As homeowners in Muirfield (Balmoral) for the past 24 years, my wife and I wanted a year long spa in our backyard off of our existing patio. Our vision is close to completion and we re so very excited to enjoy our enhanced and elevated backyard! The team of German Mendez, Apolinar Hernandez and Enrique Sanchez deserve recognition and praise! Through cold, rainy and less desirable weather conditions, they were consistently at our property to expand our patio, including adding two sets of steps, as well as install a pondless stream. They were meticulous, professional, diligent in providing the best patio, steps and stream possible! Incredible workmanship! My wife and I are extremely pleased with our year round spa project and greatly appreciate every team member of Hidden Landscape that has been involved since day 1!

At their corporate office they are outside mowing the grass and they have all the grass on the road. I ve left three voicemails to try and get them to clean up the road.

We started with a blank slate for our backyard and had some ideas but really needed some direction so we reached out to Hidden Creek for a full design and build for our project that included a patio, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pergola and landscaping. We worked through many design ideas with Garrett and Monette who were VERY patient with us as we went through lots of options. Once everything was finalized, the Hidden Creek team got to work and did an amazing job. We would like to recognize the many individuals that worked on our project: Kenneth, Juan A, Roberto, Jose B., Diodoro, Juan G., Alex, Robert, Steven, Joe, Alexander, Frank, Ray, Arnulfo, Antonio, Hector, Tim, Garrett, Letha and Monette. They came out six different times while we were planning the scope of our project to clarify and they were so great about any changes we wanted to make and amending our proposal. The wonderful crew made up of Duke, Sean, Marcelo, Saul, Mario, Apolinar, and Sixto did amazing work in our front and back yards. We had a complete refresh done and both areas look great. The outdoor lighting that was installed is the icing on the cake. I would recommend putting in lighting if you really want your landscape to pop. A special shout out to Sean who repurposed stone from an old stacked-stone wall we had and meticulously pieced together a new wall. Great work! Lasty Nick, our project manager, was very professional and very passionate about his job and making sure we were happy with the results. I would recommend Hidden Creek to anyone looking to update their yard.

What a great experience working with Hidden Creek! I had my first swimming pool installed this summer. The entire experience was amazing, Jim T and Jerry D did an amazing job with the design, communication and follow through of the project. Hidden Creek cares for my lawn and does an amazing job, but they really shine on special projects when customer service matters the most. Just today, they responded to an email I sent only the night before requesting service on some leaking and weak sprinkler heads. They arrived the next morning, identified the issue and went to work fixing it expertly. I am glad I never have to worry about who to call when it comes to lawn maintenance and design. We worked with Hidden Creek on our backyard redo and they were nothing short of wonderful. Craig, Garrett, Julian, and the entire team at Hidden Creek were a delight to work with. They addressed any concern we had right away and fixed things on their own without us even having to ask. For example, Julian noticed that the upper inside of our fireplace hadnt been painted. Knowing we like to take drone footage of the progress, he painted this so that it would look perfect from all angles. Our landscape project with Hidden Creek was an amazing experience from start to finish! The team of people including Mishelle, Jeff, Tim and our installation crew of Ray, Juan, Jorge, Hector, Ron were professional and extremely hard working. Ive lived in Columbus for nearly 20 years and have never worked with a better service company than Hidden Creek. My initial conversations were with Mishelle and she was my main contact throughout the work they completed; the work I needed much work done by Hidden Creek and this was not an easy project to complete. Mishelle was attentive, incredibly quick with her responses, detail-oriented, and listened to all of my goals for the project (and then followed through to be sure each was completed successfully). The designer, Marc, did a great job planning out my needs and revised as needed. The project manager, Tim, came out to the site, often, to check on the progress and made sure every detail was completed successfully. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the installation crew, primarily made up of Roberto, Roman, and Antonio, were exemplary; it was hard to believe the progress they made each day and they did so with exemplary professionalism and care. Hidden Creek is not the cheapest landscaping company, but they are the perfect example of you get what you pay for; I cannot recommend their services enough!

With a week of seeing and approving plans, our yard was completed! Hermes and Jose Daniel did a great job creating new beds, taking extra care around water lines for our home and our irrigation system. We hired Hidden Creek to design all of our outdoor living spaces for our new build this past year. Nick spent a great amount of time showing us multiple layouts and designs before we settled on the right one. The attention to detail and quality work have been very impressive throughout the entire process. My entire experience from start to finish with Hidden Creek was amazing! Monette was awesome at bringing our vision to life and making our patio/outdoor living space exactly what we envisioned. She was responsive, patient and wonderful the entire process!!! Our crew Jose, Juan, Miguel, Francisco and project manager Tim were so wonderful! The work they did was perfection. They made sure every cut and placement of each stone was exactly right. They were the nicest crew, they cleaned up each night and not only did they work so very hard but the work they did was such excellent quality. Im so very grateful to this company for never cutting a corner and making everything so beautiful for us!!!

Where to start? As a couple my wife and I have no design sense at all. Were the type that probably drives all designers crazy in that we had almost no idea what we wanted and needed to be pitched ideas so we could accept, decline or iterate on them. Monette, Jeff and Marc did an superb job coming up with some original plans that incorporated the high level elements we wanted in our outdoor space and then reviewing, iterating, and revising those plans till we had what we wanted. We wanted a lot of work done but werent sure how much we could handle at once. The team took the very thoughtful approach to breaking down a large overall plan into easy to complete pieces that were very useful on their own and would complement each other as our backyard transformation spread. Once we had settled on a design and materials we had some pandemic related supply issues getting the original components we wanted. The team, including Tim, were very proactive in letting us know the delays and giving us alternative options that they could source more quickly. I want to break here and mention that Monette had the foresight to call out the rats nest of wires coming from the utility pole to our house that was hanging low right over our space. She suggested we could put all those wires underground before the project even got underway which we went ahead and did. We couldnt have been happier as the space is nice and clean now, and if she hadnt brought it up when first surveying the space the lead time to get that work done before starting the project would have pushed us way out. I cant emphasize enough how great the team was at providing guidance and feedback as well as accommodating all of our little changes along the way. From things like rerouting drainage on the fly when it was discovered that the original drain lines didnt have the gradient needed for our recessed seating area, to pulling extra sod for the downspout drain lines that wed had done just before Hidden Creeks work started, they were the best. But thats just the design and planning. Ive had crews do a lot of work on a lot of different things over the years and it almost always required me to stay on top of them, or remind them of some small oversight. Theres always some corner cutting for things theyd think the owners wouldnt notice. Guided by that experience I kept a sharp eye on the Hidden Creek crew and I have never seen a more careful, thorough, thoughtful, or hard working crew than Ray, Jorge, and Juan. Every question I had about why things were being done a particular way they answered easily and gracefully. When I was concerned about the amount of soil being removed by the house and being able to maintain grade they assured me they were using enough base material to make that up and more. And they were right. The job was done to perfection. The grade was perfect. The amount of base material was way beyond what I would have thought necessary. The finish of all the materials was superb. I feel like theres always something you wish was done better when a project is done, especially one this big, but Im left with nothing. All I can say is that we love and use the new space as much as we can and cant wait to move on to those next phases we already have planned.

We selected Hidden Creek to completely transform our back yard. Miro, our account manager, was extremely instrumental in seeing that our vision was made a reality. He provided valuable feedback and support throughout the design and construction of the project. It was a pleasure getting to work with him on the project. Tim, our production manager, kept the project on track. He made sure that materials were ready so that the crews could keep a steady pace of progress. There were no major headaches throughout the construction as a result of Tim s planning and his team s implementation. Our installation crew, Juan, Miguel and Nick W, were truly craftsmen and extremely talented and professional individuals. Juan is a master at hardscape and plantings and works extremely efficiently, and makes sure that every detail is as it should be. He was also very good at communicating progress and seeking input when needed and a very nice person. His team kept the job site very clean and organized which was appreciated. Overall, the project came in within budget, the process went smoothly, and we couldn t be happier with our new outdoor kitchen, firepit and of course our custom pergola.

Hidden creek helped me clean up the mess left by the previous landscape company and installed a beautiful retaining wall on my sloped backyard. I was a little hesitate to contact them because their projects all look grandiose and expensive. I only need to make a few upgrade to the existing project. But they turn out to be very responsive and the proposed price is also reasonable. More importantly, there is no hidden/surprise charge at the end of the project. In general, I am quite satisfied with the quality of the final project. The manager Miro, the designer Garrett, and the crew members Ray, Juan M and Jorge all worked very hard and satisfied all my picky requirements. Dont hesitate to contact them! Highly recommend!

We are very happy with working with hidden trees. Miro came out and was very upfront with what we needed. Then his communication was great throughout. He was able to beat a competitive price we already had. Justin duke ron and hector were the crew and manager that came out for the job. They were there early and finished up that day. 5 catch basins were installed and tapped into the drainage. They cleaned up thoroughly even sweeping the street. I would use them again. Thanks.

Hidden Creek did a wonderful job of transforming our backyard into useable space with multiple patios and a pavilion. Miro in sales was very responsive and worked to accommodate our budget and needs. Tim and his crew completed the work efficiently and professionally. We have recommended Hidden Creek to our friends and will use them again.

I chose this business back in August 2017 but I thought I already wrote a review back then. Anyway, I will honestly say that my experience with this company was not a really good one; when I first submitted something to them via their online forms, I never heard back from them in a timely fashion, despite what their website said at the time. I sent a couple emails and never heard back, so I then resorted to calling them to get some sort of response. It took two phone calls but I finally got someone to call me back who would arrange for someone to go out to my property, assess it, draw up some plans and then report back to me with several ideas and estimates. True to the representatives word, about a week later, I received an email from him stating that he had some plans drawn up. I went to their location to meet up and go over the plans. After going over what was presented to me, I asked for an estimate regarding some changes I asked for on one of the plans and I was told that he would get back with me on about a week. I never heard back from them after that, no emails (not even in my Spam folder), no phone calls. I never bothered to chase them up, again, because I didnt feel like repeating the frustration; the fact that I had to contact them multiple times in the beginning pretty much told me that they really didnt want to do business with me. My guess is that if it doesnt look like youre very rich, theyre not going to bother with you because they think you simply couldnt afford them. They may say thats not true but thats exactly how the entire experience came across. Your mileage may vary but, for me, the initial lack of communication and empty promises on their end tells me theyre picky on whose business they want.

Desire to have the clients vision be the end result

After requesting a quote on-line from this company in early March I received a phone call from Matt to discuss what I wanted to get done. He had a person named Kathie send me a quote. I had requested some new bushes planted that was not in the quote, so I sent back an e-mail to inquire about this. She said that she would send someone over to look at it and adjust the quote. That was over 2 weeks ago, and Kathie has ignored 3 e-mails since to get the new quote. I even sent back an e-mail accepting the quote figuring we could work out the project later. No response. I tried calling Matt, but his voicemail says it is full and he has not responded to a text. I have called in to the business now for four days. Although I am able to reach the sales department, they cannot help apparently since they tell me every time the owner will call me back...but you guessed it...he never does. I was actually told he would call me back in 5 minutes...that was 5 days ago. I have never had a company send me a proposal that I accepted and then disappear. I would like a call back from someone to tell me if they cannot take my account. It does not even have to be the owner.

Amazing landscape company that s very talented with all areas outside.

Jason and Matt have built an incredible team of landscape professionals and a beautiful place of business to take care of their clients needs. They have definitely raised the bar for all landscape professionals and are an inspiration to the landscape industry!

We live in a remodeled home originally built by Cheryls grandfather. Since neither of us has a lick of design talent, we relied heavily on the professionals wed selected to help us determine what it is we like and to turn that into a plan. When it came to turning the backyard plan into a reality, our capable landscape architect Sue Grant suggested we contact Hidden Creek Landscaping. Were certainly glad she did! The estimate was detailed, presented lower cost alternatives, and was consistent with what we actually paid. The crew was skilled, detail oriented, and on time. Director of Design Hays Hitzing answered our questions throughout the process promptly and displayed creativity when changes were necessary.
