Just Cuts Lawn Service in Highlands Ranch

Wow.. liers!! So.. 32$per mow, 42$ for bi weekly. They told me the first mow my grass was long so it was an extra 10$,, ok since it hadn’t been mowed at beginning of season so I get that. Apparently they just kept charging me 55 the entire year!!!!!! I just looked at a bill and told them and he just complained and said yeah your grass is long and takes extra effort……. My houses yard is super SMALL! I’m here every time they mow and the ENTIRE front and back yard takes all but 10MIN combined no exaggeration. And they don’t even bag grass so tell me what in the world were they charging me extra for????? Terrible company. When I just emailed to figure out why the heck I’m getting charged more every single time, the guy immediately accused me of waiting until the end of the year to tell him so I could probably try and get money back?? No. But that’s the nail in the coffin 100%. SCAM ARTIST & MONEY HUNGRY choose another company to avoid the same crap!!!!!

Been using this service for 2 years now. They are always on time and responsive to any questions or to get additional services. The neighbors have been complimenting me on how nice the lawn looks and the absolute timeliness of their service. My highest recommendation for anyone wanting to stop mowing their lawns or need it taken care of in their absence.

Run away from this company!! They shattered my sliding door and had the audacity to claim that it could have already been broken. My wife and I were in the living room when this happened, we heard the rocks spray the side of the house. Then they said if the screen was shut it wouldn't have happened and it was my responsibility. Its just sad how people are not accountable these days.

We have been using Just Cuts Lawn Service for 5+ years. They Never fail to be on time - unless it snows or the monsoons blow in. And, when that happens, they always send an email with the day / time they'll be here. Never have to worry if they'll come, do a good job, or if they'll leave a mess - what a GREAT crew! DONT USE THIS COMPANY. The first couple of mowings were just ok, The owner actually did the lawn yesterday himself and it looks terrible - very uneven cut and and missed whole portions.. When I asked him about it, he didn’t acknowledge the issue or even try to correct it..... he just said “I’ll cancel your account”. What??? He had no interest in working with me or making sure that his customer was happy with his service. Once I realized that, I asked for a refund. He said no (of course) because the job was done. Uhhmmm no, it was not.
