I work with a property management firm and have worked with JWP for over a year. They are one of the best landscaping company's around. The owner, Jon is familiar with the way property management works and lets us know if there is anything out of the ordinary on the property.

We were having issues with multiple other landscape services billing for work never completed and invoices with very little description. One company actually was only mowing the front lawn and never touched the backyard. It was a college rental so they assumed the tenants wouldn't complain and we wouldn't notice when driving by. The backyard was a complete jungle when we finally found out while meeting the homeowner at the property. Very embarrassing! Since switching to JWP, they have been very descriptive with invoicing and provide periodic photos of the property along with notes for possible exterior maintenance needs that give us peace of mind that work is being completed professionally. JWP has been cleaning our properties for about a year. Very thorough service and no complaints from tenants at move in. Sometimes they are not available on short notice, but usually work to move things around if they can to get us scheduled when needed.
