I switched to Marvins Landscaping after dealing with another landscaping company for a year. That other company would never keep their appointments, they would not provide written estimates, they were difficult to get a hold of, and they were not very friendly. Marvin is the opposite of all of those things. He provides written estimates, he communicates really well via SMS, he keeps his appointments, he is very friendly, and he and his team do great work. Their prices are very competitive as well. He will be my go to landscaper from now on.

I recently used Marvins Landscaping for the installation of sod in my back yard and the installation of 150-200 linear feet of belgian block border. I am in awe of how great the job came out and how quickly it was finished. Marvins team showed up on time and worked late, which has not been my experience with other landscapers. Marvin and his crew did an excellent job removing our old patio and getting it ready so we can put in a new one. They really went above and beyond, even removed some things we did not expect them to remove which helped us out a lot. His prices are extremely reasonable as well. My wife and I plan to work with him in the future for other projects as well.

If you want conscientious professional work at reasonable rates, I highly recommend this team. They respected my property and, unlike other outfits, they do not leave behind any damaged landscape light fixtures. They clean up after themselves extremely well. He came out the same day to give us a free quote, and schedule the work that needed to be done (weeding, mulching, etc...). Ive worked with a lot of landscapers over the last 30 years, and I can say that my experience with Marvin has been the best. I found Marvin on Thumbtack, and I called him along with 2 other landscapers to get quotes on a job at my house. One of the contractors said he would get back to me to schedule a visit but never did. A second contractor came out and said he would provide a quote within 2 business days, but it took about two weeks to get it. And then there was Marvin Landscaping. Marvin picked up the phone the first time I called. He set up an appointment with me on the same call. He came on time. He was very professional. He was very knowledgable. I felt totally comfortable with him based on the visit. He also sent me his estimate on time, and the price was very reasonable. It was really easy to approve the quote as well - a text message from him had a link to a quote, and I was able to review and sign right on my phone. Marvin and his folks came exactly at the promised time and did a great job with the work (installing a rock bed around the house). I highly recommend Marvin Landscaping and Ill be using them again for my future landscaping work.

Marvins Landscaping cleared our property full of vines and weeds. I can not give this companyenough praise for tackling such an overwhelming amount of work!! My house was covered with ivy, kudzu and weeds, and in 2 days the area was cleared. We had thick aggressive vines covering a shed, the house and and trees. The vines were even killing our trees and taking over the electrical post in front of the house. They did an amazing job for an honest price. Im so happy we found them and we definitely recommend Marvins for all your Landscaping jobs. Im going to call them again in the spring to clear the rest of the property. In addition to high quality work, the price was extremely fair. I got 3 quotes before choosing Marvins and they were the most fair. They also removed all the debris and took it with them! The yard looks wonderful now and I cant wait to plant in the spring.
