I was disappointed but after talking to management I changed my opinion. They plan to resolve all my issues.

We have been with green lawn for about 3 years , about three months ago, they came in to do a fertilizer and weed treatment after that something went terribly wrong and the whole entire property wherever they treated there is no more grass it was burnt and now all I can see is mud.

I watched as the tech half-heartedly walked through my lawn spraying here and there, not hitting the entire lawn or areas where weeds where clearly already popping. If I wasn t on the phone I would have run out to point out spots that were missed but that should have been obvious to someone who cared. He didnt and isn t the first so I ll be looking for a new service company after several years.

I shared an earlier review regarding my utter dissatisfaction with their service and their response to my concerns however I am amending my review solely based on my interaction with customer service retention specialist Joe Binasiewicz. He addressed my issues comprehensively and thoroughly. Hopefully, his attitude and professionalism will translate to the rest of their customer-facing staff...

We switched to Green Lawn three years back, and are very pleased with their service and maintenance. They are definitely value for money. We highly recommend them.

They say one thing and then they lie about how they are going to do something. Would never use them or recommend them for any service.

We used them for our lawn care for two years and thought they were ok, until I saw a charge of $389 on my credit card recently. They did aeration on my lawn without notifying me that it was a separate service from what I signed up for and just charged on my credit card. After I dispute the charge, they sent it to the collection company. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will tell everyone that I know that they are not trustworthy!!!

I just had my first lawn treatment with Edwardo P. and I wanted to give him a big shout-out! Edwardo was incredibly helpful and informative during our consultation. He took the time to walk around my property with me, answering all my questions and concerns about my lawn. What I appreciated most about him was that he wasnt pushy or trying to sell me on anything. He simply explained the product he was about to use and gave me some helpful tips on how to take care of any moss issues I may have. I was also impressed with his attention to detail. When he saw that I had a pet and small child, he made sure to place their belongings away from where he was spraying to ensure their safety. At the end of the visit, we talked about what to expect on his next visit and I felt like I had all the information I needed to keep my lawn looking its best. Overall, I just wanted to say thank you to Edwardo for providing such excellent customer service. Its clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his clients. Edwardo Pelaez Was a wonderful tech to deal with

I signed up for a natural program with this company. I was happy with the description of the service I was given by the sales person during the winter. My requirements were: 1) I wanted to have the same technician coming every time for the service, 2) I was told that they will give me a call half an hour before coming to spread the fertilizer 3) I will double check before the service with the technician that he s using the natural program fertilizer. However, after three months since signing up, I can say that nothing was done as they promised. Every service I received was with a different technician, they did not call 30 minutes before coming. And today the person did not even ring the bell when he arrived. He just slightly knocked on the door that no one heard. I have a video to prove it. And, on top of all that, he did not use the correct fertilizer that I was suppose to get in the natural program. He used chemicals that were not suppose to be done to begin with. Unfortunately, I did not see him right away since again, no one rang the bell or gave me a call. According to the technician, he did not get the proper information from his manager and did not know that I was suppose to get the natural program fertilizer. Generally speaking, in this company the central office does not communicate with the managers and technicians on the field. Even the people that work for Green Lawn Fertilizing admitted the same thing. The central office and the regional managers/technicians do not communicate with each other properly in order to serve the customers the way they should. I am a very dissatisfied customer at this point and I would not recommend to use this company to anyone.

Were happy with Green Lawn. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Most recently we saw Sean and he took extra time to discuss multiple concerns about the property, both his and ours.

If you re looking for a personalized service, look elsewhere. For the amount of money this place charges, I expect more helpful customer service. Every time I call, I get a screaming baby in the background, long wait time, or a desk person unable to answer my questions. Plus, my lawn doesn t look any better than it did last year (with a less expensive company). Very unsatisfactory. UPDATE: Joe B., the only helpful desk employee I ve encountered thus far, reached out to help rectify the problem. Hopefully, this latest lawn treatment helps to get my grass looking better, then it would be worth the cost. Key takeaway: this company is good if you don t have lawn disease or other issues. Their products do help to keep your lawn looking great. If you do need additional services, I would call and ask for Joe B., otherwise you won t get far. It would also be nice if this place gave some kind of advance notice they are coming. If my grass begins to look better, I ll stick with them.

We have used their service for a few years. When we prepaid the service there would be missing sessions. This year the service is getting worse. They didnt show up for the scheduled application and kept rescheduling and not show. We called and they still would not provide the service that we prepaid for, even though the customer service promised they will escalate to resolve the issue. My advice is not to prepay.

Had this service for a few years now and was pleased but the other day the lawn tech parked on a strip of decorative rock I had put down a few years ago between the road and the lawn. Its a 4ft by 40ft area. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Its not meant to be a parking area. I put a lot of time and effort to put the stone down. Now I have nice long tire mark dug into it and the stone pushed away. I called to complain and decided to cancel my service. They need to be more respectful of customers property.

First treatment went well and Nick took the time to listen to my concerns and learn about the property.

This is my first time using them and I am in between. One application burnt most of my lawn. I am supposedly paying for weed control but every week I had to spot spray for clover that wasnt controlled. Going to mull this service over the winter to see if I can do without it and handle myself or try another service.

I had Green Lawn provide tree and shrub care. They sprayed the oily product all over my new siding which is now stained. I tried scrubbing it twice with no luck. 3/4 of my house is stained 4 ft and below. It s just so upsetting.

This service is one of the few pay as you go services when it comes to fertilization, weed, and pest control for your lawn. EXTREMELY reasonable. They come out automatically once a month. I dont have to call or chase anyone. They have automatic billing so its all on auto pilot and I dont even have to be home when they are here. But all of them are super knowledgeable and know their stuff. They email you the day before they are coming to remind you to leave the gates unlocked and secure pets that day. For me they usually come out the first available weekday on the first of the month. They have been terrific and my lawn is coming back to life. They even do aeration and seeding at the end of the season to ensure the lawn comes back every year better than before. I recommend them to everyone. Super affordable and super professional. They use quality ingredients too. Honestly, I am so glad I found them. Will continue to use them for years to come.

Michael Pawlawski is a great technician from the Hillsborough office. He always takes his time and does a good job.

Today was our third treatment for the Spotted Laternfly. Michael, our technician, was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable in the life cycle of this invasive species. I received an email prior to day of service and a receipt with explanation and recommendations following treatment. Following the treatments, we found numerous of these laternflies dead around the bases of our trees. It definitely helped prevent the infestations I that are common in my area We are very pleased to have stopped this in time and will continue to use their services in the future

The technicians are great, very professional, always call before arriving which I really appreciate. My biggest issue is that the seeding did not work for me, I actually had a landscaper come in and seed after they did and it worked.

I never know when a tech is coming. I would like to get a courtesy call to let me know when a tech is coming, so I can plan my day. For instance, I received a call yesterday 10/27/22 to inform me that I will be scheduled for service on Wednesday which was the day before 10/26/22. In the future I hope this can be corrected.
