This is one of the worst landscaping companies I have ever seen they start at 7am when the noise ordinance is 8am they blow debris all over your car damage it take no responsibility when you call you get a rude person who tells me to take it up with the HOA

Mike, Stuart, Rodrigo and their crew exceeded our expectations turning our backyard into an oasis! It s a paradise that seems to always be in bloom. Despite COVID delays, they made quick progress, and used their time wisely. Always understanding, patient and never pressuring us; we would use LMS again and again and recommend them a thousand times over!

We had an outdoor kitchen installed with hardscapes and I love it! Wish I could spend more time outside! The process was smooth I had some ideas but with their creative side I left them design and so glad I did. They were very responsive to me and thats coming from a control freak who likes to know whats going on at all times. Highly recommend them!

Landscapers? More like landscrappers, they destroy the property with their tire lawn mowers, create messes then charge you to fix it, total scam and bully. Should be reported to BBB.

They installed a bunch of trees in our neighborhood. They are all dead because they did not install it correctly. They came back and did it again. These guys dont know what they are doing.

They don t even deserve one star! They literally blew a hall bunch of sand and leaves on both of my cars..I totally do not recommend this company at all !!

LMS is a Bad Bad Business. Everything negative stated by others I would agree. They use poorly maintained equipment which ends up scalping the grass. They cut not matter whether it has just rained or we are in the middle of a drought where the grass is not growing. When the ground is drenched they ride the equipment like its the wild west through the property and leave long skid marks and chunks of grass in their path. The have a customer no service approach if you attempt to reach a manager via phone call to report a problem. Their workers leave their lunch garbage around the property. They cut the shrubs so badly the sides brown and burn. Their snow removal equipment has slammed into curbs removing and breaking belgium blocks regularly, knocked street signs over, destroyed the grass by leaving the front end loader scoops on the grass. They have dumped globs of salt on the grass burning and killing large sections. The list goes on. They have no shame or respect for the property so STAY AWAY FROM LMS.

Landscaper proceeded to rip out flowering vines from 2 planter boxes. Caught him on camera doing it. Called LMSI, and after speaking to Denise, the Director of Sales and Business Relations, she viewed the video and offered an apology and money to replace the plants, saying he made a mistake! The problem here, is that a landscaping crewman they hired doesn t know the difference between a weed and a plant. Weeds pull out with ease. He s tugging and ripping the vine apart, and once out, tosses it back on to the planter??? It would be one thing if the plants were in a field, but they were clearly planted and woven through the fence. So, when questioned about it, employee, Fernando, says he thought it was weeds. Ok, so if he thought it was weeds, why did he just tear the plants roots out and leave them strewn all over the boxes? Doesn t seem professional to me. I have it all on camera. Their is no mistaking. Do not bother, as you never know what knowledge of landscaping crew you might get. Unbelievable.

Efficient at good price. No complaints

If you want to spend every day wondering where your landscaper is, this is the outfit for you. If you like brown lawns, damaged irrigation, dead shrubs and to be ignored when you complain, pick these guys. If you want to have to pay another company to correct the work after your contracted landscaper abandons your community, these are the guys you have to hire. If you want to spend money on attorney fees, you must choose this company. If you want a beautifully maintained community, good communication, quality work and honesty then this is not a good fit for you. RUN NOW AND DONT LOOK BACK!

Wonderful Company. Meticulous work. I have hired them on over 100 large and small landscaping projects over the last 30 years and have received nothing but stunning results. (There is a reason they are the largest, most reputable landscaping company in NJ). The owners are honest, hard working people. Dont be fooled by people posting untruths and poor reviews. One phone call and you are talking to the owners, who are old fashioned.....they EARN your respect each and every time!

I live in one of the communities they service They do such a horrible job. The workers have pulled out all the native plants I put in the ground and didnt replace them with anything. They are rude, they are intimidating and there is never any supervision of them. They get away with doing very little work. There are dead trees and shrubs throughout the community. You can find lots of brown spots on the lawn. They just dont care.

LMS is quite possibly the worst landscaping company in all of Flemington and possibly even Hunterdon County. As other reviewers have already rated, I concur that this company doesnt even deserve a one star rating for their services. I have lived in a Flemington community for over 15 years which they have been servicing over the last several years. Not a single one of their workers can speak English is one of many problems. Communicating with them is absolutely impossible. They absolutely butchered my hydrangea plant with a weedwhacker thinking that a big dormant hydrangea bush was a weed when it is over a 6 feet wide. When I called to discuss the issue I was assured that they accidentally weed whacked it . Why would you weed whack in mulch? I did not receive any apology for this, nor were any moves made to rectify the situation. I was assured that it would grow back. The workers also dont know the difference between a flower and a weed. So if you have new plants outside that youre trying to grow you might need to put up a sign, in Spanish, that says do not pull this out because it is a flower not a weed......if they even weed at all. Generally, once they complete their sub par lawn cutting services, which consists of blowing and spreading dust, debris, dirt and leaves into the street, they then ride around on lawnmowers and use blowers to blow it all back into the lawn that was just serviced. Furthermore, water is the responsibility of each homeowner. I found one of the LMS workers outside using the spicket from my house to fill up their chemical jug. After complaining to my association I then again caught one of the workers filling up a jug with my water.......which I pay for. Though there are many other stories I can tell about LMSs horrible landscaping services, these are just a few to give you a good grip. Hands down, worst landscaping service.

This company is worse than poor, they spin on wet ground, tear up grass. Go around trees, in complete circle, when cutting which kills grass and creates mud slicks, they cut when ground is to wet. Workers should be checked for work visas, dought they have any. Make sure, if you hire them, to have someone that speaks Spanish. If you contract this company you really need to have your sanity checked. I wouldnt even recommend them to my worst enemys. I give them a minus 5 stars.

I agree, this company has zero integrity and does not even deserve one star. Do not do business with them. They clearly damaged my vehicle while doing work but refused to take responsibility for it. I actually have video now of their workers blowing debris into cars in my complex after the incident I had with my car. The workers are careless and owner does not take responsibility for their actions.

Our town noise ordinance is 8am. They consistently start at 7:30am. Property management made it clear this CANNOT happen. It happens frequently. We call the office, recorded, and they always say well call the supervisor or a nonchalant okay? So, the attitude sucks. They charge a lot of money. The snow removal is a joke. No one on the site seems to speaks a lot of English. I held off on my review thinking it would get better. It got worse.

Do not use them, they stole a package from my front door. Luckily I had a video recording of it happening.

I have confirmed almost all these reviews are fake news from competitors posing as customers. Landscape Maintenance Services Inc takes care of our community grounds and golf course and they do a great job. Go ahead and sign a contract with down to earth or meticulous see how fast they ruin your community. 30 min early noise am? Guy wasted and scraps up truck on way home from bar then tries to blame snow removal crew? Come on man. LMS is the best around

If you want good service from LMS, you are going to have to create a landscape committee and complain to them very very frequently. And when I say complain to them, I dont mean complain to your property manager. I mean call LMS offices yourself, while theyre on site screwing things up, and demand that they fix whatever they are messing up. They dont keep notes on what we have asked them to do. This fall, they did not come one single time to clean up leaves until Dec. 4. Homeowners were literally shoveling leaves out of their driveways and yards, waiting for LMS to show up. Turns out we were on the schedule, but they took us off the calendar to go take care of some other neighborhood. One, I bet, who has a landscape committee and/ or a property manager who will advocate to LMS for the neighborhood. We dont have either (yet. working on the committee thing). We have to keep reminding them not to run an extremely loud truck vacuum directly outside peoples windows for an hour straight. We have to remind them not to prune peoples shrubs down to a nub. We ask them not to mulch certain shrub beds, as recorded by homeowners every year, and they mulch them anyway and kill peoples plants with the acidic mulch. They dont weed. They seem to just wait until the weeds go to seed, then spray chemicals everywhere. If youre lucky enough to actually have an LMS employee living and working on site, then yeah, youll likely get good service. Our LMS crew has a supervisor who stops by when LMS is on site. Ive never seen this person, and Im almost always here when LMS is on site. The LMS employees who are here do not speak English and eat their lunches on our lawns, leaving chicken bones lying around for our pets to choke on. They also have no arrangements for workers to relieve themselves, so they pee in our bushes. If you dont have direct on-site LMS supervision (most of us dont), then youll need volunteer(s) from your community willing to be a part-time unpaid hands-on supervisor of LMS, supervising and correcting them very closely. If you expect to just get good service by simply signing a contract with them, it wont happen. Your other option in NJ seems to be to go elsewhere and pay more. You can have it cheap or you can have it good, but not both, unless youre willing to stay on their backs constantly, so your community is the one being served instead of bumped off the calendar. This review is real news from a real homeowner whose real community really uses LMS and really wants better service. And unlike the guy screaming fake news I am not drawing a paycheck from LMS.

This company deserves a NO star rating -- I wouldnt recommend them to any one ever. Whether it be lawn maintenance or snow removal , they miss the mark completely.

I disagree with other reviews they were good, they came in with snow blowers, shovels, and a bobcat to clear the snow from our apartment complex parking lot and sidewalks

The company doesnt care if they ruin your landscape. They will cut, flowers, plants or anything that grows. Communication and customer service is nonexistent.
