My experience was very disappointing. They did an incomplete job and after 2 services I had to cancel. They were rude and unwilling to cancel, I messaged 2 days after service as I wasnt home when they came. They were uncaring about their incomplete work and then threatened me when I said I wasnt paying for any future services. I had to call in local authorities as he threated to come to my home to "collect". Very unprofessional, and poor customer service. We paid for the services rendered and refused to allow them to come back, it was 30 days notice yet they still were rude and threatening. Fortunately, I am a public Safety officer of 30 years as is my husband, so threats do not intimidate me as they might your average client. Be careful and stay away from this business.
Alex and his crew did a large demo and install of new gravel and sod for me. The communication with Alex was excellent throughout the process - from the initial bid to the actual installation. His crew worked hard, were kind and respectful, and the work they did in the time they did it was outstanding. I'm recommending Alex and Mow & Go to a lot of friends and look forward to working with them again.
Alex and his team came out to clean up a relative's sorely neglected yard. I cannot say enough about the quality of work. The yard is now gorgeous and was very reasonably priced for the huge amount of work done. I cannot recommend Mow & Go enough.
Alex does a great job, better than any other company I have hired, he always keep you updated on progress if your away from home and sends before and after pics of his work. His prices are fair and he definitely earns every penny. Don’t hesitate to call him if you need landscaping/mowing services.

What s that you say? Your yard is so bad you re not sure if Sasquatch is living in it? Neither did I, and I sure a heck wasn t going to go out there with a machete and find out! Luckily Alex and his crew yawned like a kitten at the task. In just a couple short days the jungle was mastered, new sod was laid, and my kids are now dealing with the harsh reality that kicking a soccer ball requires some effort and movement on their part. Absolutely great work, and I will be keeping Mow & Go on a monthly bases to keep it looking this good. Thank you Alex and team. -Ira
Poor attention to detail. Two weeks ago he just mowed the center of the back lawn. This time again he didnt mow or weed eat the side of the house ( he says I paid him extra last time he did it) This space is only 4 ft by about 10 ft. He Ignores the actual perimeter of the lawn and creates a new lawn contour with his weed eater. Left gaps of uncut lawn, and random blades of grass around the perimeter. I asked him to bring back his weed eater to cut all of the places he missed today, and instead of getting his equipment, and fixing his sloppy job, he said this is the last time he is mowing here. HES RIGHT ABOUT THAT.
Read the fine print he sends you in an email or you are responsible for not reading it properly. Poor work done and a rip off took more money and did poor job. Doesnt even respond properly .. Never!! Update to the reply - yes you have attached is the receipt for payment. I would never want someone else to go through what we did.
Had such a great experience hiring Mow & Go! They did a wonderful job cleaning up my yard, showed up on time, very professional, and worked within my budget!
I would love to be here to write a stellar review, sadly that is not the case. I have never heard of a lawn service that doesn t pack out there trimmings/clippings? Alex either throws them in our yard bin or leaves the trimmings in front of our garbage. Two weeks ago, my son left a toy on a six inch corner of our backyard. Alex couldn t be bothered to move the toy... but not only did he not mow around it. He simply decided not to mow that portion of yard all together. A rather large portion. I guess the business names says it all... it s all he does.. he mows and goes...
