. To my surprise, they included doing a couple of things I had failed to request earlier. Truly professional, they saw what needed to be done and did it. There will always be a vendor out there who will offer to do the job for less money. I am solid in my support of Eco Landscape. We’re early in our working relationship, but I have no concerns that the job will be done right each time and my investment in landscaping enhanced.

We have been enjoying our yard so much more after Eco Landscaping cleaned it all up for us! They came in, did what they said they were going to (plus some) and charged what they said they were going to! They are professional and courteous! We will be using them for maintenance from now on!

We started with a yard clean up, followed by a landscape install and continued with regular lawn maintenance and weed control. Professional, knowledgeable, with a keen eye for detail. Quick call back followed by a face to face meeting at our property. There was lots of feedback about plants to use and ways to keep our property manageable on our budget. This company has exceeded all our expectations.
