Competitive prices and top notch service. They were right on time for both a site visit and bid as well as the day of the job. The team was a well oiled machine and were only here for maybe 2 hours from start to finish. Also left the wood stacked and organized. Would definitely recommend.

Gene and his Land-Pro crew did an excellent jo removing a lage pine tree and a smaller tree in my back yard. They were reasonably priced, quick, thorough and did a good job cleaning up afterward, I highly recommend them.
Land-Pro LLC was very quick and efficient taking down a 100+ ft. Doug Fir in our backyard. They exceeded all expectations. Our tree was no more than 20ft from our house with the ground sloping towards our house. We were concerned that our house would be damaged given the difficulty of the job, but Yin and his team did not leave a scratch. Yin is very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with Land Pro LLC!

This crew was fantastic and the work they do is absolutely incredible. They are acrobatic, strong, and skilled. They took down a massive, nearly 200 year old oak towering over my house. The trunk was just a couple feet from my house and they skillfully did the job without damage. Taking out a tree is expensive work, but they are more reasonably priced than competitors. You will feel like an absolute wuss after watching them and know they are worth every penny.

A great experience and job well done in removing and stump grinding two tall Aspen trees from a confined space in my front yard. They even called Locate to make sure they avoided underground gas and power pipes.
Baudelio and his guys came out and repaired our broken valves and so many sprinkler heads that were broken as well! They had wonderful communication and cleaned up after all the work was done so everything was back in place and working order!

Land-Pro is a professional, capable and efficient irrigation and all things landscape company. We have worked with them for a few years now with work on our irrigation, adding a French drain, trimming and taking down trees. One stop shop AND they always leave your property cleaned up from their work. I would highly recommend this dependable company
OMG the team came to the house ready to roll. They finished the job super fast and very professional they replaced some nasty raised super old sprinkler heads and installed pop up new ones, removed several roots left behind from a super old hedge. I recommend them.

Yin and his crew with Land Pro LLC have done maintenance on my lot and sprinkler system for the past three years. I originally hired them because I needed a landscape maintenance service that could also help with sprinkler system issues after I suddenly had an $800 water bill. My former landscape maintenance guy couldnt find the leak. But, Yin found it in no time (Near my foundation no less!), and quickly repaired it for a fair price. Since then, Yin and his crew have removed three, overgrown maple trees and their roots from the parking strip of my corner lot, planted new street trees, and applied maintenance-free river rock and drip irrigation around my new street trees. Theyve also replaced my grub-ridden front lawn with beautiful, healthy sod. Theyve dug out old, overgrown, and failing shrubs so they could be replaced with shrubs I like better. And they do a great job of general maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, and cleanup. I especially like that Yin can fix any broken sprinkler issues that invariably tend to happen over time. Not all yard maintenance services offer this with such proficiency and reasonable cost.
Yin and his crew are knowledgeable, and work hard. I had them install irrigation lines and battery operated timers to my rather extensive yard. They did a fine job, and were pleasant to have around.

Five stars all day long for this company. It is rare when I am impressed. Yin did an amazing job and blew my mind how quick efficient professional and knowledgeable he was. When he rolled up in his big rig with a huge trailer I was immediately impressed. This is not some guy working out of his little pick up truck. I had Yin and his crew remove and/or trim some large (40+ yrs) on my property. Some very close to the home and overhanging the roof. They worked very efficiently and did a great job of everything that was asked. I m also having them repair my irrigation system and they were also honest about the issues, no overselling and respected my needs. Our pipe from the water meter to the house was leaking. Yin responded as quickly as possible considering the ice/snow storm in our area. The leak was located, repaired and clean-up completed in a timely fashion. He was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable, plus, his prices were very reasonable. We were very happy with his services and will definitely call him again when necessary.
The crew was very efficient and professional. They showed up both days when they said they would and finished the job on time. This was a very large tree very close to power lines and homes. They took every precaution and safely removed the tree. Prices were also competitive.

This company is a true standout! Yin and his team work efficiently and effectively, show up when they say, and get the job done! We moved into a fixer with a very neglected yard. Three professionally dressed employees, which included Yin showed and within 20 minutes the yard began to transform! They had all the best tools and equipment, with great attitudes and strong work ethics! Knocked out the yard in a day with irrigation completed day two. Totally exceeded expectations
Ive got to tell you these guys are AMAZING. I had a tree that I needed removed. It was 80+ feet tall with several different shoots. When I made my decision to go with Land Pro I texted the boss and told him that I wanted to use Land Pro for this tree removal. He texted me back and said that they could be out the next day!!! I was shocked! The next day the whole crew of 5 guys showed up at 5pm and worked until 9pm and came back the next day and finished by 2:30pm. The whole crew was sprinting around in the backyard and working so hard. I was very impressed. I wouldnt go with anyone else in the Portland Metro Area if I were you. These guys know what theyre doing and they are very reasonably priced. Thank you Land Pro for everything!! Looking forward to having you cut down my next tree when I have the funds.

Bait & Switch quotes. I turned away several other quotes to go with these guys; only to have the Boss hike up the price $250 above the written quote I was given! Bunch of excuses about bad writing, bad English, and how his employees are stupid. SMH. Were obviously going to go with another company; even if we have to pay a bit more. We will not subsidize this kind of dishonesty.
