This is the second time I have hired this company to do work on my yard. They do great work and are really nice people.

Nice guys, made quick work of winterizing our sprinkler system. The company always does a great job of reminding when it s time to do this!

We have been long term customers. However it is extremely frustrating not getting a call back. You are on their waiting list, it s been a month and no communication. Even if you are busy, at least communicate!!

Have regularly used Lawn & Irrigation for annual start-ups and winterization. When it came time to address a drainage issue, I knew exactly who to call. Professional staff who cares for their customers. As well as a knowledgable owner who personally comes out to ensure everything goes as expected.

Nick diagnosed the problem in the valves and promptly fixed it. Nice people, and did a great job on a problem that stopped the whole system for working. We will use them again. They offer a spring and fall tune up which we will sign up for.

I signed up for their spring irrigation activation thing (had to call again a few months after that b/c they never came or called) - I was told it would be $150 for that, plus parts and labor for repairs (I knew I had at least one cracked valve bonnet, which I told them about). The activation went fine (they missed one head that wasnt spraying, though), but they didnt repair anything - said they didnt have the parts and that reception would call to schedule another visit. A week goes by - no call. I call and set up an appointment - 7 weeks out is the earliest they can come. Fine. I can manually do everything in the meantime. The day before the appointment, they call ONCE while Im giving a presentation at work, so I cant answer. Not 10 mins later, I get a text saying the appointment is canceled. As soon as I can, I give them a call back - it goes to voicemail. I leave a message apologizing for not being able to pick up the call, and asking if I can either keep the same appointment or set up a new one, at least. 3-4 days go by - no word from them. I went to Lowes, picked up all new valve assemblies, and swapped out the bonnets and diaphragms myself. No leaks. Took me a total of 90 mins, including driving time, finding the parts, making the repair, and testing the lines for leaks. Also fixed the non-spraying head. I cant believe these guys have such a high rating on here - this was the worst service/experience Ive ever had with an irrigation company. I fixed everything myself in a fraction of the time, and for less than 1/2 of what they charged to show up and do nothing. Ridiculous.

Vetted 4 businesses and went with this company to install a drip & sprinkler irrigation system in our back yard. Other contractors would not do the permitting portion of the work and said that their clients often wouldnt bother. I honestly was tempted to go that route too and save money till researching online I found a simple guideline in forums from contractors who say: if you arent doing the work yourself, get the permits. Otherwise you leave the door open for big problems if anything was done incorrectly. Below is a quick list of why I choose/would recommend Lawn & Irrigation Tech NW. I will follow up after with more detail for those who want it. -communication skills are fantastic. Both with helping me understand what was happening and with unexpected issues that came up. -knowledge is deep -they know how to quickly get the job done -they were extremely patient and professional with me. I am the type of client who asks many questions all throughout. Never once did they make me feel bad for that. -they covered the entire project from setting up the backflow, getting the permits, and helping submit an application for a rebate for the electric control unit I purchased Some unexpected issues came up that had nothing to do with Lawn & Irrigation Tech NW. They involved drainage runoff during high rain days and the hookup to the water main being plumbed for commercial/agricultural use (despite me living in a residential neighborhood). They alerted me immediately and did everything they could to help set me up for a successful & quick resolution. The hookup issue they solved themselves & the drainage issue they documented for me and gave me enough info that I could quickly find the right company to address it quickly. Lawn & Irrigation had to come back later to finish that portion of the job but they never left me hanging which was greatly appreciated. Would easily recommend and use this company again.

Irrigation techs were friendly and thorough.

We were having issues with our sprinklers coverage. We had a serviced call and the technician was able to quickly resolve our issues and gave us recommendations on how to improve the coverage.

I work and a pest control technician and I have been in many yards and I couldn t help but notice how well kept and manicured the lawn was. Great work and I d highly recommend.

My house came with an existing irrigation system and I found myself developing a habit of keeping a collection of dwarf fruit trees in large pots in my backyard. I talked with several landscaping companies who all told me that it wouldnt be possible to extend the system to water my potted plants. I decided I didnt believe them and spoke with Lawn & Irrigation Tech NW who said it can absolutely be done. Now my potted plants get watered automatically and I can spend more time chasing my daughter around and less time standing around with a watering hose! Highly recommend them!

This review is for Nick, who recently came out to our property in Hillsboro for an irrigation system spring turn up and maintenance on a few sprinkler heads. Nick was extremely professional, courteous, funny and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond my expectations of repairing a head that my son accidentally kicked over the winter. He repaired the head quickly and another head that was accidentally broken during adjustment. He tuned all of the heads in all three zones to perfection. I was impressed. I hope next time I need service that Nick is the man for the job - or you have a stable of other employees with Nicks qualities. Thank you again!

Great experience from beginning to end. The person who made the appointment was very pleasant and worked with my busy schedule. The person actually came ahead of schedule, was very polite, knowledgeable, and understood my concerns. He gave recommendations and fixed all my irrigation problems. He proceeded to walk me through my sprinkler concerns, and how efficiently they now are working. I had a follow up question which I emailed the office and they responded quickly to address my concerns. I highly recommend this company.

I have used this company for my spring turn up, they did repairs on my irrigation system and recently installed a drip irrigation for my raised beds. The crew is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. If your looking to work with true professionals I highly recommend giving them a call

They fixed my backyard sprinklers and my down spout pipe to the road which had a bunch of roots in it. They were pleasant to work with and they were very affordable. Id definitely use them again.

Guys came out for a leak in our irrigation system. Apparently there isnt a backflow system, so they werent able to do anything. We were charged $150. At no point in the scheduling did they indicate there were reasons the workers may not be able to do anything. When I spoke to Jennifer in the office, she was very rude. She stated it was illegal in a very condescending tone like I had broken the law or should have known. Her poor customer service is the main reason for this review. I couldnt believe she talks to customers this way on behalf of the company. Im not against paying the guys for their time and gas, but $150 to show up and leave 5 minutes later is ridiculous. They might be good at what they do, but anyone wanting to use them better watch out if there ends up being a problem and expecting good customer service. You wont get it. DONT USE THEM!

Efficient and thorough

Their schedule is a few weeks out, busy season, but the tech showed up on time, and fix my problem. Techs were friendly and did a good job putting my system and surround grounds back to its original state. I have yet to receive a bill, so unsure as to the value.

Repaired broken head and updated and replaced others. Adjusted coverage of all heads and straightened out a few that leaned too much. Expecting a lower water bill from now on. Positive

I had not prepared my 3 zone irrigation system for the winter before cold weather hit, so I was hoping I would not have to wait too long before a technician could be sent out. The office person, Jennifer, was very professional and pleasant. She was actually able to schedule a crew to arrive within hours of my call. The technician, Nick, was also a pleasure to deal with. He bled the water from the pipes and turned off the system for the winter. I was very pleased with this companys service. Their staff are both professional and courteous, and they are very responsive to their customers needs. And, their prices are reasonable, too. I plan to call them for any future needs.

Guys including KC and Nick were excellent and very responsible to get the job done. One thing could be better is their payment system which asked me for additional tip. I ended up putting some for tip because it made me feel guilty when putting no tip. Tip is supposed to be tip, not in a regular payment system.

Amazing customer service, definitely recommend. They care about their customers. Aimee was the best! They recently finished a sprinkler install and I couldnt be happier. During the install the team accidentally hit our neighbors unmarked sprinkler distribution line running though my yard, however I didnt notice the issue for a couple of days until my neighbor ran their sprinkler. The owner came out on a Saturday to survey the damage and someone was dispatched on Monday to make the repairs.

Not usually a review giver but I couldnt resist with this company and their two employees. Great job diagnosing the problem, finding some sprinkler heads that had been buried for years, and getting me up and running for a very reasonable price. We asked for a bid to redo the backyard irrigation system. The owner had installed drip system that was operated from the backyard faucet. It was a mess of conjoined hoses, with one bobble head for each plant. The demand on the system far exceeded its ability to provide adequate water to the plants. We had bids from 3 providers between $900 - $3000. The bid from Lawn and Irrigation was specific as to the type of system to be installed and materials that would be utilized. It was also to be automated. This was the most complete plan we received and the bid was reasonable, not the highest. The work was completed in two days. The crew were proficient, neat, and thorough. We now have an automated combined drip/air spray/ bubbler system that provides ,all the necessary water to a row of arborvitaes, lots of blooming ornamentals, a vegetable/ herb garden, and numerous pots of dahlias. Works beautifully and was worth the investment. Thank you L & I T. We would highly recommend your company.

I had a facet that was gushing water out of the ground.. Called several landscapers to replace it. Most were to busy not interested in the job. Or just had no idea what a frost free faucet was. Spoke with Kelsy in the office. She scheduled an appointment followed up to make sure they had the right parts and confirm the appointment. Her guys showed up on time fixed it perfectly and were gone unless than an hour. Great team great job and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

We had a leak in our irrigation system and needed help in a timely manner. The Lawn & Irrigation Technologies technicians came through for us. They were friendly, professional, and helped solve our problem. Kelsy, whom we talked with on the phone, was very nice also. We would use this company again and recommend them to others.

We had a pipe burst on our lawn sprinkler system and I contacted Lawn & Irrigation through a recommendation. Their crew came out quickly to do an estimate and provided a very detailed estimate of work, even pointed out some poorly done work done by the previous techs and their suggestions on how to fix and improve it. The resulting work was cost effective and good quality. At the end of the job, they provided a detailed walk-thru of the work done and also left the work site very neat. We are very happy with the work!

Larry, Aaron, and team were great to work with, professional, and friendly. They assessed our needs for an irrigation system and implemented with efficiency. When asked to make adjustments or corrections, they did so without complaint and clearly wanted to do whats right for the customer. They explained the control module and how to program so that a novice, such as myself, can understand and actually use. I will have no hesitation to call them again should I need updates, repairs, or other landscape consultations.
